The hotel parking and getting luggage in was really tough. No elevator, no refrigerator no ice unless you buy it weird. Shower is ancient and is difficult to work plus super slippy. Hotel breakfast was available from 7am. We got there at 8 and all the tables were reserved by a group. But nobody was was at half of them, but we still could sit. We checked the breakfast but barely anything but dry eggs. Wouldn't recommend it. Add almost got rammed by a family in a car driver had a beer in his hand. Only place worth eating at in hotel Santa Fe next door.

We very much liked the staff. They were hard working and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but unfortunately no other meals were served. It was breakfast only and we had to go elsewhere during our stay of 7 nights for lunch and dinner. The only bar was outside by the pool, and drinks were expensive, i.e. $10 USD per. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable, but there was no dresser or drawer space for clothing. Also, there was no on-site ice machine, which meant you had to go next door to buy ice if you wanted to mix a drink in your room. Might mention too that the shower in our room had very little water pressure. The location was OK, but if you wanted to go to the downtown area, it was about a 15–20 minute walk. Of course you could take a taxi for about $5-$6.00. In summary, there were some very nice things, and some that were not so nice, but perhaps the good outweighed the bad.

Ok hotel without anything special. Rooms are clean but beds have old antiquated mattresses. Ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay.

Delightful layout with courtyards and swimming pool and deck. Very high standard of cleanliness; staff continually cleaning common areas as well as rooms. No on-site restaurant (undergoing renovation). Excellent breakfast service included with room but no room service nor food at pool bar. Pool cleaned daily but not heated in winter. 10 minute walk to centre of Loreto. I would stay again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Not a 5 star place but decent and friendly staff. Cool steakhouse next door. Ten minute walk to the mission and town square. Everything you need. Only con was that it was quite noisy in the courtyard late Saturday night.

Design of property is a small pool surrounded by rooms. Kids in the pool till 10:00 pm will not let you have peace and quiet. Breakfast was also not good.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Hacienda Suites. The rooms are large and clean, a real coffee maker in the room too. Nice pool in the summer months. The hotel is convenient if you are passing through Loreto as it's only a few hundred meters from HW1, and very easy to get to. It also has a secure (at night) parking lot at the rear of the hotel. The hotel is not downtown, but the Malecon is a straight 15-20 minute walk, with plenty of restaurants around the historic center.

This hotel is ok. The staff was very friendly. We noticed some water bugs in our room which was not pleasant. They can do a better job of keeping these critters out. The noise level was bad. Plus it was about a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Hacienda Suites is located very conveniently close to Downtown Loreto, walkable distance, staff is super friendly and customer service oriented. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is yummi !!

The courtyard setting is lovely and housekeepers are very sweet . Suite rooms in the back are much nicer than regular rooms, but bring earplugs because dogs bark all night! Skip the breakfast and walk 20 minutes into town for better food. All in all, a decent value.

Property showed its age. Rooms were clean and large. Pigeons were nesting in either the air conditioner ducts or the bathroom fan ducts. Noisy late evening or early am. Staff friendly and responsive.
