Nice and clean room. Toilet was very good and shower exellent. Rainshower my kind of thing and pressure very goog. Maybe the best experience in my life. The lobbybar staf was kind and helpfull. The tram goes outside the hotel first number 9 and change number 1 take us to the attraction places and good wievs forget the shopping places.

Having to park blocks away was terrible. The staff didn't convey the price of laundry so we ended up paying a ridiculous amount for laundry service. The breakfast was Ok.

The standard was good. Cleaning and service excellent. Excellent location. I was unlucky with the room and got a window to the back-alley (with no light). This happens sometimes. There was no coffee, nor water heater in the room, nor no coffee in the reception. For a 4 star hotel (and combined with the service I was offered) I would expect this. Overall a good stay though.

The property was beautiful and the salon was beautiful to sit in. Great breakfast and coffee. We liked being so close to tram and could walk many places of interest.' Our room was beautiful design, especially the bathroom. Red swirling marble. Very nice and convenient.

Hotel on main road, making it very noisy at night, even with the window closed.Poor sleep. Room stuffy, no air con until June! Staff at breakfast lovely but over worked. Get to breakfast before 9am or nothing left, very slow to re stock food. Beverages delivered very Slowly. Television in room had no sky tv, reception not very helpful.

Although I had requested a room on a high floor, I was placed on the 2nd floor facing away, where there was a huge noise from the tram. Only after the first night, where I showed that there was no way to sleep even with double glazing, did they put me on the 5th floor, which made it better.

This hotel is a quick walk to the Milano Centrale station. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had lots to choose from, eggs, sandwich meats, yogurt and different pastries. I would definitely recommend or stay here again. Thank you!

The front staff was rude when I asked about the hot water, which there was none. His response was oh well you are the only one that has said anything. Not, let me get someone to look at that for you. This property is too far from the action as well.

Overall, a fine hotel, with an excellent breakfast. Rooms are very clean but basic. No tissue, no cup in the bathroom, just 3 very flimsy plastic cups. Beds are very comfortable. Front desk personnel are professional but not overly friendly.

The Marconi is in the business district, which leads to lots of great restaurants and shops during the day, but it's much quieter at night. And bizarrely empty on Sunday. But, it's close to Central station, steps from the trolley and the Metro station. 5 minutes on the Republica line will land you in the center of Milan. Rooms are spare but comfortable.

Great hotel, 10 min walk from Milano Centrale Station. We had a triple room which had lots of space, huge shower room and a street view. Room and hotel were very clean, (including the sheets and towels being renewed every day which we didn't understand and did not know how to stop). Staff were very helpful and it was great to have a breakfast included in the price. Plenty eating options, transport options and selection of essential shops close by.

Pros: close to train station, solid breakfast buffet included, incredible water pressure in the shower. Quiet, clean Cons: mattress was softer than we like, not many outlets in the room to charge our devices, the room wasn’t ready when we checked in (at 330) and the key cards kept not working.

Even though we arrived early- 12:30 pm- our room wasn’t ready. Ok. I understand. But until 3:15 when we are told that check-in is at 3 pm, my husband witnessed a minimum of 5 other couples check into their rooms. There was trash on the tables in the lobby. After we came back down later that evening, the same trash still there. It would be great if the hotel had a box of Kleenex in the rooms. Great breakfast.
