The room was clean however there were several things that were worn out or not in working order. 1. The security lach was loose so you really had to make sure it was pushed back otherwise it would lock you out of the room. This happened once while I was in the room, my husband got locked out. 2. Loose toilet seat 3. Bathroom vent fan switch was missing 4. Shower diverter spout hardly worked to take a shower. 5. Electrical outlets were loose so it was hard to keep a charge going for devices. 6. Lamp between beds was broken. First one light bulb burned out then the plug at the base quit working. 7. Walks outside were not shoveled or salted

The workers were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was in need up updating and cleaning. The trim in the hallway was ripped off and not repaired. Pillows super uncomfortable. Clean, but outdated. The price was low. I guess you get what you pay for!

The hotel was ok, it’s nothing like the photos. Also we wasn’t aware that they lock the door at 12.00. We stood outside for about 5 to 7 min. Waiting for the clerk to answer the phone and let us in. The breakfast was ok. For what we pay. Sausages was the only microwave meat. We also took a train wasn’t aware it wasn’t uber. It say casino 14 min from hotel. But the walk say 2hrs and 10 min. Very misleading. 4 restaurant in walking distance . So taking a cab is something you wouldn’t have a choice. 25 dollar one way for 14 miles. We were across from a high school they had a awesome Christmas Parade.

Great value, private jacuzzi was worth so much. They need to replace the cables on the weight machine in the fitness though, it's unusable and potentially dangerous otherwise.

The room was a suite it didn’t have descent chair to sit in besides a desk chair .. the bed was descent.. Offeeed Dove soap that was nice !

My stay was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly and the location was great. Great restaurants were within a 10 minute drive. Some other reviews made me a little nervous about choosing this location, but besides some renovations that were taking place, this hotel was absolutely great.

They were doing remodeling, so walking the hallway to our room it wasn't a very pleasant surprise.. Would visit again, when the remodel is fixed! Room was nice! Pool area was nice!

As soon as we got to our rooms i found that the tv wasnt working. Called front desk and was told maintenance would be there asap to fix it. Waited over an hour and tried to contact front desk again with no answer. Never was corrected. Breakfast was the worse i had ever had at a hotel/motel. Waffle batter was seperated an spoiled, the "eggs" and sausage cold. There was sticky stuff all over the floor and tables. The pool was as hot in temp as the hot tub!!!! Almost to hot for kids to even get in the pool. I will never stay here again.

We rent a wheelchair accessible room for 3 adults, but in reality you can’t fit 3 adults in one king bed so don’t do it, we should’ve do more research before rented. His wheelchair can’t get around the corner of the bed is a big table in the way, the shower head is fix so he can adjust the way to spraying, the mini fridge wasn’t working right, in the positive was a hot breakfast, pool working good, close to downtown parking lot accessible.

Definitely my go to place. Pool is warm hit tub is fixed and staff is amazing. Ran out of some of the breakfast tho milk is a big key ingredient for breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Layout was easy to get around. Building is undergoing renovation so looks a little rough in places. But that should be fix when they are finished. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Place was good to stay, although place is in remodeling state when we stayed Aug 1-4. Hallways where in rough shape and the first room given, I had to ask for a different one as the room had a strong smell of cigarettes second room given was better and no smell, room was comfortable and staff was understanding and very welcoming hospitality was great as they had breakfast in the mornings and they have plenty of cameras for security. I had no issues at all with our stay and would consider staying at this location again in the future

The hallways have ripped up walled and carpet. The room smelled like weed. The room looked a dog had ripped the carpet from the walls and it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bed was the only thing I would touch. Disgusting. I did not stay there. My room was non refundable and I still left after walking in the door. Wasted money. Found a better hotel elsewhere for around the same price.

It would be nice if the hotel staff kept a little better control of their parking lot. Other guests were partying till 2am both Friday and Saturday night with loud music, laughing and there were about 20 empty beer cans left in the bed of my truck from some of the party patrons

Room smelled like as if we were in an Indian restaurant. The tv remote did not work correctly. Had no volume but had channels so we called the front desk and they brought a new remote and said they fixed it but then we volume and no channels. The walls were so thin you could hear everything that was goin on in each room around us. Hot tub was out of order. Then I had to unplug the tv because the remote stopped working again. The bathroom was super small. Not a good place for anyone with a handicap person because there is no elevator. Will not be staying here again.

This was a decent hotel and stay. I have stayed here before so I knew what to expect. My room was clean and quiet. The room was quite spacious and had everything I needed. A comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice staff. The only negative, they need to spruce up the breakfast, not very desirable except the juices. Overall, it was a good compfrtable stay.

The One place I didn't check before booking, Always check the reviews ppl! The counter has 3/4 plate glass around it like you'd see at a store that gets robbed all the time! They said it was because of COVID. Everything is run down, gave me a handicap room that I didn't book. I'm 6'3, that doesn't work! She wouldn't let me change it!. It's the last night of a 7 day motorcycle trip, last hour was in the rain, I'm dead tired otherwise I'd leave. Extremely pissed off at this place! Don't Stop here, it's a disaster! Just hope my bike is still there in the morning!

We traveled from out of town to celebrate milestones with family members. We figured this location was good to accommodate the different locations of family members. However, we were not aware of the “repairs” in their renovation process. It made the hallways look rundown and dingy. The front staff was difficult at times to locate but other staff members accommodated in their absence. Housekeeping was very attentive to our many needs and i appreciated their service. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable but the bathroom and pool needs were lacking at times. The breakfast had a nice variety but wasn’t always stocked well and the waffle machine broke down which was upsetting. Also disappointing was our shower tub and refrigerator in our room. Overall, the stay sufficed our need for the time we were there.

Would never have booked this hotel if i knew how unclean, terrible smelling and dirty it was. It is also not a kid safe/friendly hotel. We checked in, went up to our room and immediatly came back down, checked out and booked a different hotel. Wasted over $500 on two rooms between 2 groups staying there, but it wasnt worth staying there just to save the money. The pictures online are very misleading. Worst hotel i've ever been to. They also would not compensate or refund either of the two days we booked. Do not waste your money on this hotel and book somewhere else.

The hotel was older. The front lobby looks like they have put time into to make it nice. We did not try the pool, but it looked nice. We were not sure if the hallways were in the middle of being remodeled or if baseboards were ripped off - wallpaper was also coming off, but it may be part of a remodel? The room was clean, but old. There is laminate flooring in the entire room, but again, it was clean. The door outside to the stairs up had a room with window next to it that was quite scary looking inside - I would make sure to close the curtains - not sure if someone was permanently living there or if it was a work room.

In bad need of an update. The service was very good. The pool area was nice and clean. Room were "clean" but only the basics...we found an old pair of underwear in a corner... Bflst was about what we expected for the price, but eating area was small and got quite crowded--staff had trouble keeping up with food. I would maybe go back, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others who may be used to nicer setting.
