Dried blood on the bed sheets. How bad can it get. I stripped the bed and slept in my clothes. I’m not exaggerating. Disgusted with my stay and the $100 markup above their normal rate.

The motel room was large, clean and very nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the pool was out of service. Why they chose to chemically treat it over Labor Day weekend is incomprehensible. I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, so I was very disappointed.

Well I wasn't expecting the Ritz but I was very disappointed. The non- smoking room smelled terribly of stale smoke. The windows were open when we came in and there were no screens! So, of course, mosquitoes were inside so we had to deal with that before we could relax. There were no hand or face towels either. Air conditioner was so noisy we had to shut it off so we could sleep and, unfortunately, because there were no screens on the windows we couldn't open them and it was very hot in there overnight.

Happy I stayed here. The girls at the front were pleasant and the room was even better. Nice soft bed and pillows, nice bathroom recently renovated. Nice running AC unit. Breakfast was nothing hot but they did have hard-boiled eggs and great fresh juice options including guava. Bread/bagels offered was pretty fresh.

About what one would expect for an old, slightly updated 50's motel. Bathroom was updated so everything worked well in there. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was slow process with many interruptions due to incoming calls given priority. Then the first given room had no electricity working in one wall. 2nd room provided pretty quickly and tho it was clean and comfortable there were no bar/s of soap or shampoo and no closet or extra pillow. The breakfast area was also being used for storage of stacks of boxes and furniture in corner and no AC here or front lobby/desk.

Everything was very clean and the desk staff was very polite. The pool was closed, the TV didn't stay on, chair in room was broken, and large gap on bottom of door allowed mosquitoes in. Perfect for one night because of location.

The room was very clean & comfortable. The owners are friendly & helpful. Wyndham Williamstown is in the process of renovating, so I hope that these things will be addressed: a grab bar in the shower, labels for the liquids in the shower dispensers, more outlets in the room.

I was the first to stay in a newly renovated room. The carpet, curtains and bathroom were brand new and it felt it. The room felt fresh and clean. My two critiques are: No wall outlets in practical places. It made charring electronics challenging. I ended up unplugging the microwave and alarm clock as they were the only outlets available. The second is there was no toilet paper holder. Perhaps an oversight. There is plenty of wall space to install one rather than leaving it on the toilet tank.

The state was average, not sure if it was because I got a reduced rate through hotels.com but I was put in a different section of the motel. The entry door to the hallway of the building did not lock and it appears that it had not been finished. This was the same way it was last year at the same time. The refrigerator had a block of ice as though it had never been defrosted or even looked at because it damaged the freezer section of the refrigerator. The bed slanted toward the head. And there was chunks of plastic missing out of the lens for the light in the bathroom. Would that aside the room was clean and the staff was courteous.

Our door didn’t shut correctly. Just wouldn’t shut all the way. Also, there was a window in the bathroom with no covering on it. When we checked in the front representative awkwardly asked my son if he was my child. Not really sure why that is important. Really weirded out my son. I didn’t sleep all night worried if someone would be able to get into our room.

We were quite surprised & disappointed that the “Howard Johnson’s “ by Wyndham did not live up to expectations. The room was definitely “vintage” but other than the toiletries & towels, there were no modern upgrades. Unfortunately, we were awakened by extremely loud beeping & lights at 4:30 a.m. Apparently, there are road & electric crews, in this case from Indiana, working night shifts to repair damage from the recent floods. God Bless Them. Finally, the breakfast & coffee were subpar as well. We washed it all down with our dream of a vintage HoJo motel. Live & learn.

It is very rundown and need of repair. Although the pool was repaired when i was there. The room was in decent shape but it didn't have a closet or hanger bar to hang clothing upon. The breakfast area wasn't kept up - no resupply, no taking out the trash. I'm surprised Wyndham associates with it.

Room was fairly clean. The small window was wide open with no screen when we checked in. The TV did not work and the remote didn’t work either. There was one arm chair and a matching footstool which had some stains on them. There were various mis matched prints in the room from the rug, the chair the curtains and the bed strip. In order to use the light on the table next to the bed, I had to unplug either the microwave or the mini fridge in order to use the outlet. The continental breakfast was fine and a small variety of cereals, bagels, breads, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea. The service was good but we were expecting the high quality of a Wyndham Hotel for 210$ but instead got an old hotel from the 70’s.
