clean and fast friendly check inn!!! breakfast was good

was charged 2 times for my stay things happen, and we totally understand things happen. However, when calling the guy who answered, he was rude and hung up on me after i couldn't understand what he was saying a couple times......he dosnt speak clear.....but i called back the next day and staff was extremely nice and fixed the problem!!!

I would recommend this hotel. It was comfortable for our long stay.

Clean, comfortable, modern. Close to restaurants, shopping, work and home. Really excellent breakfast each morning. Fitness center and pool were in great condition and there was a grill and tables.

Needed more fresh fruit options. Only oranges and kiwi each day. Out of the disposable earbuds for fitness center.

Clean, comfortable beds, but room needs updating and thorough cleaning.

We liked the location and the fact that it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in the same hotel in May and the room and bathroom were immaculate and updated. The room we had this time had peeling wallpaper and chipped paint on the woodwork. During our stay in May, I felt like our money was well spent. Not so much this time.

Quiet, Spacious and close to a lot of shopping

quiet location. good breakfast. a lot of shopping nearby. booked one bedroom and it was spacious. liked the sliding door for rest room which saves a lot room.

My stay at Home2 Suites Prattville

I was extremely impressed with the hotel desk clerk Patrice. I was there to visit my sister in the hospital. The hotels' juice machine has been broke for quite sometime. Patrice worked around the clock on New Years weekend. She bought gallons of orange juice & put a glass beverage dispenser on the breakfast line with ice to keep it chilled. I stayed 3 nights & 4 days, my visit was wonderful. Cindy the breakfast bar employee, kept it spotless & everything filled. She was friendly and helpful. Tywan was my housekeeping person. He was friendly, kind & helpful. No matter where I seen him, inside the hotel or outdoors he had a big smile on his face! I will always stay at Home2 Suites in Prattville. You have excellent employees, please let them know it.

Room, breakfast and staff sucked.

Location

The room being filled with bugs that the hotel staff knew about and still put us in the room. There was 2 holes in the floor that even patched made you feel as though you were going to go through the floor when walking on them. Room was dated and is in need of some updates along with a good cleaning. Within a few seconds of exiting the shower your feet started turning black on the bottom from how dirty the carpet was in the room.

cleanliness- we had ants, dirt, a terrible sleeper sofa mattress that was old and terribly worn and a bathroom that had the water spigot in the shower pulling out of the wall

The location was excellent and the staff was friendly.

However, the carpets and floors were not cleaned throughout the property. Our room smelled like bleach and there was a large wet spot on the carpet. I didn't know the floor was per friendly.

Pleasant

This hotel was a pleasant stay. Front desk was nice and welcoming. The room are very spacious, neat, and clean. The laundry facility was very convenient and clean.

1. Wi-fi was not available. 2. Iron and ironing board was missing. Front desk was able to send up an iron but without the ironing board. 2. Housekeeping was extremely rude at check-out. My watch was misplaced so therefore we could not leave the room as soon as we were expected. The housekeeper continuously opened the door to rush us out and with a nasty attitude told us we needed to hurry up and get out because we should have been out at check-out time. She was very inconsiderate and would even listen to the fact that my watch had been misplaced and my fiancé and I were searching high and low. I did not expect to be treated this way after a pleasant stay. We were highly disappointed. 3. Honestly, the price of $230 for one night stay was not worth it.

Exceptional

It was a wonderful room! I loved having a mini kitchen. The beds also slept wonderfully!

I booked the room, choosing to pay later, In the email it was $128 for one night and the day of when I went to pay, it was $250. Definitely a huge difference in prices of what I was expecting.

heated pool, beds were so comfortable, breakfast, check in/out times, and location

no do not disturb signs for doors Cleaning staff was knocking on the door at 9:30a on checkout day and proceeded to open the door while my husband was using the bathroom and I was still in the bed.. Not Cool with that!!
