beautiful location. terrible accoustics. can hear a dinosaur walking all hours of the night above us. kids screaming in one side and a screamer getting pounded on the other side. bring your ear plugs....they forgot sound batt insulation between the rooms

Been to Sedona a ton, first time at Sky Ranch, it was awesome. Property is very nice, water and coffee in lobby also appreciated. Having a comfy bed, fridge, microwave and 6 pillows yep 6 was great. Best part was location for sunset and happy hour at an airstream bar, so cool. Would stay again

Our two night stay at Sky Ranch Lodge was fabulous! The grounds were beautiful. The beds were comfy, room was immaculate, and the shower was heavenly, and the views from the property were incredible. We enjoyed the scenic trail across the street and the convenience of walking up the road to the Mesa Grill. We wouldn’t hesitate returning to this property. It was perfect!

We have been staying at Sky Ranch Lodge for Over 30 years. It has always been the best kept secret and after some time it has been regularly updated and brought to its current state of excellence. Bravo, it is lovely, quaint and unique as well as a high end resort.

The property is lovely, and the location is great if you want to hike the Airport Mesa Vortex. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but unfortunately I was assigned a downstairs room. The guests above walked very heavy and were dropping things. I called guest services and asked them to speak to them about keeping it down. It did not stop, and continued until late and started again at 5:30am as they were checking out early. The guests beside me were obviously getting busy on a few occasions in the night, and at 5:40am. The walls are very thin. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but unfortunately the noise level from other guests makes the stay very uncomfortable

So pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the rooms are as they don't look like much from the exterior! Beautiful flooring and furnishings, spacious room, lots of light and storage, huge TV for a hotel room, mini fridge with separate freezer section, large round table with chairs inside plus seating outside. Particularly loved the garden area with running water between buildings. Only downside (which is also an upside!) is that it's right next to the Sedona Airport so a bit noisy during daylight hours. Gorgeous views around the lodge more than make up for it. Highly recommend!!

We stayed on the 1st floor and heard every foot step from people above. Felt like the plumbing for the toilet above was right over us every time they flushed. My wife and I were up from 5:30am until the people left around 8:30. Manager refused to speak with me, instead had receptionist offer a 10% discount.

The biggest problema were lack of internet coverage and lack of transportation. Unable to request Ubers and if you were able to contact Uber unable to get one. Taxi was iffy and shuttles did not go to hotel. Walking down 1 mile of road was unsafe. So if not renting a car, very problematic

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location to see the rocks. Staff was fantastic. Everything was very very clean. Shuttle service to town was great. Would be nice to have had room service or a restaurant on site.

Worth it for a short stay, beautiful view ... the hotel is situated right next to the airport vista, most have to hike or drive and pay to park to have a short time with this special view. At the hotel, you basically live in the view. Rooms seem to be recently renovated. Grounds are beautiful. Pool and hot tub area could use a little refresh and it would get 5 stars from me.

Beautiful views from the hotel and rooms. Quiet except for a couple of jets taking off during the day. Dining option is at the Airport Grill, walking distance, with excellent food and great views. Great parking close to the room. The scenic overview is right next to the hotel and is walkable. You have to pay for parking.

There were bugs in the room. I killed 5 centipede like black bugs and requested for a spider to be removed. Staff was very responsive. We were lucky it was not a tarantula! We got free bottle of wine and great conversation. Pool was okay and clean. Garden was okay. Cleaning was okay but we needed extra towels and blankets. Location was excellent. We enjoyed our trip!

Rooms are small but nice. Recent updates make this property appealing. The grounds are beautiful with rooms clustered in smaller buildings. Close to Uptown, it’s a great location. The walls are thin and we could easily hear our neighbors speaking in fairly normal voices but we would not hesitate to come back.

Amazing location! Super easy for a fly-n-stay adventure. Airport noise is a non-issue. Amazing views all around with a great airport mesa hike right out of the parking lot. No breakfast provided but coffee/water available in the lobby. Something light like fruit or muffins to get something in your stomach would be a welcome addition. If you want to enjoy the sunset view, make sure you get back to the hotel 30-45 minutes before sunset as the scenic outlook next door will have a line of traffic coming up the hill. My only real gripe that prevented a 5-star review is that there was a generator or something that would run periodically overnight during the early hours and it interrupted my sleep at some point pretty much every night during a 3-night stay. I asked the desk staff and they had no idea what I was talking about so not sure about that. A few chaise lounges would be a great addition to the patio areas and the lookout area because sometimes you just want to lay down and relax or enjoy the view.
