This hotel was a typical Hampton Inn however the price was ridiculously high for two people. I would not suggest it because of the price you can get a much nicer hotel for less.

The staff was so wonderful, especially the gentleman running breakfast… he was a gem and I wish I got his name.

We have many stays at this location in Central Valley and the service is always very friendly and responsive, and this time was no exception. Our issue on this trip was cleanliness and condition of the hotel, which was very out of character. Overflowing trash cans, very filthy lobby restrooms and a bug problem in our room. Evidently some sort of beetle that proliferates in the fall. They enter through the a/c unit and covered our ceiling while we slept at night. The front desk mentioned their efforts to contain, but access through the a/c unit made it difficult. Breakfast on Sunday was cold, not done well. All of this was completely out of character for this location based on our earlier stays. The current high cost of hotel rooms becomes more painful given the condition of the stay. We didn't receive the value for the expense this time.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I expected room to be made up but, you have to stay more than two nights.

Everything was fine except for the location of the room. We asked for a mobility accessible room. The room and accessibility was perfect but it was the last room at the end of the corridor , located next to the exit door. There was a lot of in and out, all night and the banging of the door kept us awake. 😔 we ended being very tired driving back home, the next day, which was an 8 hour drive.
