Clean, easy to find location near the train station and friendly/helpful staff. Would stay here again!

Great stay, rooms were modern and well furnished. Shower was good , bed was comfortable. Rooms were compact but good value for money. Only downside was no kettle in room to make tea / coffee ourselves. Would reccommend and would stay here again
2.0
Minus side:The shower is in the room with you, zero privacy. Very cramped rooms.
Plus side: close to train station, VERY helpful staff

Fantastic breakfast and very conveniently located (easy walking distance) between the railway station and town. Tram stop right outside. Friendly helpful staff and they looked after our luggage after check out. Only downside was the room was very small and the shower and sink were in the bedroom.

A fabulous hotel with such friendly professionals as staff . Nothing too much always smiley helpful . Rooms are tight however such value for money especially as so much to do see in Bordeaux . Breakfast was great such choice and value . Tram stop outside so transport fabulous . A real gem of hotel and definately recommend and return

the rooms are very small, which was expected. The shower soap was filled out with water, instead being renewed. The bed was not really comfortable.
The breakfast was okay.
Good public transport.

Great breakfast.
Mattress was a bit too soft.
Small rooms.
Enjoyed our stay, good value for the money spent.
Would stay again.

Kind staff, renovated hotel, everything looked like new. However, rooms are VERY small and tight. They were comfortable and clean.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here very much, we played a bit of ping-pong on arrival and used the small gym for some stretching! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, definitely recommend

Convenient location for both cars and walkers. The room was very small but clean, and very cute (shower is not in a separate room so no problem for a couple like us but could be awkward for friends). Two guys at the reception on July 20 afternoon to evening were super helpful and friendly. Wish I asked their names! Would come back if we visit Bordeaux again!

Very kind staff and clean. Sadly tram outside was not working during our stay. Rooms quite compact but fine for a place to stay after exploring the city.

The stay reflected the descrption and reviews I’d read beforehand. Small but efficient and modern room, short distance to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. Service was great and the staff friendly.

Very clean, super friendly helpful staff, great transport links, cheap parking underneath the building. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The person who checked us in was great. He showed us where to get into the city and how to use the metro. It was super helpful.

Very good service from all the staff.

Staff of reception desk were very helpful. Pointing our local restaurants and sights. Room was very small even for European standards.

Interesting hotel

Excellent option for the budget-conscious who don't want to sacrifice cleanliness, comfort, etc. Very pleasantly surprised and the quality of the hotel overall; the breakfast (very, very good - rivaled my stay at a Hilton property); and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. The staff had excellent English and were very friendly each day. Our room was very modern and clean. It was small but we knew that when booking and didn’t mind at all as we were out sightseeing all day / evening. The hotel is located on a nice safe street and opposite the tram stop which is perfect. We never heard the tram at night and it did not disturb us.

All in all it was a good stay, but unfortunately we had something stolen from one of the rooms.

Very good, all you need for a couple of days, very clean, comfortable, good location... Highly recommended

We knew when we booked it was just for one night. We were pleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was The sinks in the bathrooms were terrible, beds hard. I guess it is more off a hostel than a hotel. Staff were very helpfull

Room too small
Breakfast offering - limited

Great location. Staff is very friendly. The room is small, with barely space to put a large suitcase, but chairs and tables are available in the lounge. The train station is only a 5 minute walk and the tram stops right outside.

Great location with tram stop just outside. Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

The room is very small and the shower is right next to the bed. If you are traveling with someone that you don’t know very well, please be prepared to watch them taking a shower. Good for one person but definitely not for more than that. It felt claustrophobic for 2. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned our room twice, however they did not make the bad or replace our toilet paper in either times, we had to go down to the front desk to request it. While cleaning they just took out the trash and changed our towers once, they also forgot some cleaning products in our bedroom. The staff is friendly and location is good.

The people were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room are extremely small. we had an upgrade from Hotel.com as gold members any they gave us a descent room which even does not have a number but WORK on the door. It was nice, but they say themselves that the room as a sells. Shover is in the room.

CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION FOR EASY ACCESS TO PLACES OUTSIDE OF BORDEAUX AND TRIP BACK TO PARIS. TRAM STATION RIGHT IN FRONT OF HOTEL. ROOM ON THE SMALL SIDE AND TIGHT --- YOU CAN OPEN THE SHOWER DOOR FROM YOUR BED. BE CREATIVE ON HOW TO USE THE SPACE TO STORE LUGGAGE SO YOU CAN MOVE AROUND THE ROOM. NO FORMAL CLOSET, JUST SHELVES WITH CARDBOARD HANGERS. EXERCISE ROOM A PLUS. NICE SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST. FRIENDLY STAFF.

Good location just steps away from the tram so expect the associated noise but lovely clean modern hotel!

I was in need of finding a hotel close to the rail station for a journey to Paris the following day. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was relatively small (that is normal in France) but had everything you needed. Area was serviced by tram to enable you to quickly tour around the City. There is an onsite breakfast cafe I did not use. I would absolutely stay again on any future visit.
