The hotel was in a great spot, just yards from the main shopping centre and other attractions. The receptionist (Sarah) was so friendly and gave us advice on what we could do with our 5yr old granddaughter.

Hotel is really central for everything. 5-10 minutes walk from bus station, railway station, V&A, the Discovery, riverside walks, shops etc. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Location is right at end of Tay Bridge so it's a busy road outside but there are crossings.

Room a bit dated and only one bedside light working. Also usb charging sockets didn’t seem to work. Staff were friendly tho and breakfast very good. Very good location too so would stay again

Everything about the hotel was very good. The only negative was the reading light at one side of the bed wasn’t working. We did report it but when we left it still wasn’t working!

Easy to get to, parking near by, within minutes of city centre. Lovely room , clean and comfortable. Although I didn’t go for breakfast my son told me there was a great choice offered . Would definitely stay again.

After paying through Expedia they insisted we pay again! Put in a disabled room which was poor standard. After making a complaint we’re moved to another room which had an extra bed in the room which made the room cramped. Very small bed. Room not worth the fee!

Hotel is extremely noisy during the night, doors slamming etc. doesn’t seem to have any sound proofing whatsoever. Traveled style rooms at Holiday inn prices

Staff were great. Property could use a facelift in rooms. Insufficient lighting. Back of hotel was quiet but very dark. Breakfast had a good range. Coffee machines were great in breakfast room but need a service.

Used as an overnight stay as our youngest child was moving out of halls at nearby St Andrews University.

I was given an easy access room which had an emergency pull cord in the middle of the room. I can understand why but I secured it behind the head board in case I pulled in error. Also, the toilet roll holder is situated far too low. The toilet seat is high as the room is designed for disabled access but to use the toilet roll involved leaning too far over to the left. Reception staff (Sarah) was excellent passing on relevant information for my visit to Dundee.

Friendly staff.Nice breakfast. The wifi could not be fixed automatically. There was a need to get to the reception if I really needed it at 23.30. Nonetheless nice stay!

It was on stay. Close to the road so very noisy even during the night. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the third day as house keeping hadn’t been anywhere near it. Apart from that, perfect location.

The gentleman that booked me into the hotel was very welcoming and professional. I have to say it was the easiest checking in that I have ever done. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is extremely well situated for exploring Dundee.

Room was clean and comfortable. Dove products in bathroom were appreciated, Room overlooked the front of the hotel which I was initially concerned about as the traffic was very noisy. However, I slept like a log and was not aware of the road. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of cereals, fruit and yogurt, cooked breakfast, pastries and toast. Staff helpful and professional. Parking (council owned), not expensive and just behind the hotel, access on second floor. Cathedral and museums really interesting with the hotel central to key sights.
