Absolutely loved how nice and large our room was and that there was no dirty carpet. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mike did a great job of checking us in. All downhill after check in. Got in room and refrigerator didn't work, they had to bring us a new one. Air co ditioner blew cold for a few minutes and then warm for a few minutes, which made it rough for someone with asthma. They did offer to take the window out and clean the coils off but they said window would be out for a few hours. It was already warm enough in there didn't want that when it was 90 degrees outside. Didnt get much sleep because it was so warm in the room. Floors was dirty, sink didn't drain. I felt like they didn't care about their patrons, because if they did they never would have rented that room out in the condition it was in. I guess it is all about the money their, as they never once offered to compensate for the conditions we had to stay in or even offer to move us to another room. I didnt think choice hotels family chain would treat their patrons that way. It was 4th of july weekend so maybe they was booked solid and could not move us to a diffrent room which i understand that, but did not even offer anything for the horrible conditions. I even ask for a fan and they couldn't even accommodate that such a joke.

This Comfort Inn is very clean, comfortable bed. We stayed in a king size room with 2 mini fridges, large screen TV, coffee maker. The staff is very friendly. Easy check in and easy check out. The breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge. We would stay here again!

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was in terrible condition, with mold visible in the bathroom shower. The overall furniture was broken down and below standards. The room was overcrowded with furniture, making it nearly impossible to move around. We had to climb over each other just to get in and out of bed, which was both uncomfortable and inconvenient. The mattresses were broken down and uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep. There was no extra bedding available, and the fold-out bed didn't even have a sheet. Additionally, the tight space around the bed made it difficult to find a place for a CPAP machine, which was a significant issue. Overall, our stay was unpleasant, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really just a place to stop, rest and get some sleep on our way elsewhere. Nice room!

The place looks renovated, however the bathroom shower drain stopper is rusted and does not pop up and down. The rack in the shower is barely holding on. There is also a screw that is about to fall out of the shower curtain holder.

The staff was so very nice and friendly, nice pool, wonderful breakfast.

Hotel room was a little stuffy but overall ok

This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is nice, very clean and the staff is very friendly. We'll stay again the next time we visit.

Noisy!! We heard doors shutting all night long. Continually waking us up. The Hotel was clean and nice.

We had no tv our whole stay. Plus we could not access the smart tv cause the internet was overwelmed. Our air conditioner did not keep the room cool till we put it on 64 degrees.

My family and I stayed here for a week, and we did not have anyone checking up on us for clean towels, new trash bags, etc. The shower was so clogged that it was backing up above our ankles. The bathroom sink was also clogged. We did mention the clogged shower issue to an employee, who fixed it. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, but there were some things like that, that could have been better to make our stay more enjoyable.

Very fresh and tidy, attentive and friendly staff, nice variety at breakfast buffet. Near enough to region's attractions, but mostly away from the heavy traffic, except for the giant Buc-ees across the highway. Highly recommended.

The first room”s pullout couch seemed to have not been cleaned. We were immediately assigned to a clean room!

The room was large enough for a family of 5. Kids loved the pool and it was very clean. Breakfast was also enough to fill everyone up for a day of sports.

Overall, the hotel, lobby were nice and front desk staff were friendly. Very disappointed in the room security as on our second day we had someone walk in our room that was apparently checked into the same room that we were already checked into. I was given lame excuses by (Front Desk) staff which then made matters much more difficult. I did talk to General manager and she apologized but definitely will not stay here again.
