I loved how clean it was and very comfortable!
The breakfast wasn’t that great. I mean there was barely anything when I went and it didn’t get restocked so that was sad

Heather was so friendly and very helpful. She always had a smile. The lady that handled the breakfast was really nice too. Both of these ladies made our stay very pleasurable.

Breakfast was great, outside facilities were a great fun surprise. The fire pit and rocking chairs were great
the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. Hair on the pillows, and we had to change rooms because the toilet was broken. Sheets in the new room felt damp. It was not pleasant.
4.5
The room size was great; location was out of the way of all the main attractions and noise, but close enough to get to for all the fun
Pillows were a little too soft

Nothing special from the outside other than a nice sitting area, but we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. Exceptional room, very clean and a comfortable bed! If you are traveling through the area, I highly recommend this hotel. A hidden gem!

The room was very clean and there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. Also, the staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was well stocked and orderly.

The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I liked that it was faith based because of the Bible displaying our room and the prayers on the vases in the breakfast room. Liked the outdoor seating options etc. liked the flowers on the tables
Had the special port for my iPad.
The toilet was loose so when you sat on it it made a loud noise. Not good at night when people are trying to sleep. It also kept running sometimes, but we told the front desk and she was going to check into fixing that.

Complementary breakfast was good and always available. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is a little farther out from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg than I thought. Although for being right next to the highway, the only noise I heard were people coming and going from the hotel. They are building a new Buc-ees gigantic gas station and I believe some of the workers were staying there.

This is by far the cleanest hotel my boyfriend and I have stayed at and we have traveled the country... Stayed in a lot of hotels this month and this was the best. The friendliest staff, the cleanest room and comfortable beds..

The lady checking me in & out was very friendly. She showed southern hospitality.

The manager was outstanding. The room was really nice and modern. Also the breakfast area was really nice too and the deck is a nice place to hang outside.
The bathroom smells and the room was beautiful but need to replace the sink drainage and faucet because seems really outdated and missing the close valve. the beds are a lil hard for me but for some can be good.
