Domina Milano 😍 The breakfast, cleaning services, and reception have all been excellent, and I felt truly welcomed during my visit. Thank you for making my stay so memorable! There was bad experience about the payment before arrival and my booking was payment at arrival also the electricity was off around 2 days also the rooms not prepare for 2 person always and my reservation for 2 person for both rooms also there is no any napkins in the rooms

On arrival we were over charged compared to the hotel.com price. The hotel staff were very rude and unaccomadating in every aspect. Be careful of the hotel mini bar as the maids take drinks and try to charge you. The location is horrendous, taxis to central Milan is £70 plus. Or a 10 minute walk and 1:30 hour train ride to the centre. Good luck if you are in Milan on a busy weekend as you cannot get any transport back, Ubers will be £100+ and the hotel will not help you at all. But if you love staying in Chernobyl with the industrial view this is the perfect place for you.

I arrived at 7:30 am to have a coffee while I wait for my wife and they won't let me in… they offer me a coffee to take away until she goes down to the restaurant… it is unacceptable

Excellent stay as a family we had a great time. Very nice, quite comfortable with very good breakfast. Worth the money of which was reasonable. Would love to visit again.

The hotel is lovely and very clean. Breakfast was ok, basic and doesn’t cater for intolerances very well but there is a supermarket nearby to get anything you need. It’s a 40 minute journey into Milan centre so quite out of the way.

When I checked in the receptionist didn't tell me about the city tax . no information about travel to the central,every time advised to book a taxi . I booked a taxi as we went to a trip and I paid 40euro before I get in the car .the driver mentioned to me that all the receptionist they have comition when they book a taxi . I didn't want service in my room for 3 days and when I asked for 2 instant coffee they said no. My breakfast box was one bottle of water one juice one croissant and one iagurt. The amenities in the room is just one small bottle of 3 in one hair, shower gel and conditioner and one soap. No bathroobe as on the website, The breakfast was nice and all the staff polite and helpful. I don't recommend the hotel as is to far away if you plan to go in a trip the taxi is 70 euro . Reception very rude not helpful. Better to book one hotel near to central as you are not safe working from overground station to hotel Madalina

When we arrived at the hotel, the booking confirmation stated a check-in time of 1 pm. However, the front desk staff insisted it was 3 pm. With no other option but to wait, we found ourselves in a frustrating situation. Our opportunity arose when there was a shift change at 1 pm, and I decided to try my luck with the new staff. Thankfully, I managed to secure our room. After an 18-hour journey from Asia, we were desperate to freshen up and unwind. Waiting for two hours in the lobby of a seemingly quiet hotel turned out to be one of the most exasperating experiences in my 30 years of traveling."

Hotel is too far from major tourists pots, but it is not an issue if you come with your own vehicle. Taxi is pricey in general. Staff are not overly warm, but they are polite. I find putting a smile over a strong accent/tone somehow makes the conversations a bit more pleasant. The room/hotel looks clean and smells clean. The staff were well groomed. Very prompt when it comes to concerns/requests. Our room so spacious. I like the modern design. Plenty of cabinets. The architectural design, staging of the room on the spot. The cleaning lady is fantastic. Overall, the hotel somehow found a way to promote their business making up for it's poor location. Highly recommend and will definitely consider this hotel if we come back to Milan.

Upon check in the reception man surprised me that my reservation is cancelled ! I showed him on the app that reservation is active from.my side, he kept saying cancelled...later he gave me the room and i paid. Room was 2 twin beds( i mean 2 kids beds) unlike what i booked 1 king bed. Fortunatly my room was changed next day to king size bed but the only problem the mattress was damaged and never comfortable, so my sleeping was not good in all.stay 1 night on kid like bed + 2 nights on bad kind size bed. Hotel room is with no phone! If you need tooth brush you must go down and wait in queue to get 1 tooth brush. Usure how this hotel is 4 stars !! Reception ladies (not the check in man) were super nice and helpful honestly they made me feel good despite bad was bad and i was lucky that i didnt meet again the check in man who lacks any customer service and unfriendly. I will.come again but will.make.sure about bed condition before.i pay.

This is a great property for someone who has a need to stay near the area of exhibits (FERA) in Milan. There isn’t much around the hotel, but the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is a practical choice. Tip: Book executive room.

The property has anything that is needed for a short or longer stays, it is very clean and the staff is fantastic. We had a very long delay on the flight and we arrived there very late. We called from the airport and we had someone waiting for us. The check-in and check-out process was short and easy. Great service and location. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is clean, The rooms are confortable, Bert friendly staff. I did not have much time that eventing, so ate in the restaurant of The hotel. I think the food is a but expensive for what it was. There is also not much in The area to have a quick and Nice dinner. That would probably be my only remark. The breakfast was also good!

A man with glasses at the front desk not services. Spoken unkindly. Hotel parking is outside the hotel. Parking at the hotel costs 8 euros per night and not as described as free parking. Especially when it rains it's really uncomfortable. Roadside hotel, for one night maximum. I do not recommend.

We came to Milano my husband and I and we were looking for a comfortable place to stay while We explored the city and also explored Como. It was nice but the basic room was very small, it was very well thought out though so you could find room for everything and we are traveling for 3 weeks in Europe so we have lots of stuff. The place was immaculate super clean, the breakfast is amazing and the staff can’t do enough for you. The beds are hard but that’s typical For Italy. If you are looking for space don’t get the basic room, upgrade, you will be happier,

Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Easy to get parking, nice hotel, but the only thing to point out is the closure for summer Holiday at the restaurant. This was not mentioned during the booking. Therefor I had to live with microwave food from the bar. Otherwise, I would stay here again as it's close to the road to Torino.
