Bed was,awesome. 4 pillows, all different from soft to hard. Great breakfast.

Window was gapped open and had to force it closed. Furniture outdated and desk chair had stuffing coming out of arms. Front desk clerk was not a good representative of your organization. Stocking cap. Mumbled answers to questions. Definitely a good place for all the workers who use it.

After a long day of travel, all we were really hoping for was a clean and comfortable room, no frills needed. And the room was basically that, but unfortunately, our first impression of the hotel tarnished the entire stay. When we arrived to check in, the entry driveway was absolutely covered in (still unidentified) bugs. Not being familiar with the insects of Wyoming, i figured perhaps this was normal, and hoped that they would not be inside. The lobby was bug free and so we proceeded to check in and find our parking spot and back entrance to the hotel. Upon entering the hallway, we found the bugs were inside too! They were probably coming inside as guests entered and exited the hotel. We took the elevator up to our room and found the room to be fairly clean and bug free and so we stayed. Over the course of the night, I only encountered 3 of these bugs in our room. 3 too many. I am not a big fan of spraying to eradicate bugs, but as a business, I would hope this hotel would do something about this problem, as it made our stay a bit too creepy crawly for our taste.

Clean, great breakfast.

The room appeared clean until I found a used towel and used soap still in the shower, the hallways had a bad odor to them but the room didn’t. If housekeeping had finished their job I would have left a much higher rating. The bed was comfortable.

Came through on a cross-country move with my 9 month old puppy. The property is older but well-maintained. Staff was nice and helpful - we checked in around 10:30 pm after 10 hours of driving. Pet area is great if a little muddy. No complaints!

Staff extremely friendly and customer oriented. A very good breakfast was available.

Check-in and check-out were both easy..no problem. Liked the fact that the bathroom was completely independent of bedroom so as to not disturb folks still sleeping. One small issue with the vanity drain being slow.

Road was closed & had to get a hotel. It was a really nice place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, pet friendly hotel. Great for a stop over night while traveling. First floor room for easy access outside for our dog, it was a fairly quiet as well. Will stay here again if needed. Breakfast was ok, egg and cheese omelet was good, hot pancake got hard before I could eat it.

I reserved due to continental breakfast and breakfast staff never showed up so breakfast was not served.

Room was great, Had a suite, it was very large. House keeping did com by daily which you don’t find much any more. Only thing negative was the elevator did not work to the third floor.
