Room was big and comfy enough, shower doors didnt exatly keep all the water in but just being picky. I did have my do no disturb on the front door, staying for 3 nights so dont need towles of sheets changing & removed complications if something goes missing, however each day dispite asking personally the room was cleaned each day breakfast was alright with enough choice, friendly staff. shame the pool was outside in the winter and no kettle / coffee in the room, cant understand the 4 star rating. I would stay again if i was in the location now my expectations have been reset

Nice pool. Limited kitchenette facilities, although staff were great in providing equipment when asked. Room was just about OK for a family of 4 but only because we were out most of the time. Location was really good for the lakes (by car) and Milan (by train).

Extreme bad property rooms are very small and stuffy hardly anything for breakfast and the waiters literally shout at u if u eat past 10 am .The bathrooms are in deplorable condition when you take a shower the water leaks out of the door on the floor .Even travelodge has better services than this .Who gave it a 4 star no clue .

Not a well organized and tidy place, the staff is not very communicative. My girlfriend forgot her shoes in the room, very certain about it, we called after a few days and they didn't pay that much attention, never even asked me what is the name to check on the system the room number, after few costy calls they said we can't find it.

We had a good time at your hotel, rooms are clean and equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. Not to forget, the hotel is placed in a quiet area but close enough to the center of the city. If I ever come back to Varese, I will stay there again.

We booked 2 double beds but we got 1 double and 1 sofabed. Rest was ok, bathroom bit older but clean, extreme good breakfast. Good value for the price !

Little far from the station if you travel with public transportation. Bus stop for line C is nearby and bus runs every 20 minutes. You can go to Sacro Monte with the same bus which is a good bonus. Hotel Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Each room faces green surroundings and big window gives you a spacious feeling. Breakfast has a big variety of choices. When you arrive at Varese station for the first time, take a taxi with approx. 10 euro, then you will have no problem for the rest of your stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger at home and the front desk staff loaned me. It was a such a big help since I did not have time to go into town. Breakfast and lunch were wonderful. The only inconvenience was not being in town and walking from the train station to the hotel with luggage. I would stay again and plan on using a taxi.

I booked 1 night stay here, the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, clean, free bottle of water, toiletry. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Plenty of parking in the lot. It was just a bit hard to find at night, as this area is very dark.

Sound hotel not too far from Milan in a quiet area of Varese. Clean and adequate furnished rooms. In my judgement breakfast room appears very "simple"; buffet with different choices, but repetitive day by day.

The hotel is in a really quiet residential neighbor Hood, which matters the most to me. The staff are really friendly. The facility is clean and the breakfast is pretty good, especially the coffee. Definitely recommended!

Good for one night stay. Hotel was not totally clean, both the shower and sink where clogged up. Air conditioning did not seem to work properly. A kitchenette is provided, with no accessories at all.Breakfast was simple but adequate, also good parking places available.

Room was great, comfortable, clean and the breakfast buffet was awesome! We enjoyed our stay. Please note, the location is not in the city center which is exactly what we were looking for.
