room needs major upkeep, breakfast was non existing, we had stayed here before but not the same now,

Bathroom door did not close. soap dispenser fell of the wall at 1 am , the shower head sprayed out the sides soaked the floor and ceiling, continental breakfast was out of a lot of items by 8 and staff said they had no more to put out.Staff at breakfast and checkout dismissive about situation.

Location is good, front desk Staff are friendly

Very dingy building, needs updating and cleaning…dirty floors and carpets, elevator is dirty, breakfast could be better by offering more options, need more staff on hand to clean rooms daily.

Would not recommend this establishment, due to poor value.

The night clerk was very nice.

Not nearly worth what we paid! The curtains had bald spots, one of the beds was wrinkled and looked slept in. Socks stuck to the bathroom floor in one spot. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

I Would Stay Here Again.

Stayed for a couple of days. Clean room, Comfy bed, Friendly staff, Good breakfast. Everything was as expected. I even enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again.

Nice pool, quiet location, nice sized room. Good in room accommodations.

Would have appreciated more than 2 towels for 2 adults. Breakfast was not well stocked- no forks, very little bacon left. Eggs were burned. Cranberry juice was just water with no indication of it being out. Food was not refilled when we were eating around 9am. Attendant not visible though area was clean.

Spacious and clean.

The bedroom and bathroom were roomy. Nice soap and towels. Very clean. Breakast included protein choices and fresh fruit.

The thermostat in my room didn't work, but staff took care of that quickly. I was unable to get the computers in the lobby to work.

room smelled of horrible BO

it was a best western which is usually ok.

they didn’t have the room I booked online and gave me a different room for more money. I had no choice but to take it. room stunk so bad I almost puked! really really bad BO Oder. night attendant was argumentative about it.

Very good

one of the best surprises was the amount of options given for breakfast. Fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastry, any many gluten options for those needing that.

The mattress was a little disappointing and felt a little hard with little support. Replacing it with a higher end mattress would bring better reviews

Very nice.

Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent.

Pool was a little green in color. Other guests started letting the doors slam at 6am. Wish people had better hotel etiquette.

good location for us and very clean. next time I will bring my own pillow. would stay again.

very clean and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good as well with plenty of options both health conscious and not!

the bed was extremely hard and the pillows while they were plentiful were just to soft and squishy for my liking.

it was local and had pool

the management was very unfriendly and not kid friendly ! got kicked out of pool room for having visitors and splashing water ! was told I couldn’t have visitors at all! manager was very rude and disrespectful when he approached us!

heat, ac did not work. supposed to have king bed. only got queen. Hotel said they were sold out and would not give us a king. when i booked on booking .com it confimed king room. i had to commit to non refundable to get the room otherwise we would have left so I had no choice to stay there. this was the first time I used 3rd party booking and it will be the last.

Great hotel, very nice front desk staff

Breakfast is included, which is great, but please stop using disposable plates, cutlery and glasses - this is really note eco friendly and creates so much waste that could be avoided

Room was very comfortable with large bathroom

Not enough towel racks. Motels ask us to hang up our towels but there are not enough hanging places. Also maybe a hook near the bathtub. There was a problem with IT outlets, not well located. Need some on the desk.
