The restroom was dirty the shower had hairs in it microwave was dirty when we first opened the sink water it came out black and smelled like rotten eggs

Rooms were not clean at all and the property looked to be in bad shape. Old and not maintained well. Room access used by actual key not digital card.

I got the worst room beds was uncomfortable and old the smell of a urine didn't let me sleep, the bathroom was not very clean so we decided not to take a shower, very disappointed because I was staying there before and was not that bad, but I think I will not come back again even when the location is great

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, restaurant had good breakfast, the pool area nice and clean, only the parking area kind of thing for a big car like mine but for a small or medium size car it's good.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Needs ALOT of simple maintenance it looks like it has never been maintained. Seem to wait until it just breaks and even though it looks terrible they manage to keep it even if its falling apart with some tape or awful glue. Things from 2nd hand store are probably in better condition. Have a family room with a tiny table and one chair. Missing fridge and microwave. ( We had to change rooms and previous room had it- but the elevator was broken and my mother in law is handicap and we were on 3rd floor) lamp with no cover. Outside lights of patio had wires hanging out. Towels were so old with strings hanging out. Shower curtains were hanging loose. How much does it cost to replace a cheap shower curtain or buy a lamp cover. And the shower head was so old small splurts of water were diretcly hitting the cieling or in every direction other than me. Owner has really let a potentially better hotel fall apart to pieces. The only thing keeping it somewhat together is nice staff.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very helpful and kind. The family room was Amazing and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. We plan on staying here again for our future trips.

This hotel really needs maintenance. The rooms have really old and dirty carpet and smells so bad, the chairs inside are dirty the walls have mold the sick smells so bad I was very disappointed I had two rooms. And both rooms smells bad. I stay there because I already pay but I'm not happy I could stay in the room . Only to sleep because no choice . The rooms doors very insecure. The owner should give a good fixed to this hotel.

No Bueno!! Our room had mold, high voltage wires exposed, dirty, smelly rooms. Parking was a huge problem. At night, they made us park on the street like a block away. The pool had bugs and algae growing at the bottom of it. Do not waste your $$$ in trashy places.
