Rooms are nice and it’s a quiet place to stay

Great location. Spacey room.

The staff. There’s a woman that’s been there both times I got a room and she is very rude every single time. I don’t know her name but I’ll make sure I get it the next time I go.

Exceptional

It was clean , the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast was horrible, juice in the machine was warm, someone had bought frozen waffles from thr store and laid them out for people to eat.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Location and price was great.

pillows on bed were small and really flat. Breakfast was really basic. Not what we are used to getting at Super 8

took 1 hour waiting for the shuttle at the airport that never came after calling and requesting twice. then in the morning took 40min shuttle back to airport. NOT reliable shuttle, which was the whole reason i booked. desk staff not helpful and brushed me off saying they were just busy. would not stay again

Keep it up you'll get there someday.

The first room felt damp. Also, the AC unit was making noises that would prevent us to fall asleep. We notified front desk about it and were transferred to another better room. The bathroom on the new room had detached tiles and broken sealant close to the bathtub. Not a very good sight. Eggs were not provided in anyform . Hope next.time it will be better. Thanks

Visiting Mom

The price and the location.

There was only one full sized towel and one wash cloth in the bathroom. We went down to get more and we were given 2 smallish towels that were so stiff. They were.more like towels to go on the floor. Thisnwas for a room with a king-sized bed.

Very good

We had to stay the night in the hotel due to a water pipe bursting in our attic 2 days before Christmas. I was able to book the room on very short notice at a very reasonable cost. The hotel is also close to our home and has lots of restaurants nearby. This was a big bonus since we had no water to be able to cook or clean dishes at home. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and the room was clean and roomy.

The beds are HARD. I'm used to a firm mattress, but these were beyond firm... We had to ask for extra towels because there were only 2 full sized towels in the bathroom. And the complimentary breakfast was pretty lacking.

It is ok just for sleep.

Breakfast was ok but I think they need to have more choices. Bathroom was clean just a little bit of dust on surfaces, staff was very friendly helpful and patient, especially the young lady at the front desk. The guy at the front desk during the night was good as well.

Room was no very clean, there were a little bit of dust all over the furniture. Room was so small, I mean other hotels have better rooms for the same price that I payed.
