Very friendly and helpful staff in a fine establishment. It is an older place with the usual bumps and dents, but very clean and kept well. Great value. Staff were all wonderful, and cheap breakfast with fresh bread and croissant was very welcome. Room was very warm, but an open window helped once it cooled outside. Located on a quiet side street close to the centre ville, which worked great.

I was on my return from working six months for The Sanctuary of Lourdes. The stay was good, the breakfast perfect, the room slthough small, perfect. Nonetheless I do have some comments. I had booked this hotel as it said 24 hs reception, and security is sth I give priority to. What one has, is a phone to talk to sb. in case you have any need. You book yourself in. The building is old although the room, small but in good state. The stove in the bathroom. wasn’t working and it was cold. All this would be absolutely fine if the price was in accordance. It is a hotel in my humble review worth not more than Euros 50 a night. The gentleman at breakfast was very kind. The breakfast delucious, paid separately. I was able to book a taxi the day before through this “reception phone” although the price was different to what I had been told as it was a holiday.

Perfect position in the centre of the town. Small room but OK for an overnight stay. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but in a quiet street. Parking free with a disabled badge overnight in the nearby street. Large underground parking 100 m away.

Second time at this hotel - run by a lovely family, very clean, comfy, with a wonderful breakfast. No car traffic on the street, so it is not very loud, even though the location is so central for any visitor to Pau. Wifi works impeccably, so all of us could work in our room with no problems.

The couple who run the hotel were nice and helpful, and the location was good. Do not stay on the fourth floor. The lift only goes to three. The air conditioning barely worked and there seemed to be no insulation under the roof. The hotel is hard to find and access by car, because roads are often blocked.

I stayed 2 in Bosquet and 4 in Bourbon hotel last week. They are close to each other (<100m) and same price range. Both Bosquet and Bourbon are outdated in terms of interior. So do not expect the latest interior design there. I slightly like Bosquet more: - Bourbon has a better view (square) But: - More tourist info in the room in Bosquet - Bosquet has free tea bags and sticks - Bosquet has better beds and pillows - Bosquet personnel is more friendly It is only slightly better.

Pleasant and helpful, English speaking staff at reception. Room a little tired e.g. chips on bath, although clean. Buffet style breakfast, no cooked options but perfectly adequate although the dining room was a little soul-less. The hotel is just off the main central square in Pau so very convenient for shops, restaurants etc. Walking distance to train station. I had a quiet stay (Wed to Friday in November) but I was warned the hotel is right next door to a night club that can get very noisy late at night and early in the morning.

Room needed decor update, but ok and surprisingly quiet. However, we were at the top (4th) floor and people with heavy bags may struggle since the lift only went to the 3rd floor. Good location fairly close to both the city car parks. Only ethernet internet connection and reception will lend you a cable. A bit annoying having to hand in/ request the key every time we left/ returned to the hotel.

Room was so very different from advertised photos i find it hard to believe they were the same place. Reception staff were very good, as was the location. Otherwise there was nothing to recommend this hotel. We could not even get the tv to work. After 3 weeks travelling around Spain and France we voted this the worst accommodation.

Cheap and cheerful. Not great views from room, but right in the centre of town, clean linen, plenty of hot water. Also comfortable bed, and very quiet - no traffic noises. Pleasant stay.

The hotel is in central Pau and the rooms are small. Two people and two cases and the room was full. Hard to fine via Pau's one way system. Street cleaning made the night's sleep hard as well.

Hotel is very nice and conveniently located close to the main centre area. The lady on Reception was very helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms are very clean and in good decoration order. The whole street outside is currently being dug up but did not cause any issues. Pau is very small and easily able to walk to all locations of interest. There is no shuttle or public bus from the Airport so you have to relay on Taxis. OK going but ripped off getting back to the Airport.

This is a really nice small hotel with very friendly staff. And the price I got through Expedia was excellent value. The room was small with limited storage space, but it was very clean and well-decorated. And (which we don't often find) breakfast was also good value - 7.99 euros for a buffet breakfast with a good choice of foods. Access to the hotel is up a steepish set of stairs which might be a problem for wheel chair access for example. The location is excellent, near the main shops and only 5 or 10 minutes walk to the chateau and the old centre.

Simple basic hotel, room Ok though quite small. Only problem was driving there. Google maps and directions hadn't caught up with the city centre being exrensively pedestrianised, so a nightmare driving round one way sytems always ending at the same spot and impossible ot get near the hotel. Use a taxi instead!!

Warm welcome on arrival, excellent room on the top floor. Reception, hall, lift corridors and room all clean and in good state of repair. The hotel is right in the middle of town, with moments walk to cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the train station. 25 mins by taxi to airport. Staff on reception 24 hours very friendly and helpful. Air-conditioned room. Stayed for 4 days and the Expedia rate was excellent value. Will stay there again.

Very good value and just of the main square this is an ideal hotel for a short stay. Ask for the premier rooms they are larger. Free Internet is a bonus. This was my 3rd stay and I will go back again.

The only negative aspect we could find to this hotel was the lack of parking, but there is a big (and not expensive) public parking two blocks away. The location is excellent with access to the main Pau's attractions and shops. Very clean room, comfortable and the best of all, the moroccan restaurant next to the hotel!.

We were passing through, so this was ideal for a short stay. The two rooms were on the small side, but adequately equipped. This is a small central hotel so has no parking of its own, but there is modern underground parking nearby. All the staff were very helpful and served an excellent buffet breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location for the shops and places of interest in Pau. Staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is good. Rooms clean but not a lot of drawer space and only a small wardrobe but sufficient for a couple of nights which was what we were staying. Very good value for money. We would stay there again without question. Nice restaurant next door where we had evening meal which was very convenient.
