All was good except the breakfast was too simple.

The location was great. The price, though high, was reasonable for the area. Coffee bar available 6-9.30am. The "grab and go" was not available for 4 days.."shipment had not come in, didn't know when". No ice machine. Was told that there were trays in frig (nope).
The parking lot was to be redone the week of stay...total confusion. There were notices posted at entrance doors and elevator, but was not mentioned at check in, nor was vehicle info requested. The parking lot schedule changed, but notices were not updated (as far as which part closing, and vehicles to be moved). Windows only opened up about 3-4 inches, so hard to get fresh air.

The first room they gave me was not cleaned. Bed unmade and towels/washcloth on floor.
The second room they gave me had a toilet that did not flush at all.
Advertised breakfast on website, but only coffee available. Was told they were waiting for a truck to deliver breakfast foods.

The hotel is ok for 1 or 2 days! In the description it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED! WHICH IN REALITY IS NOT BREAKFAST IS JUST A SNACK AND COFFEE! SCAM!

My guest needed to show ID which they ran through electronic scanner database to make sure they weren’t a fugitive or previously banned from property.

Good service but absolutely no food at all in hotel...no pantry, vebding machines, nothing. And they charge extra for plates, silverware, etc. Much better deals out there.

I know it’s Late July so prices are higher but this was not a $225. Room. At best $150. Tv didn’t work any the fan which was the only switch for the light was so loud I couldn’t turn it on. Showered with the door open.

The property was very average. I expected it to be a bit nicer based on some of the reviews we could not get into our room because there was a problem with our keys, and we had to wait over an hour before we could get into our room.

2-star hotel and nothing more. No carpet, slight smell in room. But bathroom was clean and shower good. Bed ok. Problem was $200 is a bit pricey for what it is.

This hotel is outdated and not very clean. This hotel doubles as a homeless shelter and rents to people on a long term basis. We spoke with a couple of residents who have been living there for 4 months.

The floor in the room was extremely dirty and sticky. My wife had to clean it herself with one of the towels in the bathroom. The staff did not do a good job with the floor at all.

Their website advertised "Free Breakfast" which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others in the area. However, when we went to get breakfast, there was a small stand with some coffee machines and some very cheap pre-packaged muffins. Very disappointing!
The rest of our stay was so-so.

tables and entertainment center had water damage and stains on the towels. I did not stay the night. I got there checked in went to eat and then left to another hotel.

The room was lower on the price than expected. It was nice to have a kitchenette. But the bed was very stiff, and the dresser was so short the tv sitting on it was nearly impossible to watch while laying down. Those. We’re the ONLY two non positive things.

Only stayed one night, but everything went the way it should. I checked in with no issues, the room was ready, clean, everything worked (including the coffee pot I got from the front desk) and conveniently located with parking on site.

Good, convenient hotel for me, if the price that week is good. Generally good rooms; but the lack of any utensils, cups, dishes - except upon request - can be annoying. Also, breakfast is a bit lacking, and what they do have shuts down too quickly in the mornings.
