Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Front desk worker was rude upon checkin. She let me walk up and stand at the desk for a couple minutes without so much as a greeting while she looked at the computer screen. Not friendly during whole process. Both shades were broken in our room, so we couldn’t even open them. We tried to open one and the whole thing just fell in the floor. They had to have known because part of one shade was in the closet. They were hanging up all crooked, so the light from the parking lot came in on all sides which made it hard to sleep at all. There were no linens at all in the room for the couch bed. The bathroom didn’t have a working fan, so it was so steamed up by the time your shower was over that you might as well not have taken one. The shower fixtures were falling apart, along with the bathroom tile. The water also had almost no pressure at all. When we went down to breakfast, all of the coffee containers were empty and it was barely 8 am. Only one elevator was working, so it was faster to take the stairs. We literally waited on an elevator for 5 mins and it never came to our floor, so we ended up carrying our luggage down the stairs to leave.

Staff was friendly but the room stank due to no ventilation of any kind (including exhaust fan in bathroom). Key cards for the room and ice area would only work for about 15-30 minutes then had to be re-programmed. Overall, the hotel is rundown and in serious need of upgrades. Also, not within walking distance of anything after dark due to position off the main thoroughfare, remoteness, and poor outdoor lighting.

AC was not working well. The first room we were given had a leak and two huge fans and a chair on top of the bed when we walked in. There was a damp red and mildew smell in the room. We were quickly given another room and the desk attendant was apologetic. It was the same floor so the mildew smell and AC issue was still not good. The eggs in the breakfast were not good and the sausage was undercooked.

Well to start, I arrived on a Thursday about 1:30pm and I asked if they have a room that was cleaned for me to check into and they said no and that I had to wait till 2:45pn. After checking in ( with no problem ) the lady at the desk had to escort me to my room because they were not able to make a room key because the machine was down since last Saturday. That ment that anytime I left my room, I had to go to the desk to come open my room door. My room was 205 and the water pressure for the sink was slightly greater than a steady drip. The bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. Breakfast was little bit less than average. The orange juice was very weak and watered down but the cranberry juice was on point. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate it a 5.

When we first got there we were greeted as soon as we walk in. The check in process went real smooth and fast. Our room was clean. The tv maybe have 4-5 channels so we really didn’t watch tv too much. They had breakfast but we didn’t get up on time. Check out was quick and fast too. This guy was real nice. The hotel is around restaurants and a Walmart down the street. So will I come back and my answer is yes I will

As soon as we walked in, we knew immediately we didn’t want to stay. Outdated decor, no bar/restaurant visible when entering. Went to the room and again, outdated and very plain. We asked for a refund and the gentleman said we would receive a refund in a few days. After 4 days, I called back and was told to call Hotels.com for refund. I asked to speak to a manager. At first I was told he was on the phone, then when I said I would wait, I was told he was in a meeting and gave my number. No one ever called me back.

Coffee table extended up for meals. Pool & hot tub was nice but over chlorinated and my eyes burned from chlorine having never been splashed. Thats just how strong it was but I’m sensitive to it. The room was clean. Front desk was helpful. We will stay again!

Reserved a suite. Room was unfinished re construction. No hot water in the shower. Kitchenette sink wasn’t hooked up. Fridge not plugged in. Curtains not installed. Outlets inoperable. Fortunately after 3 requests, we were moved to a different room with zero compensation for new room not being a suite.

The staff at the hotel was really nice. My family of five stayed and we had to keep asking for extra towels they would only bring three. Had to ask for better blankets for the sofa couch, kept bringing thin blanket instead of the nice fluffy one to stay warm. The sofa couch matress was very hard and thin. Not comfortable. The bathroom was not very clean. The hallway to our room was very dirty. We stayed a week and a half and we never seen it vacuumed. The dryer broke down and was never fixed so we couldn't wash clothes. Breakfast was the same everyday, not much to choose from. They had many baseball games going on so some days there was no food even though we were charged per person with the room cost. Some days there was not enough parking because so many stayed there that were not supposed to be there. The hot tub was very dirty and had dirty ring around the tub. The chemical was so strong in it, it burned your eyes if it got in them. Asked for full roomservice by 8am and had to track someone down after 330pm because they still hadn't come and we needed to get ready and had no towels. Traffic is crazy coming off and on 280. Plan on being in traffic a lot.

For the overall review I would definitely make a return visit.. Everything was great except for a couple of issues with the room that were not able to be corrected. The ceiling was coming apart above the shower, the shower curtain rod was bent and unable to keep the shower curtain closed leading to water on the floor, and the absence of a fan in the bathroom made it more humid and uncomfortable after a shower. I'm not faulting the staff about the fan, as when you have a 5-story hotel and that many bathrooms, well it is expensive to place and upkeep that many fans. I'll most likely be back in a couple of months, so I'll be sure to bring my own fan to correct the problem.

False advertisement, I picked this hotel after comparing it with other hotels in the website and went for it as it advertised great amenities. This hotel is great, conveniently located to shopping, dining, and tourist locations such as the botannical gardens. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a real plus.

Only issue I had that was a huge factor in our itinerary is we weren't able to check-in for over an hour past check-in time due to numerous late checkouts. The front staff was exceptional and handled the situation to the best of their abilities, they were professional and very apologetic.

This property had been completely updated since I had been there and they did an outstanding job. It was clean and orderly. There was a nice selection of food at breakfast and the cinnamon rolls were as good as ever.

The staff member helped us secure a room even though Expedia sold us a room and the hotel was sold out . Luckily , the Holiday in employee was kind and hard working . A reservation called in to cancel and we got that room . It was a mixture of luck , good timing , and a good Holiday inn employee.
