Love the hot tubs, the beds were great. Very close to downtown and underground parking for a few cars.

The hotel has a nice proximity to downtown and the outside hot tub is really nice. I don't like how the outside rooms have the bed right next to the hot tub. It is awkward to come straight to the bed and then there is cold air that comes under the door. There were also some spots on the floor that were sharp because the carpet transition was coming up.

This hotel has been nicely renovated. The rooms were clean and spacious. They included pool robes, glass wine glasses and corkscrew, water glasses, ceramic coffee cups, espresso cups, and a an espresso machine. The hot tub area was clean very enjoyable. The sauna was out of service but we enjoyed the steam room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great! The good was fresh and plentiful with good variety. The staff was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Banff Aspen Lodge! The breakfast and service were excellent. The area was perfectly located to make it walkable. Very clean and fun atmosphere. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was somewhat small but well thought out. Great breakfast buffet, excellent staff, free parking and walking distance to all the amenities. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the breakfast crew. They all worked double time to make breakfast. Excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional, and the facility was in great shape. The only downside is that each afternoon a huge bus of Tourist pulled up and that meant that breakfast would be crazy until they all left to catch the bus. Unfortunately, you couldn’t count on what time their bus would be there so you had to check out the breakfast room and see if it was normal before you came down for breakfast. There was no way to get near the breakfast room when the bus load of tourists were all trying to get fed at the same time. Kudos to the staff of the breakfast room because they were able to clean up Restock and turn around immediately to service the rest of the customers.

Nice, clean and spacious room, excellent location, friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing with good seating arrangements and all the regular items like boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, toasts, bacon/sausage, fruits, granola, yogurt, tea and coffee. Glad that I decided to stay here.

Our 1st floor room was the size of a dorm room. For extra $ we got a better room with a lane way view. Staff was great and hotel is super clean.

Cost to stay is insanely expensive! Not worth the price for me. It is a very walkable & convenient location, however the lobby area is consistently crowded with visitors getting coffee/pastries, then lounging around, that you sort of have to push your way through to check-in or come & go. Older hotel that they have tried their best to update, but rooms & bathe are still on the smaller side. Not worth the price, but then again, all accommodations in Banff are overpriced!

The front desk staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. She helped us book our gondola, showed us some fun places to go on the map and always had a smile on her face! The location of the hotel was great and the rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area in the future.

The location was super convenient to walking to nearby restaurants and the downtown shops. The staff at the front desk was also very helpful in providing information and even lending us bear spray for our hikes. We love to sitting on the front outdoor patio to enjoy beverages and soak in the beautiful weather. Two things that could’ve been better involve the pool in the shower. I wish one of the pool areas with just a cool pool instead of hot tub like temperatures. I’m sure the hot tub feature is great in the winter, but not so much in the summer months. and maybe it was just our room, but the water pressure in the shower was super weak and it was very hard to get the temperature control just right. But all in all, we had a great stay at this hotel. Also, having a complementary breakfast was super convenient for getting early starts to enjoying our trip.

hotel was clean and modern. the steam room was nice, the coffee shop and sitting area at the front was nice. The distance to downtown was short. Staff were friendly. Good over all experience. Cost of the room for one night was steep relative to hotels I have stayed in around the world but I suppose it was relative to other hotels in the area.

Stayed 1 night late June. Pros: Bed was comfortable and room clean. Front lobby has nice coffee bar. Friendly helpful staff checkin. Breakfast included for us very good. Underground parking was convenient. Cons: Room rate Very Expensive, overpriced for small economy room. Maintenance on hot tub and was closed. Steam room did not work either.

Great location right downtown Banff, with a nive coffee shop attached. Room was spacious and clean with a patio. Included breakfast was delicious. They also have a nice courtyard set up with a pool, hot tub and fireplace, and a steam room.
