The staff was very nice. The hotel was nice. Breakfast and dinner very good. The smell of the cleaning fragrance very strong. I did not like the area the hotel was in.

Overall the stay was one of our best! However, there are a couple things that could be better. We were called back to the hotel because our dog was barking early evening, but people were allowed to late at night and continued without anything done. The other item was the breakfast - was great, but they need to have a warmer as the scrambled eggs were cold every day!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern vibe. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had a small balcony looking out over the front of the Hotel. Breakfast was an Italian-style buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is located outside the old city, a short ten minutes walk there. The is a wonderful restaurant across the street, Capriccio Divino.

Perfect location with 5 min walk from city center. We liked the specious room, excellent service and good food. We can recommend to other visitors as well this nice hotel in a quite neighborhood.

Excellent in all respects apart from the noise audible from inside the room. Gap under and round door and no carpet in the corridor. Might not bother some, but important to me. Fortunately, no rowdy guests and evryone in bed by 11.00.

Great lobby and spacious halls and room. Beautiful breakfast with courteous staff. Very helpful front desk staff. The hotel is nicely located - 5 minute walk to the old town and both the train and bus staion are also within walking distance for day trips to lovely sea towns.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are a 15 minute walk to the old city. Such a great stay. Also across the street from a great restaurant (Capriccio Divino).

A very standard hotel (and I don’t mean that unkindly). There is nothing about this hotel which stands out at all, except the very helpful reception staff, who were friendly and for whom an unusual request was no problem. Rooms are unexceptionable, but pleasant enough. The parking attendant needs to be replaced, as he is deeply unpleasant and rude. When I returned and parked in the same place I had parked the night before, he shouted, ranted and insisted that I park in the very back corner of the car park, although where I had been the night before had not been in anyone's way. The next morning, I came out to find that he had actually moved my motorbike from where he had insisted I park it, without permission or warning, to another part of the car park, and was entirely unapologetic about it.

Reasonable hotel, value for money. A school group took over the lobby area and the staff were too busy to help with questions or open the bar. Good breakfast, with onsite parking. Clean and spacious room with balcony.

We enjoyed hotel, staff friendly and helpful, too chilly for rooftop area, close walking distance to sites, we were only here two nites, and were able to get lots of walking in during that time

Staff courteous and pleasant. Breakfast nice with cappucino. Short walk to sights. Area is a little sketchy dirty graffiti etc but seemed safe. Great pizza place forno a legna just down the street on way to centro storico. Pizzeria Rosetta stop there you'll be glad you did.. Air con at hotel a little weak.

We were greeted warmly by the lady at reception, had a quiet night's sleep and felt it was value for money. However, it is a bit dated (70's decor), the coffee at breakfast was the worst I have ever had (tasted burnt) and the extra hour it took to find at the end of a very long day travelling was unfortunate. It is on Via di Leuca, NOT Via Leuca (which is a different street in Lecce).

nice lobby with info on the area. Staff very efficient and willing to please. Nice breakfast. Drawback is the the walk to the historic center which can be a little confusing after a long day of exploring the historic center.
