Property is undergoing renovation. You park in the dirt parking lot across the street. The location of the inn is very close to downtown which is nice.

Beautiful place right downtown.

Rooms were spacious but old/dated. Furniture left a lot to be desired. Bath towels were tiny. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The cottage was terribly noisy, both room next door and trash trucks at 4am.

Beautiful and historic buildings with fabulous courtyards. Southern hospitality at its best. Looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful place and friendly staff. However, our room smelled of mold and had sticky carpet and peeling wallpaper. The place as a whole is beautiful and convenient.

Misled by picture and untrue amenities. Southern charm was a no…
“Greyhound flats” is across the street in a dirt parking lot surrounded by a cement block wall. Interior was fine but modern. Not what I was looking forward to for a vacation to the south.
“Breakfast included” was a lie. We got vouchers to the bagel shop across the street that covered only one bagel sandwich + one coffee for 1 person (total voucher amount ($14). We were 4 people. Completely fooled by this place.

Bathroom needs attention- was even moved to a second room because shower in first was dirty. Outlets in second bathroom didn’t work = couldn’t use hair dryer, etc.

Nice historical Inn just off Bay Street

If you love old southern charm this place is it. The place itself is lovely with all the history to go with it. The staff at the inn are amazing its like talking to a great friend, all staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and each have different decor to go with what place you are in. The cottages are so cute, they are small but for a small family its perfect. I would highly recommended this place and its close to everything for shopping the water and food. If you need to go to parris island it only takes about 10 to 15 min to get there. We will be returning

I wasn't given the room i had reserved due to a plumbing issue they said and was given a smaller room up in to the alcove of the roof of the 3rd floor without the same aestetics for the same price and they didn't notify me of this until after they applied my payment. Also, I expected a b/b but there is no food on the premises, you have to go across the street with a voucher only worth $7-$10 towards your food, I barely used it. In the mediocre bathroom the toilet paper holder was very loose from the wall and had not been dusted ever, details were missed. I intentionally went there for the old charm of the Inn and most of i got only while in the commom areas. While sitting outside on one of the verandas you couldn't help seeing the extreme peeling paint on the outside of this beautiful old building. They should advertise that they don't have breakfast or it shouldn't be listed as it is, thank you.

From start to departure, my stay was stellar. I checked in late thursday evening. My check in process was stellar, my check out flawless. I have no further words to express my pleasure. I will return for a personal visit and for a longer stay.

My husband and I had a quick visit to Beaufort Inn late August and would not recommend this hotel. When we arrived the staff were both extremely friendly, but that was about the only positive. We waited 15 minutes for our reservation to be found. We had to move our car to an off site lot. After our reservation was found and keys were made we were taken to our room. The room was outside of the main house in a rear building. There was not an elevator just some rickety stairs. We entered the room and noticed the blinds were broken and dirty. The linens on the bed had hair on them. The bathroom was old and also had hair on the small shelf where our towels were set out. The fan overhead the bed did not have a means to turn off and was unbalanced so made a noise throughout the night. We had four packets of coffee in the room and all but one happened to be decaf. The description of the hotel states breakfast included and I guess it was if you want to travel a block away to one of the two restaurants that the hotel provides breakfast vouchers for. The restaurants were both very crowded we could not get into one and we were on a time frame. We did get a bagel with our breakfast voucher from another restaurant. I personally would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning in the future.

Lovely base from which to explore Beaufort. We enjoyed a drink on the porch before dinner and the ability to walk very where. Great local history tour at national park center right across the street

Very nineteenth century like a mini Savannah. Just wish there were bottles of water in the fridge.

Check-in was easy and fun; the personnel at check-in were a pleasure and greeted us like old friends. Our room was in one of the stand alone buildings with a balcony and patio, but it was too hot to enjoy being outdoors so the inside AC and bottled water offered were great. EZ parking and great breakfast options./

I really like this Inn. It feels like a time capsule in Beaufort. The room was great bed comfortable, very quiet. The breakfast voucher for the two breakfast places a block away was good. This is an old soul place not a slick generic hotel. If you appreciate southern charm and style and don’t demand room service etc this is a great experience.

We arrived late at 11:00pm, and Pebbles was so warm and welcoming. Gave us the history of the Inn and helped us add another night to our stay. Walked us to our room and even pointed out good breakfast places for next morning that we could use vouchers at.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was huge, clean, and beautiful. The grounds were lovely and very well maintained. The staff was exceedingly kind and even gave us a little tour of the grounds. It’s a short walk to the riverfront and all that Boundary Street has to offer. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in town!

This grand old lady (the main house) is showing her age but still oozes charm galore. Mostly tired room furniture. Staff is excellent and helpful. Good breakfast arrangement. We would stay here again.

I am sad to even write this. I was so excited as I booked this trip back in February. All I Have heard is how wonderful the Beaufort is. It absolutely missed the mark on so many levels! The place is falling apart and completely outdated. And the pillows and furniture were very dirty. I am highly disappointed and spent a lot of money to stay here!

The room was more than we expected. It was spacious and accommodating. We come to Beaufort every year and usually we stay at Hilton Head. Not any morel. Beaufort Inn from now on.

Perfect way to spend the 4th! My husband and Tully, our Boykin Spaniel, had a ball! We stayed in a king room and what a treat! Love the character and close proximity to everything! This may be our new tradition!
