Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Free parking is helpful, and it’s a short walk over the bridge into Staines. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was hear for a business trip, and This is a nice place that has the basics of what you need. I really appreciated the super early checkin and in general all the staff were really nice and accommodating. I will say with this being a historic hotel, it does have it quirks such as at certain times I did hear a bit of noise from other guests. So if your a light sleeper, you may need ear plugs, Other wise I had a very Satisfying stay

The property was in an ideal location for us. Walkable into the shopping and restaurant area. Good sized room. Friendly staff. Efficient breakfast service which was really nice. Few cleanliness issues that stopped me giving 5 stars for this. Bed comfort Parking was great. Always a relief when get somewhere and can actually park as described. Would stay again

Great hotel on the quiet side of the River Thames at Staines. Large room, with new bathroom fixtures, nice toiletries and a comfy bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Waterside pub opposite does good (if a touch expensive) drink and food. Just off the Thames Path, which is a lovely place for a stroll in sunny weather. Full breakfast was included in the price amd there's a big car park behind the hotel.

Nice location near the river, lots of free parking, room was large and comfortable although would have been nice to include water and a biscuit! Good water pressure but shower a bit low for a tall person. Breakfast cooked to order which was decent but nothing special. Walking down the river after breakfast was nice. Overall a positive experience. They were having an issue with a leak on the staircase when I stayed but I’m sure that’s now fixed.

Absolutely stunning hotel with great detail very clean, and breakfast is delicious in the pub. Really great to have free parking as the hotel is in a great location and other hotels charge for atleast £11-£15 parking a day. We had a wonderful stay, actually left my phone charger in the room and they posted it recorded delivery to me. Staff are great very accommodating and polite.
