Overall this day was good breakfast was good staff was friendly other than the door to the bathroom fell off the track and after we told the front desk and no one was to enter the room until we got back and they went ahead and did it anyways was kind of unsettling but they fixed it overall good place what I do it again probably not

I will not be returning ro this hotel. You get what you pay for. I arrived at 4 pm on a thursday. I checked in but did not go up to room, i was running late to meet peopl. Upon my arrival at 9 pm, i went to my room with my two large cases to find the room not cleaned from the previous guest. I went to front desk that told me there was noone from house keeping to clean it, would i like to cancel my reservation. I said no i wanted another room. I was given another room which the keys did not work so i had to make another trip to the front desk. Finally got into my room at 9:30. It smelled very musty, super tired looking, the second security lock was missing. Even though i asked to have fixed, they "could not". I asked for daily house keeping, they showed up 2 out of 4 days. The buffet room area was filthy. Your shoes stuck to the floor. The entire hotel needs to be throughly cleaned. The buffet was all pre packaged muffins, 1 type of ceral. 1 type of fruit. The cream cheese and butter was frozen. I eould actually shoe pictures, but it is not letting me add them.

The clerk that checked my group in was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the cruise port.

Staff not friendly. Watched a man in a wheelchair struggle at breakfast because food placed and not handicapped accessible. He could reach nothing.

Location was decent we were in the middle of all our activities locations. Our biggest concern and issue was there was a pill on the floor that our grandson found when I told the night manager he just blew me off and said oh… parking lot was a little in the dark side

Really good for the price you pay. Breakfast is okay, no vegetarian hot food option but I understand not a lot of people are vege therefor not the end of the world. Bedroom was big and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall the property was fine. However the toilet ran the entire time, and there was only one washcloth in the room and they only had one more when I asked. I wasn't expecting the bathroom to be directly off the bedroom (meaning the door opens towards the bed) so that was unusual. But it was conveniently located and quiet.

The bathroom is very small. If you are a larger person it would be difficult to use the toilet and shower. The beds were comfortable rooms fairly clean. The breakfast was good. Had omelettes,sausage,bagels,fruit and yogurt. The front staff on check in wasn’t too friendly, but the rest of the staff was good.

I never experienced in any hotels like what I have experienced last night July 15. I arrived to SLEEP IN in West Ashley at 9:45pm, a lady in the front desk name Nickie (Manager). My reservation was in No show in the system & according to her she doesn’t know why and it says as per Expedia she can refund me the amount of $98 even I paid $129 to expedia. Nickie asked to contact Expedia even though in my app it is still active. I contacted Expedia, explained to them what’s going on & told me they will call the property. I said no one will answer you because she was gone from the desk for about 20-30mins while other guests was also waiting for her. When I approached her again to double check if the hotel confirmation that expedia gave me is the same in their system, she said yes. She asked me to pay the property rate for me to be accommodated because that’s the only solution she can do. What upset me, why a manager will be irritated and tell me “DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB!” and I responded Excuse me, I am not here to teach no one and for sure you know how to do your job. On top of that, to tell me that I even barely understand her ENGLISH. Like WOW! That’s not how a manager should act and speak. And to the management, I didn’t curse Nickie like what was told to my husband in the morning when he called the property. Nickie doesn’t have the customer service at all, I have to rebooked my hotel to Marriott who has the standard and who knows on how to speak to a guests.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the quietness of the area, and the free parking. But I think the small rooms are overpriced. The breakfast could be improved with better quality eggs(watery), better quality sausages, and better coffee.

Breakfast is very basic and 1 hour after starting there was nothing left.
Safe was not fixed until day before last.
We told the front desk about noisy neighbors but did not improve. Walls are very thin.
Requested housekeeping for the 4 days. Was done only once. You have to keep asking to have it done.
Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are bad quality.
Other than that, staff was nice.

The hallways and room smelled of smoke. The bathroom had a pocket door that squeaked terribly and would wake us all up if anyone used the restroom at night. The shower had a glass door that you either had to get completely in to turn the water on for it to warm up, Or, take the rubber strip off to swing the shower door open the opposite way to reach in and turn on the water, but then you had to worry about water getting on the bathroom floor when you showered. The second night we asked for towels etc and they said they couldn’t give us all the towels we needed because the washing machine wasn’t working and we should come back for more the next day. I would not recommend this place.

overall not horrible, pool was down for an entire day. rooms contained mold in the shower and blood on the mattress protector after unmaking the bed before leaving. decent for the price paid. not sure i would rebook again.

The overall stay was pretty good and we liked the hotel but they took money out of my account when they shouldn’t have. I paid through hotel.com before arriving but on the first night of my stay my card was charged over $300. I thought I had gotten this handled with the girl at the front desk who said the guy who checked me in did it incorrectly so the manager “voided” the charge. I still haven’t seen that back on my account and my bank still sees the charge as well. I called to speak with the manager twice and both times I was told he wasn’t there and he would call me back. but I have still yet to get a phone call back?? It’s ridiculous they took my money when they shouldn’t have and I can’t even get a call back about it. The hotel was nice to stay in and we would return but after this I feel uneasy about it and think we will look else where in the future.
