It was amazing stay. Hotel is in perfect location. Very friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely hotel, great service and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

A great stay, perfect location between the old town and the castle area, so handy for everything. The room was clean, large and comfortable, the breakfast had a good choice, and the reception staff were very helpful. We even got an early check in when we were just expecting to drop off our bags as we were so early. Would definitely recommend.

Nice staff. The lift only goes to 3rd floor. Short flight of stairs to the top floor, 4 th, floor.

Loved the location ! Smack in the middle of old town ! Just steps away from the town square and even closer to Wawel Castle !! Breakfast was awesome !! WiFi was a bit sparse when I stayed but overall the best stay !!

Lovely hotel in the Old Town with atte tive service. Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed my time there. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and held in a charming medieval space in the basement

Convenient location and nice clean rooms, breakfast options are great too.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Kasha at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast buffet provided an ample number of choices. Very tasty.

Hotel was wonderful, especially the staff.

Hotel is clean, great location, helpful staff. They made a few dinner reservations for us, including their sister property w rooftop dining, great food, and beautiful views of the city. Highly recommend you ask about that option.
We had a room facing the street, which we loved bc we enjoy the white noise but if quiet is imprtant to you, then ask for a different facing room.
Also, the bathrooms are large for European hotels but not a lot of storage and no full length mirror. Little closet space so bring wrinkle release.
We look forward to a return visit to Hotel SENACKI.

I loved the location of this property, nestled on a busy street with ample of dining options, extremely walkable to all old city attractions. Breakfast was much better than in many of the other properties that one is included. The only downside was parking, u to ou have to find one on your own.

Excellent location, with an oyster bar downstairs leading from the peacful hotel to a beautiful edge of old town. The castle a stone's throw to the right anf the central square a lovely 5 minute stroll to the left. And the buffet breakfast--administered with military precision by the ladies who make the scrambled eggs if you want (but only scrambled)--is varied and exceptionally well presented. The WiFi could be a tad more vigorous, but the same can be said for Poland in general. A great hotel.

Absolutely loved the location of this hotel, and the aircondition in our room was a lifesaver in the heat! Staff were lovely, and the breakfast was ok. We were on the 3rd floor, and could hear a little noise from the street at night, but nothing that botheres us too much!

Very central location for sightseeing, especially very close to Wawel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as we asked to check in early and get an early breakfast. Breakfast was very good. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was amazing! Kids loved the outdoor activities- volleyball, badminton, kids playground, soccer field/nets to name a few. The 3 twin room was very roomy.

Great small boutique hotel right in the heart of old town Krakow. Great staff. Great breakfast. Need to walk from parking lot. Road it is on is not open for cars after 10 am

Fantastic location, fabulous breakfast and a Prosecco and Oyster bar right next door.

If you are driving there is no place to park in property, parking is about 1 mile away from the hotel and than you will have to walk to hotel, no compatible outlets for American appliances, no USB ports, other than in the TV, which turn it self one hour of no use stopping the charge

This place is right between Sukiennice and Wawel castle. It's easy walk to anywhere in the old town. The tram stops are about 5min walk from the hotel. If you're coming from the KRK airport, it's 300 bus #1 tram.
The street in front of the hotel is pretty busy with many people until late, but the hotel room was super quiet.
The breakfast is amazing!
There's a convenient store (JustShop) across the street, and that came in handy from time to time.
If I visit Krakow again, I'll probably stay here again.

We payed to stay att Hotel Senacki, but when we arrived they had lost our booking, along with 2 other couples. We were moved to Hotel Kossak - a hotel outside the old town, in an area undergoing construction. So my review on the hotel (besides the service) pertains to hotel Kossak. The only compensation we received was that they payed for a taxi to the airport, ca €30 on a €1500 bill (3 rooms).
2.0
Nice hotel and close to everything in the main square. The streets can get loud and rowdy if you leave your window open but it's expected since it's in a popular area.

Staff was super nice. Great location. I would come back

Great location in Krakow's Old Town. Excellent location for Wawel Castle and the Concerts at Sts Peter and Paul church. The staff was excellent, as was breakfast in the charming breakfast room. I gave a poor review to the "Condition" as the carpet in my room was worn, filthy and stained. Also the elevator went out for awhile during my stay. Once repaired, it ran very un-smoothly, bouncy and jerky; a bit worrisome.

It was a great place to be right in the middle of the old town.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to organise trips and give recommendations.
