Excellent location in old town…. Fantastic restaurant and wonderful spa
4.7
Hotel Roza is on the cutest street not far off of Old Town Square. Transportation is easy to Schindler’s Factory (30 minute walk option) or a guided tour of Auschwitz.
Bathroom is small but shower is nice. Laundry service is available at a price.
4.7
Renovated, traditional hotel in central Old Town. Charming and with excellent quality
4.7
Central location, great staff and wonderful spa. Second time staying here.
4.7
Beds great, food great, spa excellent, staff exceptionally helpful
4.7
My stay at Pod Roza was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully appointed, the restaurant had delicious meals, and the spa was a haven of relaxation let alone then doing spa treatments. Everything was spot on, Highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience!
4.7
It was very difficult to find the parking valet area. It needs to be communicated better since many roads are one way or not permissible to vehicles. It was a very stressful experience.
4.7
Sited in a beautiful old building, very close to the main market square. Minimalist classy furnishing. Great spa.

Some hotels have a signature scent that hits you when you walk in. We arrived sometime after midnight, and the foyer floor was being mopped. The area smelled of floor cleaner; however, the smell did not disappear. Every time we walked in, the pungent citrus smell of Flash smacked us in the nostrils.
The hotel is nice in an old-world sort of way. The staff is generally delightful, but the ergonomics of the rooms need to be considered.
Sockets were not placed where they are useful. The one for the desk is near the floor.
The bathroom was nice but nowhere to put the hand towel. Mine was draped over the back of the washbasin. The robe was way too small and I am an average size. Slippers were made from some eco fabric - good idea but they were not comfortable and not ideal for wet feet. The shower flows more quickly than the drain lets the water out, so the whole bathroom gets wet.
The rooms we have (singles) had a lot of furniture in them relative to the room size, leaving little space.
On a positive note - the air con was simple to use and actually worked.
Breakfast was fabulous - staff to guest ration of around 2:1 and excellent vegan options offered.
We got late check out and they kept our bags and car for a few hours longer.
The staff are lovely - with a little thought, the hotel could be really wonderful too.

Superbly located city centre hotel. Comfortable and quiet room, despite being located on a popular street.
Very enjoyable breakfast with good coffee.

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable, quiet and very well located.

Breakfast was delicious. Quality food.

Very clean hotel, beautiful walkable area. The staff is friendly. The complementary spa downstairs is worth checking out. We would go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Simply beautiful hotel, room, people, food, location is perfect right in the center of the old town. I would definitely stay again, the only thing I would like to point out is that it gets little stressful to get there by car if you drive it yourself, narrow streets, one way but they do an excellent job with the valet parking! Overall one of the most beautiful and classy hotels I stayed at!
4.7
Excellent stay

old but stylish hotel located perfectly in the old city center. what I'd liked most is the amazing wellness area, really fantastic!
4.7
Absolutely beautiful. We’ll definitely stay here again when we are in Krakow!

Fantastic hotel
4.7
Wonderful place. Everyone was so nice that worked there, it was extremely clean and the spa was just so lovely. The fact is it literally a block away from St. Mary’s was even more incredible. Loved it.
4.7
The reception team was extremely friendly. I would like to mention Ania who was very attentive and fulfilled all our wishes. Great stay!!
4.7
Very good location. Newly renovated, comfortable. The room and bed were a bit small, but comfortable.
4.7
Great hotel breakfast really nice. Very helpful staff. Really nice style of hotel different from most
4.7
Fabulous upgrade. Thanks to all the lovely staff
4.7
I booked a double room, but was given a single room. Still rating as 4 out of 5 as I was able to do a late check out.
4.7
Wonderful hotel with reasonable room prices located in the heart of the Krakow Old Town square. Restaurant is very nice, but very expensive respective to other options in the city. You will enjoy your stay here.
4.7
Great hotel, fenomenal location right next to the main market square. And do get the breakfast, best we’ve ever had in a hotel.
4.7
Six friends went on 5 day trip to Krakow and what a fantastic hotel we stayed in at the Hotel Rosa Pod. It is a really beautiful boutique hotel located on a brilliant position just two minutes walk to the market Square. The welcome you get it’s fantastic the ambience and atmosphere in the hotel is really wonderful, calm and relaxed. The rooms are lovely and spacious the beds and pillows are really comfortable and the spa downstairs is fantastic a Wirral bonus to a hotel. Cannot express how wonderful the food is in the hotel breakfast is outstanding and we ate in for one dinner which was out of this world, fantastic food and the service by all the staff is incredible so friendly and professional. The welcome from Beata on reception was brilliant and she was very happy to share her knowledge of Kraków and book and recommend a couple of fantastic restaurants to try in the evenings. Anyone who stays here will have a fantastic holiday and I know I will be going back with my family again. You must try the fabulous cocktails!
4.7
Great location, great ambiance, and great facilities… The only thing missing is that the bar wasn’t open.
4.7
Room A/C operated by reception only-annoying. No other issues.
4.7
Fantastic location. Nice rooms. Extremely good restaurant. Only fault was that there was a party downstairs on our last night and the music was noisy until very late. Otherwise very nice staff and a good experience
4.7
The staff was excellent.
The hotel arranged the tour to both Auschwitz and to the salt mine which left on time and returned on time unlike the complaints on internet. The hotel is near the Barbican on a shopping street, was able to recommend nearby restaurants popular with residents of city and directed me to the annual Perogie festival. It is walkable to all areas of interest with the possible exception of Schindlers factory which is rather remote.
The hotel has character, is small, business friendly and is favored by Polish tourists. It has excellent breakfast. The hot water in shower can be tepid but is not cold. It is fair priced and rooms in back are quiet.
4.7
Our stay was wonderful. The service was superb, our room was very comfortable, and the breakfast choices were amazing. We will definitely come back.
4.7
Second stay at this hotel. Excellent location just feet from the main square, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Easy walk to Wawel castle. Great breakfast.
4.7
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable. Door was not sealed well so could hear people talking and walking by, making it difficult to sleep. TV did not work, which was only an issue as it would have helped drown out the noise.
