No free Café no free water only the first day then no water free. No free water in the gym. No free coffee. No coffee machine in the room. Cardio device broken since 3 weeks! Laufband! Pls remove 1 star! Only 3 stars

It’s older hotel but spacious and clean. Everything is functional very well. Did I mention A/C is probably the best I have seen in Germany? Location is great, walkable to many attractions and transportation. It’s also on a quiet street which is great. Overall, I would stay here again.

The property was clean and parking was safe. The room was too hot. We asked for an electric fan and there was non available and no other solution offered. We couldn't have the window open as the street was too noisy.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. No ac, but possible to open windows. Some noise from outside ac units on roofs. Bathroom lacked drain, so be careful when showering! Location close to main train station and within short walking distance of Japanese quarters. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke both German and English.

disappointing stay, outdated interior, room not even close to the stylish design shown on pictures. we got twin beds instead of expected king/Queen, tiny room with the tiniest bathroom we’ve ever had (similar to airplane), room faced a noisy street, rather unfriendly staff

Nice hotel with well furnished twin rooms. Mini bar reasonably priced along with foyer bar. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff really friendly. MIni supermarket and cafes nearby and only 15 minutes walk to the old town.

It was a very comfy stay in Düsseldorf. We had late arriving flight to Cologne and got hotel about 2.45 am in the late morning. Reception was still lovely and helpful. Room and hotel was very quiet. Room and bathroom were super clean. Water was amazing. So hot and good faucing. They provide a cute welcome note and chocolates as well. We were in Düsseldorf during the festival time but hotel was so cozy and quiet. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Centrally located - very close to the central train station. Twin room was exactly as described in the site. Spacious and clean. Both ladies at reception at check in were gentle. There was only one problem but quite a big one... At the check in day the elevator didnt work up to the 5th floor (my floor) but to the 6th and then had to step one level down. At the check out day the lift was completely out of order.....so had to carry myself all the luggage from the 5th floor to the ground floor....

Nice small hotel in a good location with friendly staff. We had a room in the older part and it was a little bit outdated and the bathroom was very small. Breakfast is good but quite expensive. There is also a small gym and a small wellness area. Walking distance to Hauptbahnhof and to Königsalle. Walkable to Altstadt as well but i t takes about 15 minutes. Shopping centers, pubs and a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The room was a good size but the space isn’t of much use when there’s no furniture to sit on. We didn’t even have two armchairs. The bed was a great size, but not very comfortable. Decor is tired and dated. Staff were ok but could’ve been friendlier. The experience was average at best.

Clean rooms and good location for walking to city centre (about 25 mins walk), or catching public transport (trams located very close to hotel). Rooms were quite snug with not much space to store luggage and shower cubicles were also a tight fit (we are about average size, but still found it a bit of a contortion to undertake our ablutions). Car parking was attached to hotel which was convenient but pricey compared to other hotels we stayed at in other German cities (18 euros a day felt a bit steep to us). Overall, a good place to stay.
