The property itself was absolutely lovely. Very quaint with wonderful views of the ancient city. Inside the apartment was very clean, had everything we needed as a family with 2 children. Kitchen quite small but was perfectly ok for us as we only had breakfast there and maybe a bowl of oasta one evening. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay in Verona thanks to Nicola and Micaela! Nicola greeted us and gave us a tour of the property. He gave us so much useful information about the city and had the best food recommendations. The property has everything you could need and more! It's also perfectly located in the center of Verona and we loved being minutes from everything! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Verona. Exemplary hosts: helpful, and genuinely kind. Lots of nice touches that went beyond the usual. A sideboard with a full selection of brochures and on attractions and restaurants (even a menu for one of them). Thoughtfully stocked items in the kitchen that we appreciated.
The apartment was comfortable and spacious for our group of four. The air conditioning was excellent, with one wall mounted mini-split in the open common area, and another in the bedroom. The weather was hot during our stay; the apartment stayed cool and comfortable the entire time. The bathroom was large, well lit, and clean. It is interesting in its own right - historic character, old beams - and at the same time well maintained, tidy, and organized. It’s well situated for exploring by walking, just steps away from both Piazza della Erbe and Piazza dei Signore.
Very deserving of its high ratings. We would definitely stay again.

Our second stay in Verona and at this appartment. Once again a solid experience. VERY central location. Fridge well stocked and very nice appartment. Solid, prompt and friendly communication with Michela and Nickola.
Do note that when it is very warm (35+ degrees) two of the beds might feel warm during night -despite a well working AC.

Located in a quiet location only a minute's walk from the Piazza delle Erbe, this apartment couldn't possibly be more convenient. It is also beautiful and beautifully maintained in a building dating from 1277 (!). It's the height of both ease and luxury. Reserve it if you can!

Our stay at Nicola & Micaela's Verona apartment was nothing short of a blessing during a difficult time. We arrived under sad circumstances, with a terminally ill family member in need of care at Borgo Roma Hospital.
Being close to two bus stops that took us directly to the hospital each day was incredibly convenient and eased our daily commute. The nearby restaurants staying open late allowed us to find solace in good food after long days.
The apartment itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From an abundance of towels to essential supplies, Nicola & Micaela ensured that we lacked nothing during our stay. The presence of a washing machine was particularly handy, alleviating any concerns about laundry.
The thoughtful touches like milk, coffee, yogurt, and juice provided for breakfast were deeply appreciated, adding a warm touch to our mornings. The proximity to grocery stores such as Pam Local made stocking up on necessities effortless.
The apartment's location near iconic landmarks such as Juliette's statue, Dante statue, and the mouth of truths allowed us to explore Verona's beauty even amidst our difficult circumstances. Additionally, its short walking distance to attractions like the Verona Arena, Castel San Pietro, and Saint Anastasia made it an ideal base for sightseeing. If circumstances bring us back to Verona, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. Nicola was so kind and helpful and what a beautiful apartment. It is centrally located, right next to Piazza delle Erbe. There is a good amount of space and the washer was a nice bonus. The apartment was clean and well kept. It is on the top floor and the view is great. There is an elevator if needed. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to go to Verona.

We loved our stay in this historic and beautiful Verona apartment. The location could not be better: perfect for exploring every corner of this fantastic city.
The hosts are incredibly welcoming. They could not have been more helpful and we relied on their restaurant recommendations with happy success. The kitchen is indeed small, but so well and strategically laid out it was an absolute pleasure to use. The supply of basics was impressive, as well as the addition of kind extras such as yogurt and milk.
While you step outside right into the heart of the action, once inside again the rooms are surprisingly quiet. And that beautiful view! We loved every minute of our stay.

This top floor apartment in the heart of the old city is comfortable and has a lot of charm. Michaela and Nicola are very thoughtful hosts who prepared the apartment with mineral water, snacks, coffee, etc to make for a very welcoming experience. True super hosts!

This was our second stay in this apartment and it will not be our last. The location is exceptionally convenient without being noisy - just off the Piazza Erbe, you have restaurants, shops and easy walks to the major sites within the historic center. The views from the windows are quintessential Verona. The owners are very easy to reach and provide useful information and support.

We came for a 14th century reenactment and were thrilled by our host pointing out the 13th century ceiling beams in our apartment! Right between Erbe and Signori on an adorable street, we didnt believe the view until we saw it with our own eyes! Couldnt have asked for a more perfect apartment for our visit!

Was received by Nicola who introduced us to this beautifull appartment. Well restored in a building from the 1200s. And with the important addition of ac. The fridge was well stocked wine, beer, juice etc. It is up 100 steps - but there is also a lift. We really enjoyed our three days in this great city. And would without a doubt choose this place next time

Fantastic apartment with lots of extra touches.
The apartment is beautiful, large, and located in a great location in the old town. There were plenty of towels, toiletries in the showers room, and breakfast, snack items, and condiments in the cupboard and refrigerator. The host was waiting for us outside the apartment building even though I had initially provided an incorrect, later arrival time. The air conditioners also worked well and were quiet. The front-loading washing machine was clean and there was a drying rack for our laundry. The only complaint we had is that the mattress in the main bedroom was thin, not supportive (for my husband who sleeps on his stomach), and you can feel the metal springs through the mattress top. I slept on the bed, but my husband had to put the couch cushions on the floor of the lounge area and sleep on these.

Great little apartment near Piazza delle Erbe
Stayed here for a week while in town for a wedding. Fantastic location, close to shops and great restaurants. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the building has great security measures in place.

I'm in love with Verona
We had the best time getting to know Italy for our first time, this apartment and Verona was the perfect way to start. I cried tears of joy for the view from both living room and bedroom, Bella! Magnifica! The hosts were so kind and helpful, provided welcome snacks and advice for where to go, we especially liked Nicola's suggestion for the funicular and San Pietro views and gelato across the river. The air conditioning was excellent for the surprise hot days, the location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Piazza di Signori. The beds worked well for 2 adults and 2 kids, plenty of room. Thanks for sharing such a lovely place to stay!!

Wonderful Apartment
What a great experience. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, with Nicola even carrying our luggage to a taxi when the marathon prevented taxis from getting to the flat. The apartment itself is perfect and so well stocked with provisions, brochures and information about Verona. So helpful! Nicola and Micaela are the perfect hosts. They have made our stay in Verona really memorable.

Perfect Location
This property is pretty much ideally located - an easy ten minute walk to the central train station, a block from the tourism office and main street, yet quiet and comfortable. Its sixth floor location and balcony offers lovely views across the city. The elevator makes access unstressful. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished, and having a washer/dryer makes longer stays easy. The shower and toilet are in different rooms, but this is a minor inconvenience - and would be a benefit if traveling with more than a couple. We will certainly be back when we are again in Avignon.

Absolutely a perfect place for a wonderful visit to Verona!
The charm of an historic building in Verona combines with all the modern conveniences combines for the perfect location to use as a base for a trip to Verona! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with 2+ weeks here. Nicola and Micaela were wonderful hosts, who thoughtfully provided all the basics - and more (including wonderful food and drink to start off our stay and beyond). The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the views from the living room and bedroom are spectacular. The kitchen - although tiny, has everything you need to cook if you want to, and the location - on Piazza Erbe - is ideal. We hope to be able to get back there soon!
