The bathroom tub was super dirty looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks so I didn't shower. Customer service was really slow. Diner was good, but service was okay.

Checking at the diner is just odd and inconvenient. Room was not clean- trash under the bed, previous guest hair clumps on bathroom floor and in the shower. It’s apparent that they clean what they think guests will see but when I have to look under beds to find kids’ shoes, I found old Kleenex and food trash.

The room was clean but lacked, tissue and cups etc several of the lights were not working. The microwave took up most of the space on the bathroom counter.

Overall not a terrible stay. It was quiet, beds were comfortable and clean. My only complaints would be that there was still trash under one of the beds, and the shower didnt look clean. Just wore a pair of flip flops to avoid stepping on shower floor. At check-in, they do charge an extra 50 dollar deposit, and wont tell you until after they run the card. Refundable after checkout, but you know that takes a couple of days from your bank to get back.

Overnight stay on a long road trip, so late check-in. had to check in at nearby diner; kind of odd. No coffee pot in the room, nor free coffee in the diner. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. It met our needs. No breakfast at the hotel; if you wanted to order from the diner, when it was open, you had to order online.

Dirty room. Gave 2 double beds instead of 2 quenn like requested. Tv didnt work in one room. No shhets on bed in one room. We reserved 3 rooms.Check in at diner. Ate at diner and they were rude and out of food.

We were caught on Interstate 80 in a blizzard that delayed us about 2 hours. When we checked in at 11:59 PM the Clerk ( who was very unfriendly) told us that if we'd have been one minute later he would have refused to check us in no-matter-what. We asked "if that had happened would you refund our payment?" He replied " we didn't get your money, Expedia has your money". He handed us a coffee maker to use but when we got to the room discovered it hadn't been cleaned and the old wet coffee packet was still in it. Needless to say we didn't use it.

The toilet would overflow after each flush, by the Maintenance came in and fixed the Chain in the Toilet. It fixed it a little bit, but the Scare was there if it would overflow again.

The Baymont in Rawlins, WY is cheaper than all the others. You get what you pay for. I've stayed at Baymonts in other towns and have enjoyed my stay, which is why I made this reservation. There's no lobby, you have to check in at the attached diner. There is no complimentary breakfast and if you want a coffee pot you have to make arrangements at the diner. The people are very nice. The room seemef clean but the bathtub mat was very stained or dirty. Thank you but never again.

We checked in late at 11 pm and the lady on staff was extremely efficient and helpful. Room was clean and nice, bathroom wasn’t dirty but could use a thorough cleaning. Only thing I wished for was body wash luckily I had some in my toiletries.

Picked/reserved this place to sleep/eat halfway to our destination (after 13 hrs driving) All is good with hotel/location/etc… The problem IS: NO FREE BREAKFAST as advertised. False advertisement about a diner/restaurant at location(well, there is but only open for breakfast at 8:30am… Breakfast and diner were exactly WHY we chose this hotel…
