Looked nice in the pictures but the unit was dirty with mould in the dishwasher, broken *everything*, ants all over the kitchen, and generally in incredibly poor repair. This was probably a really nice unit and report once, but I wouldn’t stay again and have been trying with no success to contact the company to discuss how unhappy I was with the quality. Nobody ever gets back to me.

The property was is a good location and Ok for the price. The bed was hard, toilet was up against teh side wall with limited room, the parking was allocated but not enforced, there were 2 cars parked in bays with damage and no number plates. No check in desk or reception, no milk for tea or coffee and towels and toiletries were of a cheaper standard. The TV was not tuned and had limited channels.

It was a lovely view of the ocean. Walkable distance to the beach and you will be the only one at the beach most of the time. Room was clean and spacious. Upstairs had everything you need for your stay like TV, fridge, kettle, washer etc

First the resort is rundown every thing that is advertised isn’t here, the apartment we stayed in is dirty the furniture is so old and outdated the hot tub doesn’t work they are no remotes for the air conditioners so hence couldn’t operate them

Didnt match the photos online. Alot older and run down then appeared. Mould in bathrooms. Broken stove, dripping tap and had ants. Informed owner said will have maintenance look at it the next day after we checked out.

This was just a short stop on our longer trip. And we are glad about that. The unit did not live up to expectations. Several lights throughout the property did not work. Including bathroom light and entry lights. We had to stumble around in the dark to find light switches that worked. We booked for 5 people, but there were only 3 beds. No sofa bed or rollaway bed. We were disappointed.

2 bed apartment was 2 storey - not indicated. Not suitable for persons who have difficulty in climbing stairs. No access to reception - disgraceful. Response to sms re: wifi extremely slow. Too bad if this was needed in an emergency. No WiFi accessibility. Car space is impeded by greenery ie. hedges. Air conditioner in 2nd bedroom does not heat properly. Spa bath in ensuite - jets do not work… no bubbles. Shower head was pretty much like a dribble. No door on ensuite bathroom. Lock on sliding door in lounge room does not lock properly. Does not secure properly in door jam. Very loose. Fly screen on door broken. Only 5 sachets of sugar provided for an overnight stay for guests is not enough for evening and next morning. Otherwise very clean overall.

Someone else was allocated the same room and was trying to get in. Was a little scary being on my own and hearing the door handle rattle! I also sent a text to the number given for general communication and got back a message relating to wifi not restaurants like I had asked. Beautiful location. Was a last minute booking for me due to other plans falling through and I was happy to be accommodated at such short notice

The accommodation was lovely with beautiful views. We booked for one night and stayed for four. It was so peaceful and beautifully relaxing. It does need some maintenance some of the door handles were loose or broken and the clothes dryer didn't work. The cooking utensils were below standard. Only 1 large pot and a frying pan which was old and the teflon was scratched and flaking. We had to buy a frying pan. Overall it was lovely and would definitely stay there again.

I have only rated on one aspect which was communication as we didn’t stay here. We had booked well in advance and they cancelled our accomodation a couple of hours before check-in, which left us in a bind on a long weekend. They claim an issue in the room out of their control, but we couldn’t confirm with them over the phone as they don’t answer the phone and only want to SMS. Considering we had to travel 3 hours to Coffs and it was a long weekend, it caused significant angst as we were already there. Luckily another resort were able to accomodate us. One positive is they refunded us quickly, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here in future.

Spacious, quiet. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The spa bath didn't work. There was no door to the en suite. Check in/check out times are good, kitchen was great with everything you need and no problems during stay - so still a win for a short stay.

Great spot, with lovely views and good communication. However, I do suggest not having an odd number of guests because the extra bed is terrible we had to get different accommodation for the 2 out of 3 nights we were supposed to be staying there - it was just like a yoga mat! Meanwhile, the main bedroom was very comfortable and clean.

We ended up canceling our trip there because no one was at the front desk and the property had been sold recently to a new group and they had shut down the facilities and we had no way of getting checked into our apartment. We were compensated at a full refund thank you very much, that was the only bright star of that experience

The lights above the stairwell did not work. You couldn’t safely walk up at night. The Simpson dryer did not work. The Simpson top loader washing machine did not agitate so the clothes didn’t wash or spin dry. There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower. Mattress for the queen bed had no support. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Won’t recommend this resort.

There was no check in, no wi-fi, no rollaway bed set up when we had booked one. After finally getting in contact with someone via text (as no one seems to work there) we were told it should be in the cupboard). The bed was broken, fell down when you laid on it. The other beds felt like springs. The positives was that it was very quiet, hardly anyone around and there was a lovely ocean view.

Property was dirty and need of maintenance. Bathrooms were again dirty especially the bathtub. There was no additional safety lock at the front door and made us feel very unsafe during night. TV was not working and no wifi facility. Forget about mobile reception! Not worth the money we paid!!!

If you are thinking of booking; one word,don’t. For what they charge it is almost criminal the way they presented the apartment. We were told there was a pull out bed, this was not suitable to use the mattress was poor, the bedding was dirty. We found a single mattress in a wardrobe so used this instead.The bathroom appeared to have been renovated but was not finished. The laundry door locked itself and when we asked to have it repaired, it was not possible due to being a weekend. They did however provide an extra blanket upon request. There is no reception area the only contact is over the phone but given instructions not to call them unless an emergency. The sliding door onto the veranda did not lock neither did one of the bedroom windows. Generally the apartment was dirty, and didn’t appear to have been cleaned prior to us checking in. Location was good. Cursing the fact we didn’t read reviews.

Broken door handles, no tv reception, no WiFi, dirty couch, dryer broken, uncomfortable spring single beds in the second room that should have been thrown out ten years ago, paint peeling off the walls & doors, however the worst thing was the fact that the balcony screen door and glass sliding door could not be locked.. there was no lock at all. Poor communication from the mobile number provided on the day of check in. I do not recommend this place at all & we only stayed one night.
