The facilities are not clean. This was the worst breakfast I’d ever experience. No variety, no milk coffee was cold. Not enough supplies. I thought Wyndham Hotels were better.

This property did not live up to its advertised status. It was rundown for the most part and the common areas lacked the necessary attention. Front desk was not very helpful and seemed unconcerned, housekeeping staff was fine on the days they worked. They did not serve the full breakfast that was mentioned on your site for the first two days of our stay, but did provide a couple of questionable hot dishes on the two final days. One of the two elevators was out of service throughout our stay. The hot water was erratic but very hot when available. The photos you provide are not representative of the actual condition of this property. It is rather shabby. Our room was basically satisfactory with the exception of late night and early morning noise. Not a great experience.

Hallway had a horrible smell and were dark. The exit doors didn’t work. The elevator stinked and they never came around to change my sheets. Lastly they charged me an extra day when contractually they agreeed to charge me one. Then denied that claim and agreement. Save your time. Pick another place.

The carpet and all of the common areas were atrocious their old, dirty, and nasty looking need to be pulled up and replace other flooring. The room itself was OK

First room 221 had filthy toilet, towels on the floor in bathroom, toilet ran constantly, when flushed the water was orange; switched to room 217. Room 217 was much better, however, the the water was orange in the bathroom sink when we first used it. Breakfast was OK the first day; second day there was no eggs, bacon or sausage on the buffet and not one seat open. When I mentioned the no food and seating issue to the manager, he commented “have a good day.” He didn’t address the breakfast problem at all nor even apologize. We ended up having to go out to breakfast. Wyndham could’ve done better.

We were warned 4x during check in that we would be charged if we smoked in the room; despite us telling them we are nonsmokers. Told breakfast was at 7:30am. Got there and not only was it not open when the woman began to put it out she was on her phone complaining the entire time and moving super slow. Only after several people began to complain did someone come over and help. She proceeded to be heard calling the customers “seniors, who should learn to sleep in”. The room has terrible water pressure, pictures missing and walls marked up.

The Mexican restaurant onsite was fabulous. The property needs a major deep cleaning and repainting, if not a renovation. The continental breakfast area was dirty and disgusting. The staff was friendly, but more effort needs to be put into cleaning and maintenance of the public areas of the hotel.

This property is a bad example on how to run a hotel on a budget. Pool was shut down, elevator broken, first floor ice machine broken, handicap exit door broken, refrigerator in room broken, TV not properly formatted so it has a tiny picture and a crappy sound bar. Parking lot crumbling near handicap parking making it very unsafe. Finally, rear smoking area literally right next to natural gas manifold for the building. That may be to code, but still not a good look. I have never stayed at a Wyndum Hotel before and I never will again. If this hotel is up to their standards, then it is a VERY low bar of quality.

This property is VERY NASTY, Smells very moldy, I will never book with Wyndham again. How can they rent us a room like this. I would like a total refund. I will be calling the Wyndham corp. Office. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The front facade makes it look like a fairly new/remodeled hotel. You walk in the doors and you see that it is an old motel that is in need of repairs, remodeling, etc. The breakfast room tables looked like they were found at a restaurant going out of business sale, the room was musty and in need of remodeling, the pool was closed and the water was brown and disgusting. Plus the cost was so overpriced, it was a scam. Price was jacked up due to a lacrosse tournament at the DE turf sports complex. Since we were coming to see our grandson play and other hotels within the area were sold out I opted for this Wyndham Gardens. I have stayed in Wyndham Gardens before and am actually a rewards member and they are usually decent - nothing like this one. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had checked in online and upgraded from a king to two queens because my husband had been ill. When we got to the room, it was a king bed. I called the desk and was told I needed to come back to get a new room. This entailed a long walk down the hall and driving back around the building. It was 87 degrees. I got the new keys and went back to the side entrance. It took several attempts with both keys before I could get the entrance door open and the same to get the room door open. I propped the room door open, collected my husband and moved to the new room.

The staff at check in was friendly. Our son’s room had mold all in the shower and bathroom it was gross he had to shower in our room. They advertise free breakfast but there is minimal food served the milk that was there was expired as well. We had to stop at McDonald’s. We won’t be back.

Terrible experience pool was disgusting IN June, tears multiple in wallpaper on wall in hall and room, brown water in bathroom, house keep lady smelt horrible, only 1 ice machine between 4 floors others were out of order, one tiny elevator working the other out of order. We checked out a night early and they never gave a receipt for Chek out approximately they never did it since I got an email the next day to please check out. Which I did 12 hours prior. TERRIBLE for a Wyndham

This property needs a huge facelift. Our door stuck and we had to both push it open. The pool wasn’t open and water was still green. Hairdryer was broken. Good points are it was in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable.
