After check-in (which went smoothly), I entered my room and was greeted with the pungent odor of stale cigarette smoke. The mattress on the bed was thin and felt cheap, the tub was filthy and the shower handle was broken. I didn’t discover that gem until the next morning.
A highlight was the hot breakfast offered. I was looking forward to this. When entering the breakfast area, there were no plates. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk. She looked for more but none were to be found. The juice machine was out of order and the coffee was empty.
I may have stayed in worse places, but I sure can’t recall when or where.

It smelled really bad of stale cigarette smoke. The carpet in the room and hallway looked and smelled like it was never cleaned. The wooden frame around the window fell apart when I opened it. The bedding smelled like mildew. blankets had cigarette burns. The pillows had yellow stains on them. I had to buy some Fabreeze to try and get some smell out, but it didn't work. And the toilet wasn't flushing. And I couldn't run the ac or heater because too much dust and dirt kept blowing out. My daughter couldn't take a bath because the tub was dirty and had shoe prints in it. I don't know how they can still be in business. It was nothing like the pictures. I am super pissed that I got charged this much for the filth that we had to sleep in.

When we left to go out for dinner, there was a note stuck to our door from a mysterious gentleman saying that we were attractive and that he wanted us to add him on Snapchat When we were leaving, we asked the woman working at the desk in the lobby about the note and she laughed and told us she knew exactly who it was when I asked her if she gave this person our room number she laughed and said no he just assumed which we all know is a bold face lie. We did not feel safe, sleeping here our door barely locked our window, barely locked. Our toilet ran all night long.

Room had a distinct, not pleasant smell. The carpet was clearly dirty and gross. Bathroom ceiling tiles moldy. The tv in the room didn’t work but that was the least of the issues. The curtain had small holes - like moth holes.
The General Manager who checked us in wasn’t familiar with the check-in process but at least discounted the room due to the non-working tv…this was the only room “clean” and available, an hour and a half after check-in time.
The front desk agent thankfully gave us a full refund after our description of the unacceptable condition of the room - that’s the only reason for the 3 star rating for customer service.

Didn't like it at all. Don't waste your money. 100 deposit is asked at the front desk. The TV didn't work. Breakfast is a joke. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T STAY HERE.

I was very upset. We were not allowed to check the room out before we got there and we got in the room smell something I went into the bathroom. The tub had all the way around where you have the stopper. There was black stuff up the side, part of the shower is inside, the ceiling in the bathroom I went to the bathroom and the bathroom and tried two times to flush the bathroom and it wouldn’t go down so I spent two times out there was blood bugs and black marks underneath the floor management. I got physically sick I was so upset it made me physically sick couldn’t get. I had to call my daughter to get another room for some reason I’m very satisfied so I had to get another room. I got reservation from you guys so I did get another room I had paid for that so I think I should be refunded for that room paid and I want to know that I wouldn’t stay there if my life depended on and I was there maybe three hours before I can get out of so yes I’m fully fully upset about it deserve I think , return my money so I can put it on my account

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. First room was to nasty to stay in. They gave us a second room. The shower was broken in the second room. We just slept and left. No shower. We didnt eat the breakfast because the food had a really off smell about it.

The dirtiest place I have ever seen. The room I was given had stains on the walls, a rotting wooden window that wouldn't close, mattresses with ripped-up corners, a chair that looked like a cat had been sharpening its claws on it, an old insect cocoon on the wall, carpeting that had never been vacuumed with dead bugs in it, and a funky smell. I stayed just long enough to book lodging somewhere else and got out of there. Don't believe their photos. Stay away.

The staff was great - the rest was just acceptable. Maybe? The staff was very attentive but breakfast options were a waffle or biscuits and gravy. My room had a dirty sheet but the staff quickly fixed it and were apologetic. The bathroom fan was a bit busted.

The room doors would not close or lock properly. Dated and dirty interior. Exterior doors safety locks didn't work. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to stay at this Hotel. They need to shut down, remodel and improve electrical system and update the entire Hotel!

Was not happy that when i got there i was informed that they needed to hold an extra 100 dollars and now its taking for ever to get that money back. Upon arival the person at the desk was very rude. House keeping not once was in our room to refill towels or anything. Not enough outlets in my room.

Pull up to see people doing weed outside. Then the front desk was rude and full of attitude when they told me they didnt have a room even though I had a paid reservation and bought the booking protection. They answered phone calls and started helping other people and didnt finish helping. So I just stand there until they finally acknowledge I'm still there. They finally found a room and put me in it. Room was super outdated with a bathroom that looks like a dump, and the bedsheets had a small pile of short hairs, and the room has only has one outlet.

I called at 7pm to indicate I'd be checking in late for my (prepaid) reservation. They assured me it was no problem. When I arrived, the hotel staff said they'd overbooked and gave my room away already. They then directed me to their sister property, which I eventually discovered was also totally booked. Several other QIS customers arrived while I was there, with a similar story. QIS took no ownership and was unhelpful, leaving us all stranded and scrambling.

We need a quick room for a few nights due to house repairs. Staff was very friendly, room, was clean, and breakfast was decent too for the price fo the room. Would stay again if we need a quick room on the spot close to our home.

0/10.... Us and another couple got two rooms here. They already sold our room prior to us arriving at the hotel, so there for we were unable to stay or even check in due to hotel being booked that weekend. Our friends, they got their room and we went to look at it after the called us and stated it was gross.... THAT WAS AN UNDERSTATMENT, this place was god awful. It was disgusting. Blood stains everywhere, no blankets on the beds and the sheets that were on the beds had stains all over them, water was barely coming out of the faucet, and the rooms smelt like mold (we have pictures but no where to post them on here). Overall the worst hotel ive been to. So JUST DONT, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.... whatever good reviews you see is definitely just employees writting it because theres nothing clean about that place. And im unsure they even refund me my money even though I wasnt able to stay due to their negligence even though it wasnt a real loss due to the conditions of the rooms... If I could give 0 stars I would.

The hotel didn’t have tv, lights were broke, and the bed had stains all over it. Completely disgusting. Barely slept. Would’ve drove home but we got done with our activity and checked in at 11 pm and were too tired to drive 3 hours. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would like a refund!

Only rated 1 because 0 is not an option. The room was filthy. It wasn’t swept, there were multiple hairs in the tub, and crumbs on the entertainment center. The walls had drip marks covering the entire wall. The entertainment had no drawers—they had been removed. Very few outlets and what outlets were there, were hanging out of the wall and what appeared to be blood stains on the ceiling. There was only one set of towels, even though it was booked for two. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the breakfast is what I had expected.

The fact that I wanted to extend my stay by 1 day & I called the quality inn website & instead of extending my stay, they made a new reservation & charged another deposit. I still haven't gotten my deposit back from January 15th, 2024 checkout.

Since I had a Semi truck, I had to park in the back where it was like a swamp. Walking back and forth from my room to my vehicle was unpleasant because there were piles and pile of dog crap every three to four feet. If I didn't pay close attention to where I was stepping I definitely would have stepped in one...Oh the house keeper didn't bother to knock and walked as I was about to get in the shower.
