We were in a pinch for a place to stay. Its a decent stay, the favility a little dated, but overall it was fine.

Great weekend and very quiet

Great weekend stay. Was there for shows so did not spend lot of time in room. Property was quiet, clean, snd staff friendly.

Arrived at 3:30am. Room was prepaid due to my late arrival. Clerk had a hard time finding the reservation.
In the morning at 9:45am housekeeping was knocking at the door to clean before I was ready to check out.

Young girl at the front knew nothing and could not answer questions. Manager needing to enter apt while I was in night clothes to check for what new things they needed to order. That should have been done before I checked in. Bed linens damp due to housekeeping not drying properly. Not worth the money, small, old furniture etc. Breakfast was ok , but juice machine was down and clerk was missing half the time. No ice machine.

It’s out of date and lots of things are broken. AC was squeaky the whole time. Only 3 small crappy pillows on the bed. Not many options for breakfast.

The proberty is pretty outdated but it was a decent hotel.

The stay wasn’t the best , I wouldn’t make this a first pick there are better options . Our room was had mold from the lamp , walls to the curtains, my wife ordered room service and midway eating we realize our broccoli had MAGGOTS!!! We instantly felt sick to our stomach’s not to mention our 1 year old had some as well. We were refunded within 48 hrs I wouldn’t recommend ordering room service. The housekeeper went over and beyond so we were very appreciative of her , honestly the only reason I’m leaving a 3 star I hope this helps

The mirror in the room had tape like if it was broken. The room had a weird smell.

This was a very disappointing hotel stay. From check in, to the room itself, to the breakfast, it was terrible. At check in I asked if I could have a bottle of water or buy a bottle of water. The clerk said she didn’t have water, even though she had a mini fridge full of water bottles behind her. That was really odd. The room was disgusting. There was no closet, just a roll-away rack with 1 hanger. The bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, the bathroom was full of mold, including a moldy shower curtain. The light didn’t work upon entrance, I had to feel my way to a lamp. The bed linens were old and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just shocking. The coffee machine didn’t work, they were rationing out pre-packed pastries, which I would never eat, and the eating area was filled with people complaining about the options, or lack of. I’m not difficult to please, but every single step along the way was disappointing and make me feel like I was staying in an hourly rate hotel. I had a medical procedure the next morning and really needed to sleep, I only slept about an hour. I even brought my own fan, but I couldn’t drown out the noise of the elevator and slamming doors. If I had experienced one or two negatives, I would have blown it off. But this hotel needs a total and complete overhaul.

Enjoyed our stay

Dirty towels, dirty remote, dirty air conditioner — the room had the markings of being cleaned recently (the shower curtain was artfully tied and hung, fresh soaps, etc), but the cleaning itself was minimal.

Okay hotel for a one night stay. Breakfast was minimal. Staff was friendly enough. There are better hotels for the same money but we got this one at 1:00 in the morning. The Downs end is they hardly ever answered their phone. when we called for a shuttle no answer ... Ended up taking a cab for 45 bucks.

The bed and pillows were hard and flat like they need to be replaced.

I was stranded at DFW, so I booked this place for the low price and airport shuttle. However, they do NOT have a consistent shuttle service, it only runs certain hours. A taxi from DFW was 40 before tip and Lyft wasn't much cheaper. Could have booked much nicer hotel with better shuttle!

The room was clean and comfortable! My only complaint was that I had to go to front desk to get my key reprogrammed! It’s agitating to go to your room to realize your key card doesn’t work!
Outside of that, it’s a nice place!

Quiet and easy to get to

The place looks too old. The breakfast is poor. It doesn’t look like a hotel. I guess it’s a motel.

The place was nice and clean and quiet for being by the highway.
Easy fast check in.
It wasnt full capacity and it seems the lady kept putting everyone on the same floor and next door to each other...people standing in the hallway outside our door.. that was annoying. Ither than that it was good

This was a 1 night stay because of the proximity to a hospital for an early AM procedure. Property was dated but clean. Unfortunately the bed was like sleeping on a plank, it was hard. The bathroom doors hinges squealed like a stuck pig at the slightest movement so any time one of us got up to use it, the other was startled awake. Service was quick but impersonal.

Booked online, didn’t arrive until 130 in the morning and they said they only keep online reservations until midnight. Scam.

Called to cancel it I was told to call through the app then when I did that they refused to cancel it.

I arrived at DFW and tried calling the property multiple times to find out whether I needed to request a shuttle from the airport or if it would come on its own. After an hour of calling, I called the Wyndham corporate line and had them transfer me to the hotel. When I finally arrived, the check-in procedures were chaotic, the vending machines didn’t work properly, and my room had a smell I don’t even know how to describe. Very thankful this was a one-night stay because of an emergency. Definitely avoiding this place if I need to stay near DFW again.

Joni is the only one holding that place together. Keep in mind, we have been going to this place sometimes twice a year for 5 years. We will be finding another hotel after this bad run of events. My husband sat in the office chair in our room that broke when he leaned back and he ended up on the floor after he hit his head. Called front desk. Guy comes to room and is more worried about the broken chair than offering my husband medical attention. A report was made by Joni and to date, no one to include the hotel manager or owner has reached out to even check on my husband to see if he was okay. We even got an email about all these incidents from April C.
Guest Relationship Specialist and not one word to inquire if my husband was okay. We had to get a new key for our door every day of our 5 day stay which was such a pain as we always had our hands full coming in after spending the day with our grandsons. They called us on the third day to remind us that check out was at 11AM. We still had two days left that we paid for. The TV was going dark so we called about getting another television. An hour goes by and no one has come to the room. Go downstairs and the lady with black hair is sound asleep with her head on the counter. The maintenance guy is putting together an IKEA cabinet. When we woke the lady up and he overheard our conversation, he went to the room with us and tried to fix the TV. He had to bring in a replacement TV but could not find the key to remove the other TV.

We loved our stay here, it was very clean and smelled amazing! Staff was very nice and helpful! We felt very safe here and will definitely be staying here again when we go back that way!

Administration makes us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our stay so so pleasant.
We really grateful with the front desk to help us so much!

A little surprised that the room had no closet but the rack and attached shelf was sufficient. Really disappointed with the pillow situation though; best described as three bean bags…small & lumpy. But overall, pleased with the room, condition, furnishings, service, neighborhood, and value. We would stay here again, but would bring our own pillows. :)

I have stayed here a few times in the past six months and Joni , the front desk attendant , always makes me feel at home when I show up for check in and when I checkout .

SHUTTLE WARNING - I booked this specifically b/c it was cheap & had a shuttle to airport. When I called from the airport the lady said to grab an uber b/c the shuttle couldnt come for at least an hour b/c ? (thick accent). So our $62 hotel turned into a $115 hotel b/c the hotel area is far from the airport. Same in the a.m. but this time I insisted so they did. Its not a circulating shuttle. Hotel is clean but smells strongly of disinfectant everywhere. Bkfst is decent and they put it out at like 3am. Beds are comfy but only 2 pillows per queen bed and they only had one extra. Found someone's leftovers in the fridge. Bar/grill right next door open late. Overall its a good deal but if counting on the shuttle go elsewhere.

Decent property and staff. I will definitely be returning on my next Cowboys game.

I stood outside waiting for the shuttle for an hour while watching other motel shuttles pick up their guests. I finally called the motel and they said I needed to call to let them know I needed a ride! So then I had to wait 90 minutes MORE before being picked up. There should be a notice SOMEWHERE that says guests need to call the motel for a pick up from the airport.
I was already stressed from my flight being delayed, and waiting in the pouring rain made it worse.
