It was very noisy and the air freshener was overpowering. I coughed and sneezed all night. Wish the did not use such strong smell of vanilla and I don’t know what else but it was very strong

The woman who checked us in was very friendly. She was busy too with customers and phones, and handled it like a pro and never rude. The rooms look newly renovated. It was clean. The outside is a little deceiving. Plan on staying there again next month.

The room when you first walked in almost choked me with chemical smell, the air conditioning was not running. Would not turn on. I am a construction contractor so I checked the plug it was 1/2 unplugged after plugging it in and hitting the gfi it did work fine. This helped, but my throat still got scratchy due to the smell. we added up spraying with are freshener. First told my wife at least it was cleaned but after further look it was just service cleaned. Sprinkler head was so loaded with dust you couldn’t see the glass bulb. Behind the bed I didn’t even want to touch back there when I was looking for a plug. and certain corners of the room didn’t look clean at all. The frig was set low so it was not cooling much, but after I turned it up it did work fine. The blankets smelled old, had holes and stains on them. The Continental breakfast was below quality to what I see normally. We only used this to stay a few nights as a place to sleep. The only good thing I can say is they did make up the bed, empty garbage, restock coffee and towels daily. I would not stay here again.

The phrase rode hard and put away wet comes to mind. Dated, the rooms wreaked of weed, cleanish but not really much you can do for some furnishings that old, the linen wasn’t fit for homeless shelters! We got in late, endured, and left early. Will inspect for lice later.

The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. They are main reason to return and stay at this location. The one undeniable issue is the smell of smoke imbedded into the facility. If you can ignore the smell, everything else is just fine.

Someone left a large dog alone in their room that was barking a lot. The staff didn’t have any contact info for the guest and so the dog kept barking and howling. Someone was smoking large amounts of weed outside and it stank. Not a great look.

Having not stayed here for a few years the improvements were noticeable. New flooring, new paint, reasonable bathrooms. The breakfast for a continental style is very good. It is pet friendly and the staff were very good about the dog. We had a minor air conditioner problem, but staff came down immediately and stayed until it was going again. And it was a brand new unit.

The girl who checked us in was miserable and it showed, almost rude. The breakfast was all processed even the eggs you heat up in microwave. The rooms were great! The outside looked run down. Won’t stay here again

The housekeeping staff always started working and talking loudly at 8am, so I wasn’t able to sleep in. Also, they would be posted at the end of the halls watching/monitoring, which was weird to me. I did enjoy the workout facility and continental breakfast.
