Everything from check in to check out was pure luxury and elegance. We were greeted with champagne at check in, we were escorted to our room and given a brief history tour. The pool area was amazing! The south side of pool was quiet and tranquil while the north side was more rambunctious and party vibes. The pool side service was excellent and the melon salad with pickled onions and jalapeños was the takeaway. At night the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! The Le Labo toiletries were such a delight! It was an experience we won’t forget.

FRAUD!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR! HOTEL PROMISED TO RESCHEDULE OR VISIT BUT THEN REFUSED TO ANSWER THIS PLATFORM ABOUT DATES. NOW THIS PLATFORM AREN'T DOING ANYTHING. LOTS OF PROMISES ABOUT RETURNING CALLS BUT NOTHING. WE LOST 2000 USD AND DID NOT GET EVEN A SORRY! UNBELIEVABLE AND THIS CASE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT!

Colony Palms is a beautiful property; it is an historic hotel but the ammenities and renvation is up to date and very comfortable. Absolutely every staff member was friendly, efficient and helpful. It is set in a garden with lots of places to relax and enjoy. The pool is large and the restaurant on one side has outside tables overlooking the pool. The food is excellent as well.

The Colony Place is a fantastic oasis and a wonderful get away for adult couples. The staff is 5 star all the way!! The property was maintained beautifully and it is peaceful and tranquil. We will be back very soon!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Colony. Staff was excellent with care and attention. Super friendly and professional. We did a full day spa and that was excellent as well. Location was convenient to shops and restaurants. We also like that it has dining on site by pool. Enjoyed our brunch there. Also room was super clean and quiet. And le Labo toiletries adds a special touch. Thanks again for a lovely stay. We will definitely return! :)

Was looking to stay at a small boutique hotel for a three night getaway vacation. Enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. The whole place was beautifully renovated four years ago. Outstanding friendly, cordial, and helpful staff that truly were sincere about providing a great guest experience. Special shoutout to Conrad who I initially spoke with on the phone when confirming my reservation. He was helpful to meet our room location request and welcomed us with a surprise bottle of wine in the room as he was aware that we were celebrating a birthday. The hotel restaurant was pleasant and the limited menu for breakfast and lunch was excellent. Beautiful relaxing swimming pool. Was very hot in Palm Springs which we anticipated. Hearing about 115 degrees is different than experiencing the heat. Most rooms have quiet individual central a/c units which kept the room cool and comfortable. Highly recommend The Colony Palms Hotel and Bungalows! ***** 5 Stars *****

We absolutely loved it here! Our bungalow was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel is dog friendly and was very comfortable for our 2 dogs. The pool area was spectacular. Service and staff were top notch as well. We’ve stayed at their sister hotel L’Horizon too which is great, but Colony Palms had a more laid back vibe which we loved.

Absolutely loved this property and their staff. By far the most thoughtful and considerate staff. We had a girls weekend and wanted a relaxing staycation for our friend who going through chemo and she had exactly that - the most relaxing staycation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that it did not quite meet my expectations. The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly, with the hotel possessing some unexpected charms. However, there were several areas where the hotel fell short of providing the basic services one would expect. Upon checking in on Friday around three, I noticed the pool area was quite messy, with used towels scattered everywhere, making it difficult to find a place to relax. Additionally, the bar was unable to make the drink I ordered due to missing ingredients. The following day, pool towels were not available until 10am, which was inconvenient. Service throughout my stay was sporadic, likely due to apparent understaffing. Another point of contention was the poolside music policy. The hotel does not provide music, and guests are not permitted to play their own. When I attempted to play music quietly from my phone, I was asked to turn it off. This policy seemed inconsistent, especially since dogs are allowed at the pool. On a positive note, the food was good, and the staff remained friendly throughout my stay. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for someone with my preferences.

Our favorite place in Palm Springs. Great pool, drinks, service. The beds and bedding are cloud-like. The staff is AMAZING!! You always feel like you get the royal treatment. They even make a personalized engraved brass name plate to put on your door. Thanks CPH!

Property was wonderful. Location excellent. Valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday fresh towels, little odd turn down service only happened once . Not consistent. We had dinner one night . Not sure if I would eat there in evenings .. meal not good . Very fancy but did not meet expectations. Overall very nice

Tara was amazing and I am so grateful that I was able to come and stay at this property after having to leave another property. The Colony is extra special and a great place for parents to escape and relax. The hotel reminds me of being in a garden of eve. The plants are amazing. We are overall very happy with our stay. I loved this classic, classy hotel! It is located in an incredibly central area with easy access to downtown, the airport, etc. but once you are inside the gates, you are in a quiet, beautiful, leafy green enclave!
