We went to a concert near by it was nice to stay in a hotel and not have to drive far

Good location, staff was very friendly and upgraded us because we are newlyweds and just got married very nice of them to do!

The cable didn’t work on the tv and the light was out in the jacuzzi area it was also very noisy

It was only one night. They have a pool, but never used it. It was nice and clean.

It was clean and front desk had nice people. Breakfast was nice

The only thing was cleaning staff forgot soap and usually there is one extra pillow where clothes can be hung up

Nothing much I feel like I overpayed for the quality they provided

Only one entrance staff weren’t approachable, rooms smelled weird

Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, many choices and free! Location was good, easily accessible to highways but didn't hear the traffic while we slept.

Hot tub was closed and pool was closed for most of our stay.

Very disappointing

Flew from pa to Washington with my kids and went camping for a week. Our last day we booked this hotel for the hot tub. We arrived and woman said it’s broken. I asked if there was another facility we could use and she gave us a number they may allow us to use it. The facility said no bc it was only for their guest. We asked for a refund so we could get what we paid for and she said we would would have to go through company. . We spent xtra money for the hot tube and pool. Very disappointing. When we got to the lobby there were two boys with life vests on and no one told them it was broken. Family time is very limited as well as vacation time. Very disappointing.

Staff that found a facility we could use because the one we laid for was broken. Instead gave us a number to call and say they “may” let you. I worked customer service For 27 years and this is unacceptable. She should have figured it out for us

Nice property with clean room.

Had booked because of the outdoor pool but it wasn’t open, which was a disappointment on some very hot days.

Could use improvement but still a nice stay

Good location was nice when I stayed in a standard king room last time staff was really nice (older lady)

I got a king room with a kitchen and there was left over food in the room from previous guest and we found tinfoil in the bedroom closet. Could have been better cleaned.

Overall, the stay was decent, but it appeared as though the company was still using the pandemic as a reason to not take

I liked that there was a breakfast offered daily with more than one option.

Although there were multiple breakfast options, the potatoes were cold every day. The sausages were either undercooked or covered in oil. Biscuits were cold and the coffee was not good at all.

Breakfast hours too limited. No all day coffee. Vending/ ice machines not convenient.

great customer service. clean property inside and out. in a good location

clean property outside and inside l. well maintained and kept up. secure only one entrance and exit. fire exits as well.

only issue in the room was the ceiling smoke detector was broken and hanging down. the tub wasn’t draining well it would stop up. small things and didn’t really impair my stay

Very nice breakfast. Spacious and clean bedroom.

Staff was not very warm. I asked to extend my reservation for an extra night, but they didn't do that and told me to start a second booking just for that night.
