lovely location and view

This was wonderful! I stayed solo with a toddler and we had a great time, very friendly and helpful staff and lovely breakfast buffet every morning. The room was very clean and the hotel itself is beautiful; there are flowers everywhere and it has a sea view. It is located about 6-7 min drive to the port and 20 min or so to Naoussa by car.

Excellent location and beautiful views from the property. Lovely pool and deck to relax at after a day touring the island. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Great breakfast and they provided a transfer to and from the property which was most appreciated! Would definitely recommend for families and others looking for a quiet place to stay.

Nice boutique hotel with a pool. Breakfast was great. A little secluded for walking distance (20 minutes) but great with a vehicle. It is up on a hill and no pedestrian walkways. Staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants and staff were helpful. Bonus to be able to make arrangements with hotel for port pick up and drop off.

Nice property & rooms. Nice pool. Staff was great. Breakfast OK. It’s a longer walk in daylight to town, but that would be treacherous at night. We were able to get a cab back from town, though.

Staff was friendly and the variety of food for breakfast was very good to choose from.

Our stay at Pyrgaki was excellent. The hotel staff was so sweet and very helpful.
Our room had a breathtaking view of the island and it was very peaceful.
We rented a car and toured the island. The limani (port) was very close to our hotel. It was quaint with cute shops and plenty of amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Very nice view. Pool was great. Room was comfortable and clean (the two kids had their beds in a separate section from the parent). Free breakfast was good. Location was a bit off of Parikia, but still walking distance (about 15 min.). Going back to Paros, I would certainly choose this hotel again.

The property had such a pretty view! It is a distance from the main port but the location is very quiet and relaxing.

This was a highlight of our 2 week trip to Greece. We found the hospitality of the staff at Pyrgaki to be outstanding - they made us feel completely welcome in their hotel. We loved the extra time Demetra, Yannis, Iris and Eleni spent talking with us and making us feel at home. Not only is the hotel beautiful and extremely clean, the views are breathtaking from their balcony - we loved eating meals there and enjoying a bottle of wine as the sun went down. We will definitely be returning - thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very clean nice hotel located away from the town (about 25 min walk). If you do not have vehicle feel a bit Isolated. Closest bus stop is about 7-10 min walk and frequency every hour or so. Hotel staff are very helpful they gave us lifts when we were walking back from the town. Room was not big but comfortable and had a small balcony Breakfast is good. Ideal place for quiet holiday. By British standards hotel would be around 2 to 3 star.

Fantastic location a short ride from parikia. Junior suite was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and brought us a brand new mini fridge and an additional bed within 10 minutes of being contacted. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend!!

The staff was very friendly, but we did have an issue with the plumbing in the room. I'm also pretty sure they only have single twin beds. We booked three rooms with double beds, but we're given 3 with two twin beds, and we're told we couldn't change. Location is decent, but not near local bus line.

We were very disappointed with thr service provided with the hotel. The evening desk guy was not knowledegable or helpful whatsoever, every and we was that we would, have to talk with the girl in the morning, if you have an early flight the shuttle only runs during certain hours and we had call a taxi and pay 30Euro. Which I was very angry about since one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the shuttle. The hotel was very beautiful and great view just not very happy with the servives they were should have supplied.

The hotel is situated on a hill side with amazing views of the surrounding hills and sea which adds to the tranquility of the place. Coming from crazy Santorini, this place was a nice change-of-pace. I'm not sure I'd rate it a four star as some things just aren't up to par, like a out-of-commissioned hot tub, old loungers (along with newer ones), squeaky beds, etc. We had an issue with our room in that we booked a sea-view room and were given an much lesser room because they did not have one available. In the meantime we saw families check into their sea-view rooms and raised this with management, to no avail. On our last night, they moved us to our room which was much nicer than our previous room. They had no intention of reimbursing us (I pre-paid) so I contacted Hotels.com to see if they could assist. While they were unable to convince the hotel management to reimburse us, Hotel.com gave us a voucher for our troubles... thanks guys! When I checked out, I asked management if they would consider waiving our small bar bill in lieu of the reimbursement of which they did. Overall, nice place, amazing view, great pool, staff looked tired, and not a four star... maybe 3.5.

Amazing scenary, good breakfast, nice swimming pool. Good service. Only problem is a malfunctioned shower head so the water splashes everywhere. APart from that the stay was very enjoyable.

Great views from the hotel and the pool was nice and quiet. However there were several negatives points. The breakfast was poor and when I saw the owners wife filling the drinking jug with ice and tap water I was surprised. The poor food was very expensive, 3 euros for a limp cheese toastie and 4 euros for ten horrible greasy chips. As for staff attitude, what summed it up for me was the owner charging 10 euros for a 1.3 mile transfer to the boat and standing watching us including small children lift the luggage.

Fantastic location with great views over the port, quiet pool area. Great choice of food for breakfast and quality food available for lunch. Modern clean and fresh room with no noise apart from the crickets!

We booked the family room because we have 3 young children. Upon arrival, the man at reception said they didn't actually have any available family rooms - so instead he would be putting us in 2 separate rooms - one 2-bed room and one 3-bed room. Completely separate rooms, not joining - with three kids. There was no available family room (which was what we booked), so we didn't have a choice.
All of this meant that on our family holiday, my wife and I had to stay in separate rooms because we clearly couldn't leave our kids unsupervised. Other than that, the hotel wasn't too bad. Nice pool, rooms were clean (although small) and the breakfast was relatively nice. But being split up left a sour taste in our mouths. It wasn't what we booked and we were really disappointed with how we were treated, ie, no choice, just told that we were in separate rooms and split up as a family.

The hotel was clean and tidy with good facilities including a well maintained pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful making the stay very pleasant. The hotel is about 2 kilometres from town making it a very easy walk to and from the restaurants. The meals we had at the hotel were nice with the buffet breakfast being more than adequate.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and room was clean with balcony and a/c. The pool area was nice, but overall a bit dated when compared to other hotels we stayed in on this trip, we therefore ended up at beaches mostly, which were amazing. Would recommend hiring a car or scooter to get around the island as the nearest area with beach and restaurants is a 15/20 min walk - we much preferred heading north of the Island where we found better beaches and areas to eat.
You get the most amazing views looking over the port from the breakfast / dining restaurant.

Good hotels and facilities, with great pool and breakfast.
Disappointed with location. Advertised, as 500m to the beach. That's okay if your getting there by a flying fox. Timed. The walk town. Approx. 26 minutes through undulating terrain. Transport is a necessity such as a car or a bike

We stayed in the hotel for a week (May 22 thru May 29, 2013) and enjoyed it. The hotel was well kept, provided great service, enjoyable breakfasts, fantastic views and friendly, attentive staff. They even had decent (free) WiFi in the rooms!

This hotel is rated a 4 * however having stayed n so many hotels all over the world this no definitely not a 4 star, if anything it may qualify as a 3* in some countries.
The rooms are clean and have adequate space for storage, air conditioning is good and the balcony really is the highlight as we had a superb view.
Breakfast is poor, muesli, yogurt and bread is all one can expect and of course coffee, tea and juice.
