I love this hotel , the staff are great and nothing is a problem . I felt the shower could have been cleaner and I don’t like that they don’t have a shuttle bus to Pisa so it adds cost in to holiday as you can’t walk as it is surrounded by motorway . So unfortunately I might go elsewhere to save on taxis.if your driving it’s a great hotel

The Hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a free car parking. The rooms are clean and breakfast with many choices. Positive experience

We had a very nice experience at the Galilei hotel and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very welcome and friendly.

Decent, but i think not 4-star worthy on 2024 standards.

All the staff were very helpful and kind - especially to my 4 year old grandaughter. It is a very practical choice for the airport and visiting Pisa.

Great hotel close to the airport. Left my spectacles behind and staff were very helpful in getting them back to me. Thank you.

Thank you

In all just what we needed, clean and easy. Only problem is it in an industrial area and you require a taxi to get anywhere, surrounding roads busy and not really suitable to walk along. Restaurant also fully booked for the evening when we checked in at 2pm, book ahead.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the rest is ok. Room was clean. The breakfast was good.

Nice surrounding, close to AirPort and, most important for us, the best staff ever !

A really good hotel, close to the airport and PisaMover but not walking distance to either and no shuttle to the airport. Beginning to show its age but still very clean and comfortable.

It was very noisy at the night we couldn’t sleep because of the other rooms noise and staff at the reception wasn’t kind enough
Not recommended

Quite satisfied with condition and service. Proximity to the Pisa Airport is the real draw.

I was unable to get a late check out. The rooms were 26 degrees and when I enquired about air conditioning I was told it’s turned off and we could open the windows - it’s an airport hotel so this option is flawed considering the noise from the adjoining airport and being able to sleep.
Breakfast options were varied and excellent, restaurant staff friendly.
Airport shuttle option is a joke - a private driver that would cost €30.
Restaurant staff at dinner were excellent - the primi piatti portion size and price should be reviewed. Portions far too big compared to other restaurants and it meant we were unable to finish the secondi piatti and no desserts were ordered.

I was underwhelmed by this hotel. The only up side is it’s close to the airport.

Courteous, cleanliness, and convenience!

This hotel is the equivalent of a Travelodge in the UK, minus the tea and coffee making facilities. It's on the edge of an industrial area with the tower JUST visible in the distance, and Google maps said it was within walking distance of the airport, which it absolutely is, but not the route Google recommends! We like a walk, to balance out the pizza and pasta calories, so the fact it wasn't in the centre of city wasn't an issue for us, and the price was right. The bed was super wide, but a bit hard. One English-speaking TV channel. The actual condition of the hotel is maybe a bit concerning: some cracks on the internal walls, the bathroom floor seemed to slope, and although there was a sticker on the window saying it had restricted opening, the tilt facility didn't work and I was able to open the window fully - not great if your family has younger children as we were on the 6th floor! We only ate in the hotel once, for complimentary breakfast, and it was fine - a buffet with a decent selection. The restaurant menu was expensive compared to eating in the city, which surprised me. There were lots of workmen and airport workers based in the hotel, which sums it up for me - great for an overnight stay or (as in our case), a base for exploring if all you need is somewhere to sleep. Last point - their computer system wasnt working properly when we checked out and they didn't ask me for the €16 city tax. I would happily have paid this, and they're now chasing me for it...

"connected to a railway/underground station" - no it is not.
The staff tried to tell me that connected meant that it is nearby - it does not and it is not even near by. 17 euros to the airport and 11 euros from the train station by taxi - which was the only possible route according to both the staff and google.
Room was dated, but done the job for a quick overnight before flying, but simply false advertising as there is no public transport in the vicinity.
"we can call you a taxi" is not connected.

Excellent service. Breakfast room moderately inhibiting due to large space.

If we travel to Italy again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Property was dirty. Front staff were not friendly when arrived.

The staff were exceptionally lovely. From the pictures on the website, it looks really modern but it is really dated in the bedrooms. Asked for smoke-free room but I could clearly smell cigarettes. Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was good - cheese, meats, yogurts juices, cakes and good coffee. They kindly kept our luggage while we visited Pisa. We had to get a taxi as no buses running to hotel from either the airport or the city of Pisa.

No hot water in the morning for a show at 0800. Cold water only

It was a decent hotel close to the airport. The main complaint we had was the A/C was centralized and didnt seem to work so the room was hot

The food was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. As an airport hotel, an airport shuttle bus would have been very welcome

Proximity to Pisa airport.
Restaurant needs improvement.
The meal we had was not appealing and the taste and texture was only marginally better. The bread looked as if it had been frozen and tasted like it.

So close to Airport but you still need a taxi to get there. But overall absolutely fine.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Our room was lovely. Air con kept switching off and there was no remote control so we had to keep getting up to switch it back on. View was lovely. Definitely needed a car to stay at this hotel as it's a little far from places but the walk into town was about 30 mins (very slow because the weather was in the 30's). Nothing to fault. Breakfast was great as it ran from 7 to 10.30 which is much longer than other hotels. Selection of breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Okayish stopover for one night. Reception not so friendly, staff the same. Room nothing spectacular, even the tv was not responsive to the remote control. Bathroom hard to tell with fluctuating warm/cold water coming in.
Too dark, too old. Bed not comfortable at all. Pillows even worse.
Breakfast mediocre if at all.
For one night the cost doesn’t justify it either…

Overnight for an early flight but made to feel welcome straightaway on arrival and they even had a breakfast pack waiting for us as we were leav8ng early before the restaurant was open
4.0 / 5.0
Would have given better rating, but room air conditioner was on a time that kept timing out & needed to be restarted
5.0 / 5.0
Were able to check in early. And staff sorted taxi to airport without trouble at all.
1.0 / 5.0
Not only were we not told we had to personally request they turn each room’s air conditioning on at the front desk, but they then also failed to tell us it automatically goes off at 11 pm! We sweltered and hardly slept . That’s insane and can’t comprehend how this is even possible in a major city in a Western European country. Absolutely do NOT stay here if you want air conditioning.
