It’s a unique experience. Even though it’s a resort, it’s casual and is very historic. The food in 1796 is outstanding. Very friendly staff. I would definitely consider returning
It’s very laid back.

The service was refreshingly good

This is a beautiful resort. A very challenging golf course. Unfortunately the indoor pool is under construction. We were able to use the spa and loved the experience. I highly recommend this Omni resort. They are keeping up the standards they have at other resort’s.

This was a beautiful estate and rich of history. However the room was dusty, the coffee pot was dirty, bed broken and had a huge bubble in the carpet. We stayed on the spa side and was told it was quite but we could hear people walking around above us, a couple loudly making love and conversations of others in the hall most of the night. We were not told of the military discount and when asked about it, informed because we booked with a third party it would not be honored. When we complained about the cleanliness and noise, they offered to remove the extra fee they charged but did not offer to clean the room or move us to a quite area. Would not stay here again but would visit the area.
Unable to upload pictures of the dust, bed and coffee maker but have them available if needed.

Dinners at the resorts Crystal room and 1796 were some of the best food we have ever had, that alone made the trip worth it but massages after relaxing in the spa for the afternoon really brought the weekend to a great end. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience great food, and the beautiful mountain scenery this place offered. There is trails to go hiking and really nice indoor and outdoor pools along with other random things to keep you entertained while there.

The spa is excellent but finding our room took 30 minutes. The resort is not luggage cart friendly ! We had to take a series of elevators to get to our room and several staff members gave us incorrect directions. Drinks at the pool were $19.00.

Historic property! Great golf course, but a bit over priced. Ate at Tilly' and Frontier Tavern, both were very good. Loved sitting on the patio at Tilly's for evening drinks. Love having a balcony overlooking the resort. Pool area is terrific, my wife loved the hot tub. So many places to relax, the lobby, library, the porch. My favorite was sitting around the fire pit at night. Staff is top notch, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

For our first time visiting the Omni Bedford Resort, it was a great visit. We loved the spa, the surrounding hiking trails, and the natural mineral springs. Great service and wonderful people within the security and reception staff. Thank you! I would recommend.

Absolutely amazing! So luxurious, so much fun stuff to do, incredible hospitality, we felt so spoiled in every way! 10/10 on all scales!! Can’t wait to go back. We ate twice at the Frontier Tavern and had the most accommodative and attentive server named Jessica. She made our night so special. And breakfast at the Crystal Dining Room was delicious! Renting their electric bikes to explore the resort and downtown Bedford was so much fun. And we were thrilled they had a pickleball court for us to use and equipment as well! This place is a must to go to!

Loved the historical features and all the open sitting areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menus had some “unusual” selections and the food was average
I would liked to have seen a few more activities for children up aged 6 to 12 bracket.
We enjoyed it very much and will go back again.

Outstanding property and believe it may be the best overall Omni Resort. Golf Course was immaculate and in amazing condition, the Outdoor and Indoor pool were enjoyed by the entire family. Tillie's restaurant accommodated our large party and we ate on the veranda overlooking the golf course. Did a short trail hike to see a few of the natural springs that surround the Resort. Truly magnificent.

We came across the wonderful property while on a quick road trip! It was so rich with history! Very clean and comfortable!
For the price a breakfast buffet would be a nice addition! Would love to have been able to have enjoyed some amenities but it was just an overnight visit! We are at the Frontier on site and found the food to be just average for the price, however the ambiance was nice!

It is a tranquil, verdant, and wonderful resort to spend quality time with friends and family.

Wonderful spa treatments!
1.5
Beautiful setting, nice pools but (1) cleanliness should improve, (2) quality of restaurants is mediocre, (3) exaggerated feeds for basic services (37 usd for 2h bike rental!!!)

I think the value/cost ratio is out of balance. It is far too pricey a venue. It exceeds my budget. I am reminded that the experience is too high a price to pay. It will be a long time til I can justify spending such money again for the experience.

Check-in took 3 hours. Property needs a good cleaning.

Not cheap but what a fantastic classy getaway.

The shower and sink not drain well. Everything else was great!

We celebrated a major family event and the staff and facilities were perfect. The only issues occurred with trying to access the hotel's website. Several links didn't work, and we had to book the hotel rooms via Expedia instead of on the hotel site.

My favorite place in the world! Discovered this gem about 7 years ago. Other than during covid, we have been there for our vacation at least once a year. The friendly staff, the other vacationers, and the lovely setting is the perfect spot for a relaxing week.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Springs. This hotel has created such wonderful memories for my family over the years. The history of the property, the unbelievable restoration, and beautiful setting. How could you not fall in love with this place.

The room was not what I thought, it looked huge on the picture and it said that it was deluxe but it was actually the smallest room I’ve ever seen here and this is my 7th time here plus it was a mile away from the lobby, too much walking.

Hiking right off of the property. Valet car service is included ad well and bottled water. The smells throughout the entire place was fresh and clean. Pools were in great condition.

We had an amazing time. Resort was gorgeous.

I love the historic elements of this hotel. Plenty of pictures and information to learn. I love the indoor pool. Plenty of room to swim laps. I like the restaurants and activities that are available. I enjoyed walking outside to see the views and the springs. I asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately. I would like the fridge in the room to be colder and run at all times. A very enjoyable stay.

The property was absolutely pristine. The cost of the room however for the size and amenities was quite pricey. The rooms are very small and we were right on the end the door going outslammed all night long and woke me up 4 different times. my husband got a massage which he loved and dinner was delicious just really the price for the size and such a disruptive night on the one night we had the grandparents watching the kids was disappointing

We enjoyed the Omni Bedford so much! All of the staff were so welcoming, the property was stunningly maintained & beautifully decorated. Our children enjoyed both indoor & outdoor pools. We loved the food at the cafe & tavern (will try Crystal Room & Tilley's when we return). Be prepared the food & beverages are steeply upcharged, however the price for the room was reasonable imo, so I wasn't upset. We can't wait to return in the Fall!

Peaceful retreat to recharge my batteries!
Beautiful setting and great amenities.

Bedford Springs has the relaxing atmosphere of the country but all of the amenities of a resort. It retains its historic property feel without feeling antique and out-dated.
4.0
The Bedford Springs Omni is beautiful. The location of our room was average. We were close to the outdoor pool and our room backed to a walk-way where staff walked back & forth. We only stayed one night as we were traveling to another destination. If we were staying longer, I would have requested a room change.
