Hotel is ok for the price. Staff are very helpful however we had to get a taxi but was charged 70 euros from the hotel to Lafayette Shopping center in Paris. Breakfast buffet is ok but could be better

Get what you pay for though this was an expensive expense for the room we got. Dated. In desperate need for some paint. Room was cleaned daily and as good as they can but.... As we were there over a weekend they had a buffet. Find a local steakhouse. Not tempted by the breakfast. 5 out of 10 is a good score and that i give as there was free parking!

I had an 8 night stay @ Kyriad Le Blanc-Mesnil Hotel. The first 7 days were fine, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was an asset that I speak basic French. Unfortuntately, my very last day, an intimidating, violent, unprofessional and possibly mentally ill person with whom I have had no contact before came to my door and threatened me physically b/c I had not been adherent to the rules of cleaning, meaning I had declined 'menage' or housekeeping services. Apparently after 7 days that is a rule, but no one advised me of that...my room was fine, you would not have even found or smelled a cigarette. I had gone to the hotel/area to take a break from the chaos in Paris. But this man yelled at me at the top of his lungs, lied because although my room was paid for until the next day he said he would place me out on the street with a reimbursement which was false b/c I pay hotels.com and mostly truly scared me which is a shame because all the other staff had been very accommodating, friendly and respectful in their duties as tourism/hotel staff. I have been with hotels.com, and with the exception of 1 or 2 minor situations in which I was assisted, although I feel like the service has declined in the last couple of years, for the FIRST time I had to call the local police as well as the U.S. embassy to advise them as to the situation that had taken place, primordially for my safety. I do not like to give bad reviews, but in this case I had fear for my safety.

They went through my suitcase and everything I had on the desk. I told the front desk staff. Sent pictures like they asked. Never got back to me and nothing was done. Room service people were there next day like nothing happened. I had do not disturb sign on door and they still came in and still went thru my belongings. Good thing I didn't leave money. Please stay away from this place if you want ur stuff to stay yours, they didn't even care after I told them or even followed up . Traveller beware!!

The desk manager Murats is disgusting towards guests. Dont dare attempt to take a glass of orange juice If you need to take medication in your room beware they will throw you out of the hotel like they did to me. It’s this one employee that can ruin the whole business. Stay clear of this hotel.

The place was quiet, clean and warm. Staff were helpful (except if you ask for another pillow) as there was only one in the room with a cushion. Overall happy with the stay.

We got stuck in the lift, no answer from the alarm call system. Had to phone the hotel reception from the lift to translate and ask to be let out. Air conditioning didnt work so we had to have the window open, where all night long was shouting from deliveries and collections at the hotel, as well as rain water dripping loudly onto a plastic platform.

My boyfriend and I were initially really worried about the hotel based on other bad reviews; but there was nothing to worry about! The hotel was only a 10 minute drive from Charles De Gaulle airport, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and tidy with cleaning staff coming round each day to change the bins/make the beds. Only slight stressful part was the distance to/from the city centre. Travel to/from the city centre can take between 50 minutes to 2 hours by car based on if there are accidents or anything on the motorway. There are also bus stops nearby, and there is a lovely shopping centre about 10-20 minutes walk from the hotel! Overall it was still a wonderful stay!

I was pregnant so was glad to get a spacious room but the quality of the room was appalling. The bathroom had brown stains, the carpet was worn out and dirty and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Luckily I didn't have to spend too much time in the room.

The hotel is very basic with less than acceptable furnishing, it has the rating of 3 stars but in reality it falls below 1 star. The rooms smell of rubbish with few rooms unbearably smelly of trash. Insects are every where from the mattress bugs to the breakfast flies. We had to change the room 3 times due to the horrible smell of sewage or the bugs in the beds.

There was little parking and you had to pay extra for the parking garage. We weren’t told there were separate elevators for the separate wings and ended up walking up several flights because we couldn’t get the elevator to work then learn that our room wasn’t in that wing. Our hallway smelled of smoke and this was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.

We have to change hour room 4 times because of the uncleanliness of the rooms ,broken bathroom ,and more staff broken. In 2 rooms there were no light, the cooler was broken. It was a nightmare ever. But the staff was good and polite.

This experience was actually terrible! After a late check-in (11pm ish), the staff of the hotel could not find us a proper room. The first room they offered was not cleaned! The second room, the aircon was not working, and some toilet rolls were on the floor) The third room, the aircon still did not work The fourth room... well there were no bed !!! Clearly not in service At the point, a manager decided to give us another room in a different hotel still in the same building The fifth room ... was occupied The 6th room, well after visiting 5 rooms ourselves, we were fed up and sent the staff to do so... After some time, they came back and offered us a 7th room !!! Absolutely outrageous!!! Poor service of the staff, poor dealing of the situation, the whole process took them over 1h to give us a decent room, and still no commercial gesture (like offering a complimentary breakfast) were done after making us run to check 5/6 different rooms! Outrageous experience, completely disappointed !
