Location is very good, just meters away from Zeil. Hotel have private parking. Even in the Covid times the breakfast was amazing. Staff is very helpful and the room was perfect. One of the few hotels I highly recommend (at least for business trip).

I came back to my hotel room on the second day and the lights were on and someone else's pass key was in operation. I thought it belonged to house keeping but was advissd by reception that it was not a housekeeping key. I was also told the managerwopuld be asked to check the camera footage but this did not happen and when I went to check out the next day I enquired at reception.the next and all tgst happened was I was asked if anything was missing and when I replued that as far as I was aware notbjng was missing the reply was ' well isn't that the main thing'. I left my email address and that was a week ago and I've heard nothing fron the hotel. Obviously this is not the first time this had happened but as nothing was taken then 'thats the main thinng' and quire obviously the only thing tgst counts as far as the hotel is concerned. While I was tokd that no unauthorised person.can get to the hotel rooms in this case someone did and used a non hotel key cardard to get into my room but nothing was taken so 'thats the main thing'. The fscf that someone else accessed my room seems immaterial to the hotel .

The hotel is generally fine, the area is a bit backstreet but its safe, the rooms are quite good, a nice size and comfortable. The only thing is I had an adjoining door and the people next door sounded like they were in my room. Also, don't get the first floor over the breakfast room as you can hear people scraping chairs from 6:00am. But overall, a pleasant stay and it was nice and quiet outside of the above annoyances.

My first room was without AC?! With one ventilator and 30 degree?!Second one was good, but with two separate beds, in the reservation definitely was with ONE large bed and AC in the room.

The hotel is located near the main shop street (Zeil street), but not on the best part of it. There are some strip clubs around and guys selling drugs in the square nearby. It didn’t affect me as much as the bad quality of the wifi connection inside the room. Worst connection ever, not even going to the corridor could make it better. Be careful if you have rhinitis: the room is fully decorated and has carpet all over it. And the pillow that feels like a rock is true.

Fine hotel if this is just a one night stop. However, we have stayed in much nicer 2* hotels. The first room was in the hotel annex in room 120 and it didnt have AC as advertised and we where kept up all night by the pigeons sitting on the window. The shower door didnt close and the plug was blocked. They moved us for the second night into room 102. Much nicer but still very tired and the bathroom ceiling is leaking from above. The sauna is next to the gym so it will never be used as a relaxing area. The location is next to a police station and strip club. Not the nicest late at night, but only a 5 minute walk to the old town. Had this been a 2* hotel we would have been satisfied, however we feel very let down by the standard when expecting a 4* service. The hotel name says it all, dreaming of being grand, but a long way from it.

This was the worst hotel ever I stayed in in my life. First when we arrived, we were given a room that does not have an electricity. We reported it to the reception, they came and check it and could not fix the power issue. They have given us another room. when we enter it, it was smelly. which was agreed by the receptionist. then they gave us a third room. At check out, the hotel team were rude at check out, an when we asked for the manager to report a problem, they said you booked through expedia and so you can leave a review there!!I dont recommend any one to this hotel at all.

Super close to Konstablerwache and tons of public transport but a little nerve racking given the neighborhood. Double room was plenty big, clean, comfortable. Bath was fine too. I think they cater predominantly to an eastern Med crown. Decor comes right from the Levant. Small mosque across the street but I could not hear the call to prayer as I was on the other side of the hotel so that was a plus. I was only there one night and cannot really complain but with so many other choices in Frankfurt, I don't think I'll stay there again.

We arrived at the hotel at 7am due to our flight arrival time. They were very generous and let us in the room even though check-in time was not until later that afternoon. They did make a point to let us know that we were not permitted to have the breakfast that was currently being served. The twin beds pushed together to make a queen were not particularly comfortable. The twins were sheeted separately, so there was a defined crack in the middle of the bed. The mattresses were also quite dense so not a great night's sleep. We were also told that we were not permitted any additional towels which was a little harsh. Once we were allowed to eat the breakfast we found it good with lots of variety. The location at first felt a little industrial, but it was fine enough to be within walking distance to wherever we wanted to go.

We had a few days to spare in Frankfurt.. Randomly picked this based on reviews, so here is mine... Great shopping and trains with in a 5 minute walk.. 10 minute walk to river and old cafes and churches. My only negative is that the front door seemed to be in an alley way, at the same time that had no traffic. if you are the type of person to stand out in front of your hotel for more then the amount of time it takes to check in, you may not like the alley way! I dont usually spend much time in front of my hotels.. great place, nice gym very clean.. great breakfast! Good Value! worth it!

Not sure how it got rated but this is a 3-star hotel at best. It makes other 4-star hotels look increadible next to it. It's average for the decor, service, and the breakfast is not very good. My room faced the road that had the noisy crowd that seem to hang out or walk by every night. It did not matter if my window was closed, I could hear them. The hotel is not easy to find if you don't know where you are going. It is located a block away from a cool neighbourhood and shopping streets.

Great location but was terribly dissapointed with the lack of services at the hotel. For instance, there isn't a same day laundry service, the front desk advised that 3 days are required to return laundry. There are only two new service channels in english, no in-house movies and the room service menu is sparse and available in German only. Lots of improvement necessary for this hotel to live up to it's 4 star rating!

This hotel is one block away from a major underground train station and convenient to multiple venues. The terrific Frankfurt Zoo is a few black away to the east and to the west a few block away is the hugh shopping district. Old Towne is an easy and enjoyable walk/ All-in-all, a great location to see much of frankfurt. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices..hot and cold.
