As a family of 5 & having done all inclusive before this stood out in many aspects
Teenager entertainment was great the 5:6 staff members were fantastic bit during the day & night
Beach & pool areas were good (pools slightly cold) lots of beds
Food was good always something to have could be difficult at times to find seats for 5 but the waiters/cleaners always helped & tables were cleaned for you before you sat down.
Have no faults & would recommend

Lovely stay with extended family. Staff very kind and helpful. Especially Rania from pool bar. She was so friendly and bubbly and could not do enough for us. Local restaurants nice too

My 3 children and myself loved this resort. Food was excellent with a multitude of variety. Staff were very polite

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days, a family of 5. We liked everything, especially the beach. It's perfect for children. The room was cleaned daily, and the food selection was large and varied. The staff was attentive and polite.
There was a sewage smell at the exit of our block, which is perhaps the only downside. The hotel grounds and the beach are clean, they keep an eye on that. If only people didn't behave like pigs and leave their trash behind, it would be even better.
The hotel deserves a solid four stars. It's perfect for families with children, but young couples might find it boring. Overall, we were satisfied and think we'll return again.

The structure is visibly old and probably in need of some maintenance but it is very easy to walk around and all services are easy to reach. The personnel is generally good and nice, the cleaning service was definetly below the standard at least for what it concerned our room however, the resort is fairly clean. We had an issue with the AC and it took over 5 days and a second reminder to actually get back to us. The restaurants could introduce some more variety but not much different than many other all inclusive hotels. The pools and the beach are great!

This place is amazing will definitely be coming back can't fault the place

Outdated in some areas. Some very dirty sun loungers around largest pool. They don’t enforce rules around saving loungers; and all we’re normally gone by 9:30 latest. If you’re going to post notices around stating the rules, enforce them! Wouldn’t eat at the “special” one off restaurant again, the main buffet restaurant was far better, and pretty good, breakfast could be better, was cold early on as less people coming in so less turnover of food.

Great family holiday, would recommend to families with children any age.

Food poisoning central. Beds with mattress springs coming out. Ants and insects swarming rooms. Brown water from sink taps. Charged 5* tax on arrival.. absolutely disgusting. The place needs downgrading to 2-3 star tops. Absolutely vile.

Accommodation and food both reasonable. Leisure activities were poorly executed. 50% more sun-beds required and a cap on the squawking of the 'animation' team around the pool. I imagine many others like me were there to be relax rather than deafened with repetitive music and shouted at in the hope I'll join some game / pay for an extra activity

I wouldn't return there

Just came back after spending 2 weeks in Corfu. One in Labranda Sandy Beach and one in Major Capo Di Corfu - paying almost same per week.
Considering that, quality of Capo Di Corfu is higher.
Overall labranda Sandy beach is a nice big hotel, pools and beach are amazing and ideal for families with kids, food at a la carte restaurant are excellent and staff are great.
But: rooms are outdated, mattress -al least in block 7 -are old and need urgent replacement, you can feel the strings on the mattress and the 4 adults came back with back pain. In addition, rooms are connected to next room with blocked doors, and nothing to stop the noise, we could hear next room people snore and fart- our kid was waking up many times per night. food in main buffet is repetitive - almost no beef in 1 week- and neither there nor in Bars there were options of healthy drinks : only Pepsi sugar free and no natural juices. Everything else from concentrate and full of sugar.
I think overall hotel is good, specially for families with kids but cannot think about going back just because the quality of mattress and noise from next room didn’t allow us to have good rest.

Its a very big resort and the Restaurant is very loud, lots of big families and kids if you want relaxation this is not for you, the beach is close and a bit quieter if you sit on the outside, we were 5 people and had no problem getting a sunbed but we went begining of June so no idea how it is in high season. The food is very good and lots of choice. There are mostly British guests with a lot of big families, personally they did'nt bother us but I noticed a lot of people were.

Highly relaxing week with access to a great beach. Nice and clean area, well kept with great food/drink served across the establishment. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Entertainments team (especially Marvin and Vanessa) were extremely welcoming and friendly, hosting a large amount of classes and encouraging participation in the evening entertainment. Unfortunately I did not become further acquainted with more of them as they all seemed highly capable.
Some areas of the property could do with refurbishment such as beds (will need a mattress topper provided by the Hotel), sun loungers and parasoles. Additionally making one of the pools an adults only area would be beneficial.

Decent all inclusive resort on a budget. It could get a bit chaotic because of the numbers it can cater to but you will not have a dull moment. The rooms could be updated as they seem to have been there for quite a while but they are functional. The staff is excellent and helpful. Basically you get what you pay for :)

The staff was very polite and helpful! The room was nothing special, tv very small. I would highly recommend to rent a car, because public transport is very limited.
Overall I want to thank all staff members of this resort! Especially lady from the bar/ice cream shop. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but she is mommy of twins 😊😊

Food was good, but the rooms are in disrepair. Half of the staff was great, and half were unfriendly and not helpful.

Good staff, nice place next to beach

Facilities are little dated but looked after well. Spacious rooms with good basics. Staffs are friendly.
Restaurant food standards could be little better but cannot complain with the price. Lots of pools and sun beds, beach is just steps away and perfect for young kids to go in and out of pool/beach.

We visited the resort beginning of August 2022. We were actually traveling from US to Poland to visit family, and they already had this resort booked, so we decided to join. Overall, I love Greece. I think it’s a beautiful country and worth visiting. However, this resort was not what Greece is about. This was my third time in Greece , and I was very disappointed. Let’s start with the all inclusive option. It is not all inclusive if the other two restaurants were fully booked. We landed Thursday afternoon and went to make a reservation Friday morning and were told there was nothing until next Wednesday, and we were leaving Monday. All that there was left was the buffet with mediocre food. We had to dine outside of the resort where the food was delicious, family owned place. We went to a manager 3 times about the reservation with no resolution. Then, finally we spoke to a manager at one of the restaurants and she was able to get us in on Sunday 9pm. We took it. It wasn’t that there was no room at those restaurants because we have pictures to prove it, it was that there was not enough staff. But then don’t make this hotel all inclusive, it should say with buffet only. Overall, the service wasn’t great. Not very helpful. Most bartenders were nice if you tipped them well, which we did. Also, no iron in the room, gotta pay 3 euros to get a dress ironed. My recommendation is to definitely visit Greece, but do not stay at this resort!

As long as you want to spend your whole holiday in the resort it is fine. Car hire is expensive and a taxi to Corfu Town is 55 euros each way. There is a local bus service but very infrequent. Perhaps the hotel could consider getting their own bus and charging to take guests to town.
Mealtimes are chaotic. It’s like a free for all. No specific table assigned. People walking around with hot drinks and children running up and down. An accident waiting to happen. There is not enough staff working. The staff in the restaurants have to clear clean an reset tables. Often guests had to do it themselves as staff were so overworked.
Tokens are given at check in for plastic glasses that you use everywhere except in the restaurant. This is acceptable if you are sitting by the pool as it saves accidents with broken glass but it would be preferable to have actual glasses in the evening at the bars.
Lots of entertainment for children and adults.
Spa is lovely with delightful staff.

Nice place to visit lots of things to do, but the could improve the cleaning on the swimming pools and also improve the quality of the bedrooms mattresses

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks. We’re both in our early 20’s and wanted a relaxing beach holiday and to enjoy authentic Greek food.
Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The pictures of the resort are very misleading. I can’t express how many families and children were there. All the evening entertainment was catered towards them and there was only a couple nights during the 2 weeks where there was a live singer in the bar for adults to enjoy their evening. Despite there being 3 pools, there is no adult section, so we were surrounded by screaming kids if we went there. The beach was really nice but again it was so busy that we couldn’t fully relax with children everywhere. Luckily, we made the decision early on to hire a quad for 1 week which was around 350 euros. I would highly recommend this as you can easily visit other beaches and little hideaways on the island. The South definitely has the best beaches.
Moving onto the room, the cleaning staff were amazing and made sure our rooms were refreshed everyday. What wasn’t so great was that there was such a strong smell of sewage coming from the drains in the bathroom, it was constant. The WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there and the TV in the room lost signal every couple of seconds which was very frustrating.
We were really disappointed with was the Spa treatment. It cost 255 euros! For a couples massage and X1 facial which was very average at best. I wish we didn’t waste our money.

beautiful beach
good for families with young children
- give you one towel every two days
- lounge chairs fill up by 10AM
- all pools close at 7PM ?????
- “entertainment” around main pool area is incredibly loud and goes on all day

The resort itself is very nicely kept up with an absolutely beautiful beach. This may be a good place to take families with young children. The room was on par with a Motel 6 - large, but very outdated. Our room smelled bad and the smell came from the bathroom. It got better when we showered, but we eventually left a day early because of the smell. The property is 30 minutes away from the city of Corfu - so its a $50 ride every time you go in. It is not convenient. It was very hard to get reservations in any of the restaurants and they did not accommodate for people who went on excursions. They only took reservations the day of between 10 am and noon. The food in the main dining hall was not very good. Without reservations, you could not eat in the other restaurants. We were not able to get reservations any of the days we were there.

Lovely sandy beach. Some rooms in the complex could do with a refurb. Complex as a hole was very clean. Entertainment was to a good standard. Live groups in bar nearest the beach where exceptional. Great choice of 3 pools. Lots of activities for kids etc. I would go again. My family of 8 using 3 rooms thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good points:
Large rooms. Newly renovated. No pressure to wear a mask.
Bad points:
Poor food selection.
Couldn’t book into restaurant as they were full.
Large queues for the bar.
Had to pay extra for slush, ice cream!
Sofa Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been on, in my entire life.
The sea at the beach was full of debris. The week I was there I didn’t seem anyone swim in the sea, I tried myself but immediately I was covered in debris.
Personally I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is really good rooms are brilliant too staff is really helpful and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend to families.
Pool was cold but I assume it is cause of weather.
Garden and views are really good beach was super clean and lots of sun beds by pool and beach

Well, that´s an enormous resort complex with hundreds of rooms in several buildings. There are some golf carts to help you with you lugagge (very handy) and the premises have pretty much everything you might need or want.
However it is a family friendly property. Do not expect any kind of peace or relaxation. Kids yelling and running everywhere even in the hallways during nighttime and parents there apparently think others should have to agree with it.
No peace at the pools or restaurants as well and in peak times expect queues anywhere, despite there are hundreds of seating.
For 2 nights in a row they kept playing loud music in the ampitheatre up to 11PM. Very annoying and disrespectful.
Well, food and beverage are really included in the price and I must assume everuthing I ate or drank was very good.
The sunset time is a must, don´t miss it!
The room itself is huge with plenty of space for your belongings and even in the bathroom 2 people can coexist without bumping each other. In my bathroom there were 2 sinks, very helpful. My shower was a disappoitment. One glass door was missing and they placed some nasty plastic curtain for your privacy but it doesn´t touch the ground so water spills everywhere.
TV with plenty of intl channels and wifi works only in the rooms, do not expect wifi signal anywhere in public areas ans even in the room the speed is really low.
Anyway, for a family it´s a great place bur for couples or a romantic getaway don´t consider.

My opinion is that this hotel is not a 5 star hotel.
But it seems like it is good for guest with children, because the children at the hotel was very happy.
Old hotel which back in the days was 5 star but not anymore i think.
Too much noise get in the room from the corrider when people get in and out of their rooms.
Bathtub but water cannot fill because water get out and after few mins the water flow gets reduced a lot.
The worst part in the room is that there is a door to the next room, if i was a bad person i could remove the small bookcase front of it and remove the one screw they put to stop the door to get open. If i was in the next room i would not could trust to sleep there becasuse of this door, but in my case the door could only open from my side so i did sleep well.
Btw. this door between the rooms did not isolate any sounds, so i could always hear them in the next door and they could hear me.
The food is fine but not many options and most of it is repeated only few was changed each time.
The text to the food is in 4 language but too little information. E.g. the text says "Egg omelet", but when you look at the dish you can see bacon and vegtables

Hotel was great - pools for kids and adults - beach nice - facilities good - staff really lovely - only downside was a problem with drains that meant the room smelt of sewage every morning
