Stayed overnight. Areas of the room were stained, surfaces weren’t really cleaned and the mini fridge was gross inside. I also think I smelled pot stepping out of my room. Smoking and vaping is illegal indoors? Otherwise the bed was comfy and the lady at the desk was friendly.

We had a great stay room was large and clean. Unfortunately pool was not heated which was a large downfall and will go with a different hotel next time.

Bed was clean. But the carpet and the sofa had huge stain on them. It smell humidity in the room also because they probably had a pipe leakage in the bathroom. The floor was wet and I arrive and remain wet all night. They said they were going to look into it. Room 308

The stay was fine, room was mice and clean, breakfast was also good.
I did not like that the first thing the hotel did - was trying to subscribe me to marketing data sharing. I refused, they still send me spam.
I also did not get invoice or receipt for my stay of any kind.

When I arrived check in was smooth other than the clerk had the all phone lines ringing. I arrived to my room brought my luggage left went to grab a bit to eat came back ate and wanted to take a nap go to get under the covers and the sheets had stains and tons of hair all over the sheets 😔 I tried calling front desk no answer went to the lobby waited 10 minutes for clerk. The clerk finally arrived even though I was 1st in line he checked others in them followed me to the room took pictures of the souled linen, tried getting me another room then had to lug all my luggage to that room. I was a tired and to aggravated to ask anything else.

Pleasantly surprised. Usually stay at big chain 4-stars and this wasn't crazy far off. Was much cleaner and fresher than I thought it would be. Breakfast was as these breakfasts are, but seemed fresher than usual. Prices are still unacceptable, but this decent experience made it easier to swallow the 200+ price, which is still way too much for a room that used to be 80 pre-covid.

Very outdated & dirty!! Ripped wallpaper & old furniture!
Smoke detectors with plastic bag over it! 4 nights & did not attend once to our room!! We had to ask for towels each day!!

The Air conditioning system was not working it was 85degrees in the lobby and hallways and throughout the hotel. The room was hot upon arrival and took several hours to get to temperature suitable for sleeping.

Amenities were fair, no streaming options for tv (for example) but room was clean and well appointed.

The room was spacious and clean. There was adequate parking and the hotel was conveniently located for highway access without being right off the highway (so there wasn’t highway noise). The AC /heat unit was noisy. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. The free breakfast was very basic.

Stayed with my family if 5..2 adults 3 kids.
Asked for towels (5) as there’s 5 of us and we used the 3 in the room after the beach day and they actually physically made me carry the dirty towels down from my room to the front desk to get new ones…

The room was not very clean. The tv didnt work well. Had to unplug and plug back in before you used it. And it turned off every 5 to 10 minutes. Then had to be unplugged and then plugged back in and repeat. The heating/cooling system in the room had moldy food in the vents.

I had a bug/insect problem the first night in room 210 they moved me the second day to 203 and I continued to have a problem. I’m not sure how or why but other than that the rooms are very nice slightly dated but still cool, The front desk staff is very nice and the Housemaids were friendly, although there was a barrier, but I should’ve learned Spanish 20 years ago

Room was old & falling apart. Could have been cleaner. Receptionist was overtly unkind-not rude just not friendly & nice. Would not stay there again-other places were nicer, cleaner, & about the same price.

Hotel was okay, check in was good. No cleaning of room unless requested. That's fine but when fresh towels were requested, they weren't brought to us. When we called to ask again, they said we could pick them up at the front desk. Breakfast was okay!

Thank God nothing was missing.
While my car was parked in lot overnight someone stole part of my bumper.
It appears to have shelter people living in the hotel as well
Please stay away from this location.

The breakfast was excellent. Well stocked and clean area.
There was a maintenance issue with light gushing from a ceiling fixture in the middle of the night and then slowed to a drip. I had to put an ice bucket under it for the night rather than wake my family up and get someone.

It was a fine stay. The suitable room with two comfortable beds.
Breakfast was bad so skip it or bring your own. There is an excellent grocery store, Dave’s a 5 min drive away.
They let people party all night long outside by the pool so it wasn’t a good sleep.
