They need to tell you that the hotel is going to spring an extra 150 dollars on you for the deposit on the site when you pay for your room so you dont get ambushed.

Front desk was rude and unfriendly. Our room had ants in it. Pillows were flat. The room said non smoking but it stank of cigarettes.

There was no hot water. They offered me dirty dishes and the dish washer was broken. The tv didnt work and they did nothing to fix these issues. There was glass in the parking lot. I am disappointed to say the least they didnt have the hot tub working id really like a refund.

Booked the hotel specifically for the hot tub and pool. When we arrived the hot tub was closed. The pool was sooo cold we couldn't even swim.

One of the worst experiences we have had at a hotel. Extremely noisy rooms. People yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night. All employees we dealt with seemed like we bothered them. No one took care of the yelling issue Saturday night that lasted all night.

The hotel was fine; a little tired-looking but clean; fairly comfortable bed; nice to have fridge and microwave; breakfast was OK: hot eggs and sausage, and sausage gravy with biscuits. Hot items served under a broken plastic cover: looked bad and hard to open and close. Easy check-in and out. No particular problems. OK for the price.

The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers. Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants nearby, at walking distance. I will go again.

The Bathroom was not clean. There was still soap left from the people before us in the tub pretty gross. Never seen that and all the years I’ve been staying in hotels. I should’ve demanded my money back, but I didn’t wanna deal with it

I thought the staff was very friendly. Amy checked us in the first night, and she was very friendly and thoroughly explained things and answered my questions. I also worked with a gentleman who was wearing a turban. I didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly also. I just needed a place to sleep while in town for the weekend. The staff was friendly, and I would stay again if I returned for the event next year.

The room was stuffy and smelled like it needed air purifier and carpet shampooing. The smell irritated my allergies. The phone I used to dial the front desk was covered in dirt smudges. Yuck! The bed was also super uncomfortable. It felt as if I was sleeping on plywood. As a person with sciatica, it was very unpleasant.

Fire alarm went off at 10 pm (no fire). Then I was worken up at 430 am by a ‘courtesy call ‘ that I never set up and the hotel had just neglected to remove following the previous guest.

The room was so loud with noise from the guests in the room above. It was a family and I could hear their door slam shut, the kids running and jumping etc. At 10:30 the fire alarm went off for 30 mins until the fire department came to inspect and turn it off.

It was not what I expected at all. The bed was clean, the shower was great, but the room had a weird smell, the walls were dirty and the kitchen burners were old asl and we had to ask for utensils and those looked used. Got locked of our room because their systems were down the night of check in. I would not recommend to anyone.

Cons: Rooms and property are outdated and not well maintained. Stains on carpet. Pool area needs some attention. Hot tub was also out of service. Pros: Our room was mostly quiet. The bathrooms and linens are clean. The AC gets cold. Free breakfast is adequate. Front desk was friendly.

Worst place to stay, very outdated, pool was green, hot tub was broken, caution tape was up all around the place, elevator will only hold 2 people or "family". Extremely sketchy people wandering around the property. Overpriced for what you get. Motel 6 would have been better!

I dont appreciate the fact that my car was robbed during my 2nd night stay. The Motel host did not notify us this happens regularly. Our window was broke and my purse was stolen. I will never stay here again!!

Pros: Lots of nearby food, shopping, fun. Cons: Only 1 way in/out of the parking lot/location. If you try to drive to something that is across the street, you have to go all the way around. So much traffic. Parking lot is home to semi trucks and people loitering overnight. Cars windows were smashed into, and someone scribbled on my car with marker. We were only there for 1 night. Very old building and noisy. You can hear people above and below you. We stayed on floor 2 and it was noisy. You can hear people using the bathroom, whispering, and kids talking at normal volume. Only 1 person staffing the front desk, so there was a wait/line every time we walked by. We asked about getting change for quarters for the vending machines but we were told to go somewhere else. We ended up driving to Walmart to get snacks and incidentals. There are snack marts nearby too, but you would have to walk all the way around and through the random people standing outside in the parking lot. It's safer to get in the car and drive to a real store. The pool was disgusting, cold, and smelly. The jacuzzi was broken. Our room was not clean but I bought cleaning supplies and wiped everything down. I picked up the trash that was stuffed behind the sofa. The dishwasher was sealed shut and broken. We didnt use the microwave or the stove. Fridge was dirty. The walls had many dings and there was a lot of small damage everywhere. Would not stay there again.

Hotel needs a major makeover.Front desk was a little old lady too focused on her tasks than answering my questions.Pool was okay just needs cleaning. Breakfast lady looked mad the whole time so maybe give her a raise??lol.My family's stay was okay but I was very glad I booked for just 1 night!!
