I enjoyed the stay. The a/c worked really well, water was hot, and bed was comfortable. Maybe to nit pick, the rooms could’ve been vacuumed a little more but it wasn’t dirty. It was a block to the beach. I would stay there again.

This is a perfect choice for no frills value option. We were 2 blocks from the beach, my only complaint is the loudness of the street behind us. Great bang for your buck. The kitchenette was great, I wish the fridge was bigger. Although our rooms weren’t cleaned daily the staff was good as far as offering extra towels and essentials. The couch bed was as definitely dated and could definitely be updated. Would definitely stay again.

It’s not a luxury hotel, the staff is ok. Remember to let them know that you need your room clean or they wouldn’t clean it.

Property is mostly well-maintained. The bathroom in our suite was in need of updating. Very spacious suite and the bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Room Was very dirty both bedsheets had blood on them called front desk for new sheets. She had other stains on them following day called property manager left a message with our concerns and never heard a word back. Had to go to Walmart and buy her own bedding would never stay here again.

This is horrible property. Not clean stay away!! Why does ecclesiastical even advertise such a crappy place. Ask for my money back for at least 1 out of thr 2 nights and nothing. Russian girls hired for summer work. Beds suck and the stinge I can’t say anymore. I can’t believe I stayed here

The room was quite and nice size. The only downside was traffic noise when it was bed time. . We brought a fan with us which helped block out the noise.

This hotel was not clean, it had a musty bizarre odor. In the room we were put in, the front door and the balcony door both did not lock. The bedroom door looked as though it had been broken into in the past. We stayed for 10 minutes inspecting the room then decided to check out and stay at a different, safer, and cleaner hotel a few blocks up.

Stay away- the place is disgusting, the shower didnt drain, pubic hairs on the toilets, strange substances on the walls, half inch of dust on tbe headboard. Staff seemed annoyed to be working. On our last night it rained and there were roaches climbing oit of the cieling tiles. fridge didnt keep anything cold and i wouldnt in my wildest dreams use any of their kitchen supplies. Absolutely disgusting- zero stars and have to burn all of our stuff when we get home. Book at your own risk.

place was filthy, shower floor was collapsing underneath you. Had the worst experience, balcony was covered in who knows what as well.

Black mold in bathroom. The shower had someone’s hair in it from before our stay. Dirty. Not enough toilet paper. Hostess at front desk on my way out was rude. Pool did not look clean. Duck tape on the counter holding it together. Fridge still had the guests from before stuff in it. But it served it’s purpose. I guess.

Toliet kept clogging and sink wouldnt drain, no daily housekeeping which is fine but I had to ask for trash bags, clean pillow cases and toliet paper. Smoke detector kept going off from the steam i the bathroom.

Location was very good. It was rainy weekend, and that affected the room. Meaning that it felt cool and damp, or humid and damp. A warmer sunnier weekend may have been the difference. However, the beds were awful. Either worn out or springy. Terrible. New beds, and we may stay here again, but how can you know if the beds have been changed until you arrive?

Super dirty and when I asked the front desk to clean it for me, the lady was extra mean and said I should’ve asked ahead of time and when I said I didn’t know that she said well the front desk should’ve told you that and I said OK well can they still clean the room and she said well you’re gonna have to wait for a long time and I said OK and was nice about it and after they clean the room, only the bed was made, but everything else was exactly the same and the sheets weren’t even changed.

I wasn't sure if I should stay here after reading mixed reviews. First, let me start with the positives. You can't beat the location. This is one block from the 125th Street beach location. There is free parking, and it is easy to walk with the beach with your umbrella, chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. The beach is not crowded here and it is beautiful. There is a Starbucks, ice cream place, great shopping, mini golf, and anything that you might need within walking distance. Now the negatives - it is an older property that has been remodeled. The tile in the bathroom could be replaced, the towels aren't plush, and the beds are hard. With that said, I have paid three times the price to stay in condos that are farther from the beach and in similar condition. My family and I will be back in a month. If you expect the same quality as a Hilton or Marriott, you will be disappointed, but if you are on a budget and willing to forgo a few creature comforts for the location, you should give it a try.

The pictures are misleading.The gym does not have any working equipment, sheets were stained and the water was cold. Don’t bother telling the older lady in the front she was dismissive and when I tried to show her which equipment she said no. The area outside was beautiful, lots of options to eat, seafood was great and there’s a souvenir shop across the road. Overall we loved Ocean City it’s so beautiful just not where we stayed.

Room was fine. Two beds crammed into the bedroom so one bed was pushed against the balcony door. Balcony door would not lock. Bathroom was spotless but the furniture hadn't been dusted in a while. The beds are really uncomfortable. Overall - Erin is good for a quick stay and super close to events at the park. Customer service was great- especially the girl there during checkin. She was fabulous

The room had a moldy smell to it either from excess moisture, poor air circulation, or a dirty HVAC system. I felt sick the whole time. The “clean” towels had brown stains on it. The tub was leaking and was patched up tape… I could go in.

Pull out bed smelled like urine and the sheets for it were dusty. One of the double beds was broke but staff fixed quickly. There was only 2 sets of towel in the room and when asked the front desk for more they only would give 2 more.
