The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. My only complaint was the lack of cleanliness. The tile floor felt oily, there was dirt piled in the bathroom corner. Also the build up on the inside of the door was really thick.

The room wasn't very clean. There was trash on the table under the TV. The front of the commode dried urine on it. The commode was very slow filling up after you flushed it and the noise from upstairs was very loud and we couldnt sleep.

The staff is wonderful they are fully aware of the condition of the hotel and the cockroache problem. I was almost asleep after removing 3 roaches from my bed. At 2am i felt someyhing crawling on me it was 30 plus german roaches. Only stayed because the city was booked. Do not recommended

Where do I start oh yes the ac unit made noises when shutting off all night making it hard to sleep. Also those staying at the hotel were noisy. The towels were stained,the room stayed damp and there was a musty smell in the room. The breakfast stunk and we checked out a day earlier but the young man at the desk said he would have to ask the manager if I could be credited back for the one day and stated he would call me by 11:30 24 August and I still have not received a phone call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

Check-in was horrible which was via a bullet proof window apparatus. I was asked several times if I had a reservation which I did via Hotels.com and I could see my paperwork was on the desk. Finally, the front desk clerk saw it and was adamant I was staying for 3 nights. I told him it was for 3 adults not 3 nights. I asked for a bottom floor room because of my physically disabled mother but all they had was a second story room which you have to access by outdoor steps.In addition had to park on the side of the road because of no parking spots. The stairs were slippery with water. Upon entering the room an unpleasant smell hit your nose. The wall had chips in it, the lamp shade was disfigured. The phone was dirty, the tv remote control did not have a back to it. The tv channels were not named. The bed popped when you got on it or moved around - some type of metal platform. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The toilet seat had black stains on it. The sheets had stains on them. We slept with our clothes on and slept for 5 hours (while worrying my car may be broken in to or stolen) and left immediately. Do not stay here! Seriously, you will regret it. (I have photos but app isn't able to upload)

There were roaches coming out from under the bed and we were only there for 5 minutes. The sheets were dirty and the chair had nasty stuff all over it. Very dirty!

The hotel is ok for the price but you feel like you need to duck for cover every time you sit or move on the bed b/c it’s sounds like someone just dropped a 100lb block down a set of bleachers. The metal they have on the bottom of these beds is awful! There is no being quiet period b/c every time you turn it sounds like that. It kept scaring our dog so the dog would jump up and look around trying to figure out what it was all night. Staff was friendly but these beds need tossed out to the curb.

Not the worst place to stay. There was a roach in our room & the metal covers around the bed to hide the box spring made a HORRIBLY LOUD sound every time you got off or on the bed. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

The room was just okay... 3 complaints: 1) The toilet looked dirty like it had never had a scrub brush to it.2) The bed sheets & towels were stained like they had never seen any bleach. 3) The bottom of the bed was some type of metal & every time you got on or off the bed it would pop loudly. Probably would not stay again unless I absolutely had no other choice.

Good relaxing time,clean room and complex looked great. Only thing was washing detergent machine did not work properly, and mounted on our headboard wall. Sounded like someone trying to KNOCK IT OFF THE WALL. I will stay here again .........

The rooms are newly renovated and in good condition. The check-in and booking were easy. For the price you cannot beat the convenience. Years ago, you could not get me to stay at a Super 8. Since Wyndham bought, it seems to have changed!

Only thing i did not like was the way the front desk spoke to me that morning at breakfast. Walked in with my boys to make them breakfast, not myself, and he goes to tell me how to make waffles. The sign clearly stated how to do it in which i did read. Also wanted to know how many was with me and what room number. Kinda odd to ask a single woman traveling with 3 kids under the age of 9. Had another guest that we met the night before and they did not get questioned or told how to work the waffle maker. Felt really awkward that i was singled out like that. Bed were comfortable, room was great and the pool was amazing. Kids said the breakfast was good also(waffle, muffin and coffee).

We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people, 1 night. When checking in we were told that it was their policy that it was for 2 adults and 2 children only. I told them we would go to another hotel cause I was not renting another room due to having 2 beds available! After stating that they let us have the room! After checking out we realized a phone had been left behind sitting on top of the bed. We called and were told it wasn’t there. Realizing that was the only place it could be we returned, they were in the process of cleaning our room. They got very defensive saying “search me search me”! We called the phone and found it tucked into the fitted sheet and the bed had already been made. We reported it to the front desk that we felt like they were trying to hide it and were told “they wouldn’t do that”! We will never stay at this location again and would recommend you find a different location!

Friendly welcome, decent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, dog friendly, very quiet. We travel between Florida and Illinois frequently and enjoy staying here. Reasonably priced for a quick rest. We will continue to stop here.

The room smelled bad. The bathroom smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in there. Upon getting up the next morning, encountered a roach on the tub, on the AC unit and on the wall between the beds! Last thing, my daughters bed sheets had a brown stain and something else on it when she got up (thought it was a bedbug at first). I usually don’t bash hotels/condos for small things but, this was awful/nasty. We got out of there early the next morning. Told the guy at the desk and he said they would clean the room. WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The stay would have been okay, except the management was rude. We werent given towels so we asked for some. They tried to hand us one towel, but there were 4 of us in the room, three adults and one child. When we said four, they gave us a dirty look and left after giving them to us. The towels were thin and not great, plus one had what looked like grass on it and they all looked dingy. The room itself was good, but the bathroom door was covered in stains. Breakfast was a small set up with some pastries, coffee, juice, eggs (that looked old), and a waffle maker. While my mom used the waffle maker, she accidentally added a little too much batter, but once cooked it came off clean. However, the manager came over and said MAAM MAAM, TOO MUCH! He then reflipped the waffle which almost made it cook too long. He also was on his cellphone the whole time and seemed like he was inconvenienced by us. He did the same thing when I struggled to flip the waffle maker. He was still on the phone and seemed agitated by me. He continued to stand over us the rest of the time, whoch made us uncomfortable so we went back to the room. The pool was okay, but also hadn't been cleaned recently. Considering the pool is why we chose that motel, it was disappointing. The best thing about it was that we were only 8 minutes from my brother's house who we were visiting. Overall, if youre in a crunch, this works. However, if you can go somewhere else, I recommend it.

After arriving, we realized we didnt feel like we were in a safe area, and the room wasn't the cleanest. The eye hole in the door was covered with paper towl, as it appeared that the glass was broken. The two staff members watched as my daughters and I ate breakfast, and it made me feel uneasy.
