This was a nice resort. It's about a 30 minute drive from Woodstock, so plan accordingly. The restaurant on site was surprisingly good. There are several walking trails and many amenities. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. All of the staff were very friendly.

Property is nice. Pool was under construction. Dining room head guy was not pleasant. Other staff was nice though. Room was spacious and clean.

We had a great experience! Pros: Friendly and fast check-in and check-out Informative and knowledgeable front desk clerks Fire pit and grills Games, movies, billiards, ping pong included Free washer and dryer use Cons: With cost and resort fee charge I was surprised that we were asked to take out our own trash With resort fee charge thought games might be free Location does not have close food options and the restaurant was closed when we were there

The room was comfortable and clean. A clock alarm went off in thee room next door at 3 am but once I called hotel security they took care of it. It went off again at 10am but when I told housekeeping they took care of it. Staff is great. Rooms are a little worn and the bed was soft and rolled you to the middle but I like soft beds so it was ok

Pool area is horrible! Indoor pool ceiling is awful and floor is chipped up. No air conditioning in game room or billiards room. No walkway to fire pits, have to walk in grass and get bit by bugs. Food in restaurant tasted prepackaged.

This is a condo complex managed by holiday inn. It’s a lovely property, but it is very far removed from anything. The restaurant on property is only open 4 hours a day a few days a week, and if there are more than 5 tables seated they’ll turn you away. When you are seated there, prices are high, service is poor, and food is mediocre. The WiFi on property is unsecured, cell service is pretty much nonexistent, and only one building has an elevator. Next time I visit, I will stay someplace else.

I must say, the aesthetic of this facility is amazing. However, this isn’t the best feature of this property. The staff is the best feature of this location. Athena and the other staff members did an excellent job accommodating me and my family. If you are ever in Vermont and need a quiet place to rest, Mount Ascutney Resort is the place to be. I highly recommend this location for Dartmouth parents. My son just graduated and this location served as my destination of choice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the well organized Activity Room with the coloring sheets, blocks, access to the large screen tv. We only had one issue and that was the lighting at night entering the pool area. We had mentioned at our stay in April 2023 that it made if very difficult to walk there from our condo and were surprised it was not resolved. But hopefully, the painting of the floor pool is a good sign that the renovations are under way. Other than that, we always were quite impressed with hotel personnel helping us out with the fire pit so we could have some mores! And we were lucky to see a rainbow from our balcony.

It took us a couple of days to be able to turn the deadbolt on the door so we had to prop a stool under the handle to feel safe at night. And when we went out during the day, the door was not sufficiently locked so a good push on it would open it. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. There was sufficient cleaning supplies in the kitchen but no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. We went to The Maple Kitchen for dinner and they only had one Blue Moon and no oranges for it. The waitress came out to tell us that the lettuce used in the salad we ordered was almost gone and could they use a different lettuce. The front desk staff was very friendly though.

I absolutely LOVED LOVED this resort. We didn't get to use many of the resort amenities, because our trip was jam packed with Killington and Okemo. Close to both those resorts yet remote and not much around. LOVED THAT. Restaurant and bar was good with good service! We had a 3 bedroom condo with 3 bathrooms. Spaciousness was key! Everyone could even chill on their own while the full kitchen and living area was large and comfortable. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Wow! Just wow! After searching endlessly for a place to stay that was close to Okemo mountain, I was lucky to have found a last minute cancelation at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney Resort. While most places in the area were asking 500-900 per night, I was able to stay at this beautiful, conveniently located 2 bedroom condo for $460 total for TWO nights! Check in was a breeze, and the accommodations were BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do not do it justice. I highly recommend and will definitely return for my next ski trip to Okemo!

Our unit was a lot bigger than expected which was great. All the staff were very friendly. We had a couple mishaps but they accommodated very well to fix it. I would definitely recommend this place and come again.

I would have appreciated advance notice that the restaurant and bar were not open the first night we arrived. we arrived at 5, so we then had to go back out and find something in town, a good 8 miles . This is why I chose the property, a restaurant and bar on premises.
