The location is just about perfect for those whose priority is walk ability for good restaurants. The a/c was hit and miss. The bed was fine and the pillows were good.

Well situated. A little noisy, but its customers fault, not the hotel. I felt welcome. I would return no doubt. Thanks

Very clean. Bed was OK. But the room looked run-down, with dirty walls and old furniture. Breakfast was unimpressive. Not good soundproofing of the rooms – noise from across the hall, and adjacent rooms could be heard, but it did seem to stop at around midnight.

Liked staff, and location.
Hated 10am check out.
Did not know about it, and consider it NOT ACCEPTABLE. It should be 12 o clock.
It caused lot of stress to run out of bedroom....
Besides that check out time, it is a good deal

This hotel was in a convenient location and was very clean. The customer service at reception was excellent both during check in and in helping arrange a taxi. I would stay here again if in Mendoza.

The breakfast was awful!! To go tho the pool you have to go to a near by private house to use their pool. Is not inside the hotel. To enter the pool is through the garage of this house. The room was super small. They don't have an iron in the room. They have laundry service but is not 24hours. We didn't like it.

Walking distance to everywhere

Very good location, nice staff at reception helping with everything. Little complicated with swimming pool on the other side of the street. But hotel worth money. I recommend.

This hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Mendoza, very convenient for restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The hotel has a nice reception area and a good pool and garden across the road. There is a private car park next to it ( extra cost). However the room we had was small, dark, and old fashioned, with a small bathroom. You have to ask to have the air conditioning turned on, and initially we could not get it to work well, but then adjusted it and it was definately better. The wifi worked well. No TV channels in English. The room looked onto a back area which meant it was quiet and ideal for sleeping. Breakfast was okay but quite basic. However for the price we paid and the ideal location it was good value.

They made a mistake with our booking (4people) and then the shower did not have much water, during the 4 days. At breakfast time, all the people needed to continually asked the staff for different things; like tea, bread, plates etc.

This is an affordable and well located hotel. Overall it provides value for money.
Only disappointment was that although clean, there were lots of hairs in the bathroom.

I had an average experience at this hotel...the shower was not the best and toiletries like shampoo and conditioner were not provided. The breakfast buffet was very good, though, and the hotel personnel were all very helpful.

A well maintained property in a good location in Mendoza. Close to many good restaurants and easy to get around on the public transport
Breakfast is standard Argentinian served in a spacious “desyunodora” on the third floor. Front desk staff speak English and are friendly and helpful.
Good for solo travelers. Would recommend.

The room was clean and furnished ok and included one bedside lamp and one chair. There was a safe, not sure that you could get a large laptop in it, and you needed to ask at the front desk for the key/block to lock it. The a/c wasn’t great, and although there was a control in the room, you need to call the front desk to have the power turned on. There was a ceiling fan, but it only had one high speed and was noisy. TV was large with cable but no English channels.
Internet was ok, it would sometimes disappear, but worked ok for the most part. It would have been nice to have an accessible plug by the bed, but there were several available outlets to charge devices. There was a desk like area, but you couldn’t use the chair with it. Door lock is operated by a key card.
Bathroom had a small tub, toilet that was difficult to flush and a bidet. The sink was next to but separate from the bathroom.
The hotel seems to serve tour groups so at 6:30 I awoke to the sounds of people knocking on doors to get their group together. I had a room with a window on a light well so no noise from the street.
Breakfast was included, but mainly breads with sliced cheese and sliced processed ham. Fruit was watermelon, honeydew melon and individual grapes. Some juices, yogurt drink and a couple of types of dry cereal. Usually a crowd at breakfast.
At check out I was presented with a bar bill that was not mine for a cafe and a water. I said it wasn’t mine and the clerk said ok.

Terrible wifi. I booked a double room and stayed in a twin. Breakfast would be ok, if they notice when products finish. Sometimes there isn't even bread, and you have to wait a lot, and probably you have a tour to go. Even cheaper hotels, like Abril Boutique, are better (but smaller rooms, at least mine).

older hotel, well kept clean but still needs repairs. room service is for drinks only.
staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Parking is next door for 150 pesos a day. In the heart of down town and close to the plaza.. A wonderful breakfast included.

After staying in hotels from no-star to 5 star during our trip, we found this one a bit unfriendly and quite regimented. Breakfast was self-serve continental and did include fruit. It is safe, clean and reasonably well-priced, but we moved after 3 days to one at half the cost. In our new hotel, Contessa on Gutierrez, the family were friendly and approachable, trying hard to meet our needs and practise their English. The bathroom was an improvement over Crillon, the room larger and the services (TV, air-con, bag check) were similar. The Crillon does take credit cards, where the Contessa did not.
