Had a very enjoyable 2 night stay here. The host and hostess couldn’t have been any more hospitable. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here one night. It was lovely. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was had a romantic, comfortable feel. We were able to take some photos with the statue and Gulietta attraction, but really just being in the heart of Verona in a beautiful room was the best.

The room was beautiful and nicely furnished. The bathroom was oddly in one floor up. It had a big jacuzzi. Isn’t that out? It’s solely waist of water and electricity. The bathroom was very big, but all that big space was not cleverly used.
Welcoming was nice. On the other hand check out didn’t go that well. We didn’t get a taxi although we did ask the personnel call for it.

It was terrific.

A perfect place in the middle
In the middle of Verona. Hotel is modern, very clean and in a great location.

Superb room and shower. Lovely staff. Great location for shopping and dining

Beautiful property and loved having access to the courtyard after hours.

My sister and I booked this hotel because of its nearness to a main square with lots of shopping and dining options. Little did we know that when booked, we were getting a hotel whose entrance is IN the Juliet balcony courtyard. We had private access after 7 pm. Phenomenal!
The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming. We regretted that we had already booked the next few days in a different town as this location would have been worth extending our stay.

It's rare to have a perfect stay but this was it. The location is truly magical, when the square cleared out at 7pm and Juliet's balcony is left all to ourselves (my daughter Juliet especially loved it). The staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were beautifully appointed. And at a time when you're nickel and dime'ed for everything, having snacks and minibar drinks included was the generous welcome that made us feel right at home. I can't fault anything about it and will be telling everyone I know to stay here.

Good location. Definitely higher end. Wine and beer free in minibar. But in Juliette 's courtyard, so teeming with tourists from 9 to 7. Our room was over the street, so fairly noisy. Can drown out mostly with a/c full blast.
Also they own a restaurant in the Piazza, menus in the room, that is a tourist trap. Mediocre food, unfriendly waiters. After adding a cover charge, he slapped down a box a said that was for the tip. So hotel is nice if u don't mind lots of people, but stay far away from their restaurant down the road.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. VIP treatment.

beautiful place, fascinating location
2.5
Most beautifully renovated hotel, with the added bonus of direct access to Juliet’s balcony (courtyard) after hours. Very quiet despite being located right in the middle of the historical town. Close to all the places you would want to visit while in Verona. Very generous with a complimentary mini-bar- extra points for this!

I loved the fact that you had Giulietta's courtyard all to yourself after the gates closed to the public. This property is in a convenient location. The room was beautiful and the amenities were amazing. So clean, felt safe.

My 3rd time to stay here, March 2011 & Jan 2016, but, my 1 st time solo in April 2024 . It is a delight ! Comfortable, yet charming, bathed in history, oozing with Verona , Italian enchantment ! The staff is affable & efficient. It is an exemplary hotel .
Well done !! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆❣️

This was an incredible hotel located in the heart of Verona. Highly recommend.

Wonderful. Warm, friendly staff, well located, beautifully appointed rooms.

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were amazing - clean, comfortable, spacious. The location could not be better for exploring Verona, and access to Juliet’s balcony after the crowds is a huge plus. No parking on site (and recommended parking is a good 10-15 min walk away), but we would happily stay here again!

The perfect location for our first time to Verona. The hotel was quiet, even though located right in Juliet’s courtyard. The crowds were only there till 7pm in the evening. The room was super clean and well stocked. All in all, a very comfortable place. Thank you.

This is a very charming and nice hotel. Very well equipped room. A bit noisy from the neighboring room and from the courtyard when other guests arrived in the evening/night. This could be informed to all guest by check-in. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Wish we had cancelled our onward trip to Venice and stayed at this location in Verona. Staff is wonderful and always pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent and the owners have given attention to every detail concerning the room. Breakfast is not provided, but there are numerous nearby restaurants for a quick snack or full breakfast. Look no further - this hotel is perfect!! And, access to the Juliet courtyard is amazing after the crowds are cleared at 7 pm. Such a treat to stay here - hope to return again soon!

Exceptional boutique hotel. Be aware that the gate to Juliet's courtyard -- the only access to the facility -- is locked at 7 pm. Make sure your cellphone plan allows for easy international calling, as it is necessary to contact them for check-in from 7 to 9 pm. After 9 pm. the hotel has arrangements with staff at a restaurant a few blocks away.

We absolutely loved our stay here and loved the town of Verona. The hotel is perfect location to walk everywhere you will want to go. Close to shopping and dining and not far from the arena. The most amazing part is having a key to the Juliette courtyard and being able to access the area without all the tourists. The staff are so helpful and kind. We spent three nights here with a lovely terrace overlooking the street with the shops and people. Ideal place to stay in Verona!

This is a very unique property that is located within the courtyard of Juliet's house and the famous balcony. You actually obtain a key to the gate so that you can enter and exit Juliet's courtyard after hours, amazing! There are no staff after hours so ensure that you plan accordingly and stick to their instructions if arriving late.

We had a great time at this hotel. They communicated clearly, the check in process was easy.

Andrea was sooo fabulous and explained everything, with wonderful recommendations on dining and getting around the city. It was the most beautifully designed and spacious room I’ve seen in a long while. We especially loved getting the Romeo and Gulietta courtyard to ourselves for photos. The beds were so so comfy and free mini bar stocked beautifully. My only regret is not staying longer!

Great stay at this hotel, well situated and great service. Hotel is close to shops and in the garden where there is the Balcone. The gate is locked for visitors at night but open for hotel guests. It was quite unreal to have access to the Balcone di Giulietta all to ourselves over nightime. We also had all inclusive mini bar which was very nice. Room comes with Jacuzzi to help us unwind. I was surprised that the hotel check in time was 2 pm, which is great. The only ick is there is no parking onsite. The reception did show us where to go which is a 10 min walk from the hotel but with the luggage it can be a long 10 mins. We loved our stay. Thank you Balcone di Giulietta!

The property is very unique! You are sharing it with the famous Guiletta❤️!! The rooms are modernized and very comfortable the staff is very helpful!! The location is exceptional if you like being in the centre of Verona. The problem is parking, if you are coming without a car it’s a dream!!! What does make this location special is at night after 8:00pm the courtyard actually closes it’s gate and you have this magical moment with Guiletta…it’s my second stay here…once in 2017 and now 2022 it did not disappoint❤️!!

the best place to stay when in verona. walking distance to everything and have exclusive access to house of juliet when the museum is closed. the staff is the best. forgot his name but he’s the most accommodating and has positive aura. definitely come back and stay again

Very friendly hotel.

Hotel is in the historic center of Verona, which is where we like to be in European cities. It's a very small hotel whose rooms are well-designed and relatively spacious. Near everything. Being in the heart of the historic town center, the hotel has few amenities. No on-site parking. But the excellent staff (in particular Rafael) was very helpful in parking our car. We would stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional. It is really nice to have the ability to check in at noon. The manager Rafael was delightful. Our 2 rooms were both stunning with comfy beds and great air conditioning. They have been beautifully renovated. Being able to access Juliette after closing was nothing short of magical. We feel very lucky to have found this treasure of a small hotel and we hope to return soon. 10+
